The stay was very pleasant. There was nothing that I did not like about the hotel it was lovely and would stay there again on my next visit
Location was good, reception service good, suite very good, comfortable, quiet and very clean. Tv system laborious to change channels on TV-but maybe due to my lack of tech knowledge!
The staff was very friendly, well trained and motivated. The breakfast is one of the best I have seen in all my life, - staying mainly at hotels of this category! Order the fruit plate at the buffet... During my six-day trip unfortunately I stayed only three days at the Wyndham and three days at another five star of another American chain (paying about GBP 380.-- plus taxes/night). It would have been better to go directly to the Wyndham.
The suite was great - and the staff were excellent
Staff extremely helpful and courteous. Still undergoing refurb

Friendliness, professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. A free half bottle of champagne and greetings card delivered to the room just after our arrival in recognition of my wife's birthday was an unexpected and delightful surprise!
Very nice rooms, excellent service, not expensive
The location of the hotel is great. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.
best london hotel i have stayed in
Location- close to tube station Friendly Staff Adequate Room Space Breakfast
The staff at the front desk was great! They accomodated my request for a larger room for our 7 day stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff seemed slow in service.
The room was comfortable and the restaurant served a good breakfast (included with our room) as well as good food for dinner.
Convienient for Earl's Court Cost
It has no restaurant, so in my opinion it is not a hotel.
Hotel clean & friendly, rooms a good size. Not enough tea, coffee, sugar provided in the room . More variety at breakfast ( eg boiled egg instead of just scrambled egg ) room very noisy ( from ac unit / wtaer / light fittings cooling )
hotel and rooms are clean, but there is nothing special about it. Beds are slightly too soft.
I like the familiarity that you get with your express by holiday inn hotels. It's good to know that wherever you stay you will get a similar level of comfort and room layout. not in a great location for exploring locally
the organization and reception employees knowledgement
The airconditioning worked, the room was clean and comfortable.
Polite staff, contemporary decor, clean rooms, good air conditioning, parking facility, good location. internet not working, breakfast can be improved eg boiled eggs/poached eggs,
That it was near Olympia area around it
The staff were very helpful. The rates for international calls were not posted and turned out to be quite high compared to other services.
The hotel is situated in a very good area in London, it's very cosy and beautifully decorated. It's about 15 minutes walking to Fulham station.
pleasantly restful atmosphere, informal and friendly, easier to get to other parts of london than i had envisaged gurgle of bathroom pipes on first night
The size of the room. No room service. It is what it is, a basic 3 star hotel.
convenient location------good straight-forward accommodation
The hotel is not in an accessible location - the nearest underground station is 0.7 miles away.
Overall my wife and I loved this spot. It's a short cheap uber ride to some posh spots in Chelsea or enjoy the tube right next to you along with water bus as well (when available). It's a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of other areas in central London. The staff was extremely amazing and helpful. The morning breakfast included in our stay was great and very well staffed. Great job to everyone that works at this hotel you truly made us feel like we were at a 5 star hotel! the only concerns we had were the air conditioner and doors to our hotel room. The AC could never get real cold or it would shut off and you need to turn back on again and again. The door appeared to repainted which stuck and the handle was a little janky. Room 422.
Good price and well situated for local attractions.
The breakfast was really good. Room is quite comfortable. The heating was not working properly when we first arrived.
The staff were extremely helpful and handled my concerns efficiently and sympathetically. Although an overground station is extremely close, it is too isolated for sight seeing or access to the underground system.
Basic room, but clean and contained what you'd need for short trip away. Good buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Not reagrding ths stay as such but would be helpful to know about the overground train station right around the corner on their website rather than stating the nearest tube station is 15 mins walk away!
Location, local area and price Noisy residents in the early hours
great location maintenance wasn't great- only 1 working light bulb in bedroom, all blinds broken and curtain broken. Also no shower/gel or soap as promised when I rang to check in advance.
the bathrooms and the kitchen lounge and the proximity to the town the bed was too small we are both tall and king bed is usually the norm these days
It was a fantastic location - so near both Hammersmith tube stations. Great value for money, and would be great for families. Would stay here again, but maybe not just for one night, Garden amazing at front of main office and building!! It wasn't that clean, and there was a strange smell in my apartment. There could be more toiletries given. My shower didn't drain properly, and one sink got blocked... So the maintenance of the apartments could be better.
We had a down stairs apartment, it was on a quite road and even though there was construction work happening just next door we heard very little of it. There was a fridge , washing machine , iron. Everything you needed really. The tube was close by with excellent links. Nice pubs and cafes near by too. It was a hot week but the room was cool and bed very comfortable and a bath as well as a shower. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Also free wifI which was really good. Free view TV and tea and coffee . Nice fresh colour scheme. Two lockable doors so felt really secure and safe. Loverly and clean apartment. Would definitely recommend and return. The room was rather small , sitting on the end of the bed you can touch the kitchen counter but all in all space to move around was fine. The bed moved if you wanted more space. The shower curtain didn't keep the water from going all over the place and soaking the floor and there was no shower matt so was rather slippy getting in and out.
The staff were very helpful at all times. I was given a quiet room that I requested. Bins were emptied daily. Linen was changed regularly. The location is very safe and close to the tube. It is well lit. The outside entrance was kept very clean and neat.
Staff very helpful. Room confortable. Good location in relation to tube. Room not cleaned every day - I had to ask for clean towels. Website indicated that wireless internet available but it was not. TV reception and range of channels poor.
Excellent standards excellent service excellent value for money None
Close to the Hammersmith Apollo. We had booked a studio apartment but had a one bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms which was very nice!
The staff were friendly and the location in Hammersmith is very good The tv did not work properly and was supposed to be fixed by our second day. It wasnt fixed at all during our stay. The room was very hot due to some problem with the bathroom. We could not walk on the floor as it was very hot - must have been a problem with the water pipes. We thought there was underfloor heating. Apartment could do with some ventilation or air conditioning or even a portable fan.
studio apartment was very clean faulty light bulbs had not been replaced.
convenient No problems
The room booked a double more like a large single disappointed!
my friend and i were attending the ideal home exihibition on two consecutive days, the hotel was just a stone throw away, and after a tiring day was pleasently surprised that we didnt have to go far. hotel was clean but could defineatly do with a refurb
None Reception staff
Poor maintenance, a number of items in the room were either not working or broken. Breakfast was not inspiring.
was located just minutes from stamford bridge and was clean and comfortable the residents bar closed a little early if you fancied staying in
The breakfast was good staff where polite and friendly Alarm clock was broken unable to use tv worked but unable to get picture on it
Closeness to venue we attended Staff were unenthusiastic, no effort was made to make us feel welcome, and full hotel details were not provided. Waiting staff were all foreign and unable to understand our requests. Full english breakfast was poor, and no alternative was provided unless you wanted a mountain of toast and only orange juice.
Room comfortable; staff helpful. Bathroom a bit spartan - no plug; tiny wash basin; no shelf above washbasin. Also no remote for tv. Only one quota of milk left daily - not much good if more than one cup of coffee is required.
Staff were not very helpful, couldn't speak very good english. Fire drill happened in middle of the night staff not sure what they were doing. Room in disrepair. No bible in room, towels dirty, bedding dirty, cracked tiles in bathroom need I go on?
Situated close to the underground station- easy to reach the city center Low quality, not clean, sleazy, more expected:-(
Selected as VIP of the day and upgraded to a suite FOC. Suite was fantastic. Huge comfy bed Bathroom drains smelt a little bit
nothing staff were very distant and unfriendly
Good location and standard of hotel
I think the massages was to expensife
The location and the size of the rooms were the best aspects of our stay The breakfast was awful. On our second evening we asked to cancel the pre-booked breakfast the next day and it was confirmed that this would be done and we would not be charged. When we came to check-out the reception staff tried to charge us for this. When we pointed out the error it resulted in what can best be described as a stand up row. It's a shame that the staff did not view us as customers and merely as £'s in the hotel coffers. This insignificant amount of money (£34) will probably stop us from using the hotel again on our frequent visits to London or recommending the hotel to friends. Shame.
Excellent location and great value for the facilities on offer in a Central London location. As others mention charging for water and internet access in the room is a negative - add a few quid onto the room and give it away -customer perception will improve.
The rooms were nice and clean and all the staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to the underground station and easy to get to and from. I can only recommend this hotel. That the railway goes right past the hotel. Actually I had read about this in the quest reviews and therefore specificly asked to have a room away from the railway but this we didn't get. However it was not a big problem and it will not prevent me from staying at the K West again.
The breakfast wasn't bad, and in fact the coffee was really good. I have paid less and got more in other hotels, in London and abroad. It was only on arrival at the hotel we realised that the spa facilities and the gym were paying for guests at the hotel - I have never come across that before!!! Lots of hidden charges everywhere - dinner menu not inclusive of vat - and on top of that the heating didn't work and we had to call in the maintenance service.
Very spacious rooms. Nice design. Excellent spa.
The bed, spa area and the very friendly staff the upgrade of the room was not worth the money, sounds better than it turned out to be..
convenience - it was near to the people we were visiting
Excellent location in terms of access to public transportation (tube), an absolutely outstanding shopping mall just around the corner and a broad array of dining options in the area, both in terms of cuisine and pricing. The room was extremely clean, and offered a nice selection of free beverages including teas, coco and bottled water as well as lotions and other bath sundries. Very nice! Also, we found that W12 Rooms has a very, very friendly and helpful staff. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat! Only two niggles: although the bath was well sized, the room itself was very small- though workable. Just be organized! And although the room was well sound-proofed, wearing a pair of foam ear plugs took care of the occasional nightly siren. After we adopted those, we slept very well indeed in the comfy bed.
Everything was great!
The comfort and good selection of restaurants.
Location was excellant and room was very nice I booked a twin room but got a double room instead. I did mention this to the receptionist but she said that they had no more twin rooms. I didn't like the fact that, even though I booked and paid, a twin room that I booked for was given to someone else or that the hotel over book certain rooms.
Good location for Shepherds Bush Arena and shopping. Staff were friendly and helpful
staff very friendly and helpfull no nothing we had a good stay
The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The reception staff were not very friendly and the room was not good value for money.
very good breakfast, nice freindly staff
We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Handy for the tube. Quiet and airy inside.
location to the westend, mani from the stone roses stayed there at the same time as us so if its good enough for a rockstar then its good enough for me tv reception was poor
Location. We stayed in a room adapted for a disabled guest - I am a wheelchair user - whilst the size of the bathroom was commendable it had a bath and not a walk in shower. This was not what we expected and not like the last Novotel we stayed in. This hotel is not worthy of its 4* rating, the room was basic and lacked the usual creature comforts one would expect.
Perfect and helpful staff, great breakfast, clean rooms The location, little bit far of Oxford circus but closed to the public transportation stations
The peacfulness of the hotel and cleanliness of room. Beds where uncomfortable and the chrages for parking for residents was unfair when you pay to stay in a hotel you should have free resident parking, i've never stayed in a hotel before that charged for parking and a £1 an hour is a ridiculous when your staying gor 24 hours or more.
The cooked breakfast was a highlight, very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Location convenient for Tube Station Room was just too small for me I'm afraid. Very cramped, albeit quite clever how an en suite had been fitted into an already small room. However, it was certainly only possible to brush your teeth with an up and down motion!
Good breakfast and friendly staff; by London standards good value for money Traffic noise in rooms facing the Goldhawk Road can be excessive, and the room was rather warm. Easier control of temperature in the room would be good
Whilst the rooms are quite small they are very well equiped, tea making facilities, comfortable bed, TV etc. No
Nice welcome. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and service. Comfortable pillows. Comfortable bed. Friendly, easy-going atmosphere. Quiet and peaceful room - rare in London. Nearby easy free parking at the weekend in St. Peter's Square. Good location near tube and for driving into central London. Close to many shops and restaurants. No hairdryer. Shower took ages to get warm - thought it wasn't going to and had largely cold shower. tv control not working. 2 ceiling lights not working.Curtains didn't open or close and were stained. Dirty carpet on stairs. v little space in front of loo.
Very friendly and helpfull staff
the breakfast was good. the bathroom could have been bigger
With few exceptions the friendliness of the staff The small room sizes.
Friendly welcome when I arrived. Good breakfast with no sense of being rushed. Hotel rooms are very small but the price wasn't very high either,
Clean room, friendly service from main hotel staff, breakfast room was pleasant. Hotel confirmed that we had been provided the wrong room and there was no spare, and made every effort to make our stay more comfortable. Booked a double room and ended up in a small twin, which was disappointing. Noisy room
Access to sky channels that you don't get in other hotels, eg sky sports, and as an avid sports fan that was nice to have. The hotel is very quiet, I booked for new year and the hotel was full however I never got woken up or disturbed by noise as I have been in other hotels, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful Bar prices and food were well over priced
Check-in staff friendly, room clean & well presented, bed very comfortable. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.
the cleaner was very good, she did everything as we asked the receptionist was very unhelpful and slow
Hotel was quite new, rooms comfortable & easy to get to Chelsea were playing away, should imagine it is very busy on home matches
Pleasant and polite Concierge and Reception staff. Room service was attrocious and rooms were not cleaned properly.
Good size room. The staff were very polite and friendlt The fridge was broken, the shower unit fell off, one tap was broken. This was reported to the hotel on check out. Luckily I did not need the fridge. They charged 1.50 for a bucket of ice
Went sighting and shopping
Clean room well serviced every day Comfortable bed. Great Moisturiser. Good range of TV channels Having to go outside in the cold to get to the restaurant for breakfast in the Copthorne hotel. The Millennium hotel has no restaurant.Only 1 tea bag and hot chocolate sachet and only 4 milk.Long waits for taxis. Not much to see and do nearby. Porridge and full English breakfast brought together waitress and manager could not understand that the coooked breakfast would get cold whilst I ate my porridge.Problems with reservation - full English breakfast was included in the price but on my 1st and 3rd day the restaurant said that the computer showed continental breakfast
Pleasant room in well located hotel - reasonably priced for London Outrageous cost of car parking on site @ £25 per day - there should be some deal for clients who have to travel by this method of transport. Apart from this I would recommend but cannot do so due to these punitive charges
Everythins fine by us. Nothing
Ideal location for my visit to London
Friendliness of staff, calm surroundings, wi-fi internet access available to guests for free
Location is excellent. Staff and food plus room cleaning every day were good. We have stayed here before. Room is a bit small but OK by London standards.
breakfast and hotel staff is very good. The room is really clean and neat, though very small ( but enough to spend the night since the whole day we spent in the city)
- very family and friendly staff (owners) there - very quiet (we hade a room towards back side) - only 5 - 10 minutes by foot to 3 tube lines - fair price - very, very small room - no place to store suitcases - badly placed, only one hook for coats, towels, ... - not enough space in bath to store all things you normally want to have there - no light above mirror in bathroom
As I only stayed overnight the breakfast was good the hotel was in the area I wanted ,so from that point ok. The price.
Good clean and simple. The rooms where a bit small
Convenient location for visiting London. Friendly staff. Sspotlessly clean.
Good: breakfast, location (a bit of a walk from the tube - catch a bus), room size, free internet, value for money (in London) Walk up small stairs with luggage, general condition of bathroom and rooms (see value for money maybe)
Close to underground Room size was extremely small but efficient, no elevator for luggage
The nachos were good, I guess. Near to tube station. The staff was incredibly rude, when you asked them questions they would be on cell phones & it was obvious you were bothering them. There's no lift, and the rooms are cold and the beds squeak whenever you move. The showers were very small and had little hot water. I would never stay here again.
nice and warm staff, good room, good location, I will return
The room was perfect for what we needed, beds were comfortable and clean and we had clean towels delivered to us dailyPlease write at least 15 words The bathroom was small, however this was not a problem for us
The 24hr reception
Well situated (Shepherd's Bush) for our leisure activities. Bathroom was spotlessly clean and general cleanliness of stairs, room etc was clean. The double bed was comfortable. Street traffic noise kept us awake as we were obliged to keep the window open in the hot weather. Room was rather cramped for two people and there was nowhere to store one's clothing and so we had to leave two people's clothing in the suitcase getting crumpled. There were no 'facilities' for clothing, hence my poor rating.
5 minute bus ride to Hammersmith station Room a bit too warm in summer. Close to road so a bit noisy.
Friendly staff, clean and modern room, and tea and coffee in abundance in room! There was a leak in the corridor near my room. Did not affect my stay negatively however.
The stairs was very narrow and I stayed up on the 3rd flloor. The window was broken so it was cold and noisy!
It's rather clean. The breakfast feeds you up (toast + jam), you can take refill. The room was located in the basement and the stair was so little I almost couldn't bring the luggage downstairs.
Clean and ordered Away from main body of hotel
I would like to have a telephone in my room in order to receive calls and that is not the case. At night it was cold in my room, although it was in march, I asked to warm it more but I was told that there is an automatic timer ...meaning that there was nothing to do. I got a spare blanket instead. The sink in my room was blocked during all my stay. The space to hang clothes not very comfortable very narrow.
Room was clean and comfprtable Breakfast had little choice and coffee not good
The room was very quiet No free internet access from the room
Room was very nice and clean. Offer of breakfast was not very big, salami was missing and cheese.
Very comfortable and close to where we wanted to be[ Fulham Football Club], family party also freindly helpfully staff.
I liked that we could come and go with ease, and that the staff in reception were always friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were a little cold, and the value for money compared to other hotels in the area was poor.
Ease of access to Train/Bus Stations; Friendly and Helpful Staff None
Parking very limited - Parking and Hotel expensive for falilities provided - no restuarant, basically an overpriced Travel Lodge - Heating in room did not work
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Shockingly expensive wifi if you want to use it in your room. £16 / night is a rip off. There is a free connection in the lobby but it's very slow.
A special thankyou to Laura who sorted our room out. Staff very helpfull, friendly yet professional.
Location and staff was kind Room was not clean.
clean, good location, wifi in the rooms no tissue paper or water bottles in the room, expensive and limited breakfast
The best thing about this hotel was the location. Close to Westfields Shopping Center and the Underground station. The room could use more trash bins and hand towels in the bathroom.
Surprisingly quiet given its location in London on a busy street.
This was the second time I chose Hotel Ibis Earls Court as my accommodation in London. The hotel is very well located, very comfortable, cosy rooms and friendly staff.
room was quiet, clean, hot water and coffee making facilities in room I expected shower gel and shampoo to be supplied.
value for money people next door having an argument in the morning slamming doors shouting and screaming.
television sound system in bathroom nice touch I would have liked two pillows available per person in room
Hotel is very average and does not deserve 3 star. 1. Hotel is cheaper via ibis website, I saw that too late, so bookings is not cheaper 2.Wifi connection is 15gbp per night and luckily through booking it was free.
Great food, room was good. location was good. i was not expecting hidden charges on top of bill, i thought the tax was included in the price i was quoted, when booking the room on the website.
Location it was close to the seminar I was attending and 5 minutes walk from the underground. The room looked rather old. I went at the information desk to ask for Paracetamole as my roommate had a terrible headacke but they said they couldn't provide me with any. I had to go looking outside the hotel for pharmacy.
The Hotel was clean but not very big. We had three small maps of Central London but when we got out at Earl's Court we realized that the Hotel was just outside the map. therefore we had to take a taxi. But it's only 7 min. walk if you know the way.
Very Claen and good service None
Convenient location to our destination of Earl's Court
Excellent and friendly staff and good service We had a room on the thirth floor, 67 steps, and no elevator. For olderly people can this be a problem.
Friendly staff.Well appointed room. Good breakfast. Above a nice pub. Close to Tube. Fair price. Nothing we didn't like.
Room was very nice, breakfast was really good Our top bedroom was opened from the top and could hear all the traffic all the time and couldn't close it, i went down to ask a member of staff to have a look at and said would be up in 5 mins and never showed up and when i went down later on way out was gone for the day
friendliness of staff; beautiful rooms and pub; atmosphere in general busy street (can get quite noisy); breakfast service
The hotel has a good location, close to the underground stations but also viewing some green in the city. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The service at the hotel was good. No complaints about cleanliness of the room and /or the facilities. We very much enjoyed the English breakfast and the food in general as well.
Small independent feel with a great bar and good breakfast. Excellent value for money. Noisy air conditioning on the top floor.
staff very friendly and helpful
The rooms very clean & tidy. Good en-suite bathroom. Good TV with wide range of channels. The room over looked a road but I had no trouble with any traffic noise. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
Very friendly and helpful staff.Very comfortable accommodation. Easy access to buses, trains and restaurants. Maybe put "mature couples" on lower floor due to number of stairs. a small fridge in room would be an advantage.
