Pros: The hotel has friendly staff who are always helpful and smiling. The rooms are very clean and spacious (it has an Ad for "Deliveroo" the food delivery app which is a nice and rare thing to see as most hotels try to promote their own restaurants). Breakfast was good (English Breakfast) which is usually less than the intercontinental but was delicious. Wi FI Service is good and there is a bus and underground station on a walking distance (8 mints by walk). The area is very quiet.

Pros: This is a very efficiently run property, the common area is a great place to relax and drinks, nibbles a welcome bonus. The property has security for the lifts and has a welcoming atmosphere. The apartment was spacious, clean and modern. The heated towel rail in a modern bathroom was appreciated and the basement laundry a great asset. We would definitely stay here again even though the exchange rate for AUD makes for an expensive stay. Staff were great, friendly and helpful and happy!

Pros: I read lots of reviews on this hotel. I thought they were all a bit “too good to be true”, however within few hours of being there, you realize it’s a gem. The hotel is beautiful, the location is awesome with The Eye, Parliament Square, Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace are just within 15 minutes walk. You are 5 minutes walk from Thames River and 5 minutes from Vauxhall Underground. Also there is a small grocery store right beside the underground station, where the wine and beer are very cheap. The room was spacious, with kitchen facilities. However while they say it’s a king size, it’s really only a queen size bed, but it was very comfortable. Great water pressure for the shower. Buffet breakfast was awesome and the coffee machine (available 24/7 for free) makes the best Capucinno or latte. The evening manager, I did not get his name, but he is awesome. Ensuring you have everything you want. There is a complimentary snack with hot and cold selection plus wine and beer Monday to Wednesday (7 pm to 8 pm)and the food display is awesome and very good. One of the young lady working the buffet - Eniko, was very nice and constantly helping with whatever you wanted. Finally, we were happily surprised to see that there were FREE laundry facility for guests - they sell soap for 1£. I had never seen that anywhere else. So we were able to wash all our clothes before leaving. All in all, a fantastic hotel that surpasses my highest expectations. I highly recommend this place.

The breakfast is good--gets you well fueled for your day of exploring and touring. Pros: The beds where comfy and the place beautiful. Reception and concierge staff very friendly and helpful
Cons: Breakfast time we had to wait for bacon and eggs to be cooked and put out as they had run out. Also some of the waiting and cleaning staff where not friendly.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern room with all the gadgets. Nice staff and feels very new and clean.
Cons: Ironing board and iron awful! Quite small room and no full length mirror apart from next to bed where you can't see. No dressing table to sit down to put on make up or dry hair etc

Pros: The staff are amazing and were so sweet and helpful towards me and my wife. The room was clean and the WiFi and tv options available let you really settle into the room
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the Over all ambience of the place. Very cool lighting and decor in the lobby and the lifts and throughout the hotel. Our room had centralised controls for lights(full, mood, reading) air con and window blinds. Shower and toilet were spacious loved the rain head shower and the complimentary toiletries were none other than Elemis(high end) nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Cons: There were pipes running down the wall in my room. You could Clearly hear running water at times. They were hidden behind some accessable wood paneling. They obviously need to be accessable to maintenance staff but the panel was not secured. I was able to open it.

We received champagne on arrival which was expected at all.. but was a great surprise! Over all the stay was wonderful. If we needed anything nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Pros: Upon check in we were greeted and checked-in by hotel employee, so welcoming. All staff were friendly. The rooms were snug but the beds were foam topped and comfortable. The breakfast was hot, plentiful with a good variety.
Cons: It was a tad bit off the beaten path. Since it is next to the Police Station and near St. Thomas Hospital we heard a lot of sirens. Also it is a 10 minute walk from any store and there are no vending machine or snack shop on site.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The rooms are a decent size for London standard, however the problems far outweigh the benefit of the size.
Cons: Okay, the hotel has no concierge service! Then the rooms are a good size, but lack natural light and even the 2 tiny bulbs aren’t enough if you are trying to work in the room. The room I stayed in superior.. second floor had water clogging both in the sink and the shower!! Didn’t expect this at all from a chain. Also, the staff I called to book my room was sweet and pleasant but the staff checking me in had a condescending tone. But hey, again the staff that checked me out later was very sweet. So probably just my bad luck. Anyways, for the price much better rooms available, also cheaper hotels in lambeth would be better than this! I chose this over the near by hotels thinking it would be better as a chain etc. but no.

Cons: Receptionist at our check in time was awful made us feel very uncomfortable, she was cold and didn’t give any information. So when we arrived here the difference in the hospitality was shocking that we actually wished we booked at Crowne Plaza.

Cons: Beware!! The booking agent Cancelon has a early date trigger converting to a non-refundable reservation after promoting "free cancelation". Its geared to pushing the non-refundable reservation to their site to sell. The listing process was incredibly difficult requiring re-entering all online data resulting in no sale or compensation. Would avoid booking through Cancelon in the future.

Pros: It was clean. Wifi was good. I liked the bar below the hostel and the 10% discount for guests. Breakfast was basic but good.
Cons: The noise of the trains passing right by the window.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hostel staff is really nice and makes you feel welcome. Good location but bring earplugs if your sensitive to noise as Its next to a train station. Over all a good and safe place to stay
Cons:
5.0 Okay
Pros: Only two pluses : 1) location in a center, but caz of that - too loud in a rooms (trains) 2) bar downstairs
Cons: I’m really surprised about high score of this hostel. I stay often in hostels, and can compare. So minuses: 1) small rooms (for 4 people) with No any table, any chair, no even any hook for clothes!! So you have to store your stuff on a floor! And btw lockers are small too, only for small woman bag. Dear owners, it’s not that difficult to fix some hooks on a walls. 2) all blankets are made of a plastic bag, so you sweat under it, you freeze without it 3) you know about noise, it’s okeyish. 4) kitchen and toilets were dirty all the time, and sometimes no toilet paper. 5) very uncomfortable washbasins. taps are sooo short that you can’t even fit your arms from below 6) no WiFi as it’s written. You can connect only downstairs in a bar. If you stay 3 or 4 floor, don’t expect any signal. 7) and no chargers and power sockets near the bed So I don’t recommend
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice staff and location.
Cons: No locks for the lockers and loud train passing the bedroom regularly.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff was helpful, breakfast was decent.
Cons: Toilets were stinking in the evening...cleaniless needs to be improved... no mirrors in some of the bathrooms...no baggage lockers in the dorms...only small cabinets...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: everything other than the bathrooms
Cons: Older building that definitely would not pass as a hotel

Pros: Average and overpriced.
Cons: The room was Hot with no A/C. The shower was clogged for two days. I reported the first day the front desk person informed me that the maintenance person had already left and will get it fixed the next day. Nobody showed up till 2 Pm t and ill till I went back to inform again. Again I had to tell them that I had to take a shower in a clogged shower, and my ankles developed a rash with standing water. I requested the manager to give me a fifty percent refund, and he refused to do it. The carpet was dirty with spots, and when I opened the windows, people were smoking weed, and all the smell was coming in my room. In other words, the room was not as described with a very uncooperative manager — Will Talk to my credit card company for a refund.

Cons: The small room and no bar or breakfast room
6.3 Good
Pros: The location was good and staff friendly and helpful
Cons: Windows not double glazed, McDonald’s drive through open until 2AM right outside the window taking orders and so couldn’t sleep. I could hear the cars outside a closed window from the main road so not good when you need a good night sleep for a work related meeting.
