location excellent however very dark and strange hotel sound proofing between rooms non existent too dark for my liking

The boiler was not working for two days in a row. Its summer time, meaning that it is bearable if you fancy a cold shower !!!!

Friendly staff. a good location for exploring Central London. Decor was very tired and worn. Only one lift (small). Breakfast was ok but tables were not always fully supplied (condiments missing etc.), and rather slow and overpriced for what it was. No tea making facilities in the room.

Stayed only for one day instead of three. The room was too small and the hotel overvalued.

Very cosy, silent, good breakfast. Unfortunately, the web did not tell that the single room had only one single bed and was tremendously tiny. Do not book a single room!!!

the location and the the welcoming staff and service on the floor(bathrobe ,chargers,slippers etc...) the single room are small but ok but no heating in the bathroom so basically a little cold

I have to give the Sloane Square Hotel five stars for great service. Everybody at the front desk was helpful and friendly... when I phoned them from the airport to say I couldn't find my passport, they called back soon saying that they'd found it and used their trusted private-taxi service to send it out to me! Brilliantly handled. The room itself was very nice, good-sized by European standards, and the whole hotel has a lot of style. Location: ideal for anybody who shops at Hugo Boss or Tiffany or other such shops; that's not me but it's certainly a nice neighborhood. Expensive? Yes, but all London hotels are outrageous.

Great location in safe neighborhood, fine staff Decor getting a bit tired; some raggedy towels & curtain fittings; most of full English breakfast 'hot' items actually stone cold

Good location for Knightbridge and central london. Very welcoming staff - cosy hotel - good breakfast provided. Single room was very samll. No small milk cartons in the room so unable to have morning tea in room.

Hotel reception staff were friendly and informative. Compliments on the desk were nice... Ants were crawling around on my breakfast table which was a little unpleasant. It was the table in front of the french doors. The room was particularly cold and I found it uncomfortable to relax in for that reason.
