Pros: Location-Good breakfast-clean
Cons: The hotel was under major renovation which Hilton did not warn us about. While the hotel room was slightly larger than our queen bed, the only window was covered up with a plastic vinyl so you could not look out. When I removed the vinyl, there was a tarp hanging in front of all the windows along with scaffolding. The work was done during the day...loud. When I asked for a room on the other side of the building, they told me those rooms were very loud and sleeping would be difficult. I paid for 3 nights and used my points for one night. What a huge disappointment. They only comped us one breakfast. I felt like we were in a closet with no windows. On a positive note, the folks working the desk were at least friendly, but keeping a happy customer was somewhat lacking.

Pros: I will not book a room in this hotel again because, having paid 200 pounds per night: - It took me half an hour to have a mediocre shower since the fresh water hardly run through the pipes (despite the washroom being recently refurbished). - The room was very noisy (street cars and doors slapping all night). - The complimentary breakfast (I paid for) was ridiculous. No salty/warm food, only some fresh fruit (which was good) and industrial pastries (along with the standard drinks, of course). R. Arranz (14/11/14)

Pros: The hotel itself is quite nice. Good location and the staff are quite pleasent. But we had a room at the back of the hotel where all during the night, people were walking past our room laughing loudly. Now normally this wouldn't have bothered me but we had a window that wouldn't close properly so was quite noisy. Also a lot of doors bangin on our floor most of the night so a very noisy night indeed. It's a shame because we stayed at this hotel before and we had a fantastic room but this time wasn't the best.

Pros: The lobby, check in, restaurants, and sitting areas are generous and pleasant. I chose this hotel for its convenience to the Heathrow Express train and local underground lines, and it did nit disappoint. There is also a lovely canal nearby with restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a beer. In the lobby, the customer service was world class.
Cons: Our room was in the Tower, an older part of the hotel. I specifically booked Hilton because I wanted excellent quality beds and a room comfortable for my elderly mother. The room was tiny, with a dangerously high step into and out of the combination bath/shower. The beds were of poor quality with creaky springs. The mini fridge did not work. This is acceptable for a budget tourist hotel, but this room severely degrades the Hilton Brand. It should not be sold under the Hilton flag. My mother and I independently compared the room to a Motel 6. If you stay here, request a room in the newer portion of the hotel. Hopefully it's better.

Cons: After doing online check in with room numbers allotted to me, my one of the room was allotted to someone else. This is ethically wrong. I had booked the hotel with extended stay but checked out the next day.

Pros: Right around the corner from public transport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pretty good value.
Cons: Rooms and facilities were suffering from either age, or poor design. Sometimes both. Had to spend a lot of time at cafes, because the room did not have an electrical socket for me to charge my phone. Only ventillation in the room was from an open window, exposing you to all kinds of traffic noise throughout the night.

Cons: The pictures do not show the real quality of the room. Walls were pealing and dirty, floors were not clean, the bathroom facilities were cramped and gross, beds were horribly quality with springs poking you, and the staff was not service oriented or very friendly. Very disappointed in this location. After talking with some people in London we came to find out that our experience is not normal with hostels, most of the time they are better kept. This was pretty bad. Don’t trust the pictures you see in their ads, they aren’t what you will get.
