Pros: The room was well set out with an extra bed for a 3rd adult. The beds were all comfortable and the sound proofing was excellent so we all got a good nights sleep. Useful in room safe and tea/ coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent with a wide ranging fresh buffet and hot food cooked to order. The best thing however was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special as my daughter celebrated her 21st birthday. They arranged a bottle of Prosseco and chocolate strawberries as well as a card and balloons! Fantastic and huge thanks go to Beth and Kostatin for all their care and attention. The restaurant was also excellent, a new experience for us to have Peruvian food and the staff were helpful with reccommendations.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. The decor of the room was very nice. The bar was very nice, great Bellini’s!
Cons: The view from the room wasn’t nice. Afterwards I found I could have got the room quite a bit cheaper if i’d searched more. It would be nice to be offered the cheapest price initially

Pros: Good location and friendly staff
Cons: Having to send staff away who were hassling us for a turn down which we did not want early evening. Receiving a text about check out at 7.30am!

That made it convenient getting to and from the airport without taking a car service. The room was nice, and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. We also like the option to include breakfast with our stay.
Cons: The housekeeping each day was just okay. Some days they didn't give us more than one wash cloth (there were two of us) and other days they left the windows open in our room. We were also disappointed with the breakfast each day. We would've like the buffet to include a few more options for the price. On the mornings that we ordered breakfast from the kitchen, it was often slow and the service was not that great. Other than those minor things, we enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street.

Cons: It should be advised that one bedroom rooms are not suited for two persons, since spaces are very limited. Nevertheless, worthy if you don´t mind to navigate within reduced spaces or if you are light in travel.

Cons: I didn't like the perfume pumped through the air-con in the corridors and bedrooms. Infact we had to be moved as I suffer from asthma and it was effecting my breathing to a none perfumed floor (5) and room. The corridors are too dark, felt like a ship..

Pros: The location in Trafalgar Square was very well centrally-located to the attractions we visited in London and access to the Underground at Charing Cross was great. The Square and surrounding area was extremely crowded, but the hotel somehow felt like an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle. The bed, pillows and shower were great! We chose the breakfast included option, and felt like that was a good value. Breakfast was much more than just the standard Continental fare; there were hot items available as well. Lastly, all the staff was friendly and helpful!

Pros: The rooftop bar was quite a novelty! The view was great! Seeing the giant ferris wheel "lit up" against the night sky was remarkable! As was the trendy "urban" decor! All of the staff were quite pleasant. This hotel seemed to be a great meeting place for "locals," as they did have a private party that was attended by 40 to 50 people. Also, it seems to attract young professionals (mid "20s to 30s")!

Pros: Great pillows & bed. Thomas was fantastic & very helpful in directions. The check in staff did not advise that reservations were necessary for the rooftop bar - our 3 guests arrived, my husband requested the lift they called up & said it was ok. When my husband & guests got to the rooftop, they were seated in the restaurant. I managed to get it sorted out & we were “squeezed” in - very embarrassing. Your staff needs to advise hotel guests that RESERVATIONS are required.

Cons: Nothing!
7.1 Good
Pros: Good location and adequate hotel and room. Friendly front desk staff. Quality bed furnishings - good linens. Decent bathroom and Molton Brown supplies.
Cons: Value for money - this hotel was similarly priced to 5 star London hotels but it does not deliver a similar experience. Housekeeping consisted of having the bed made (no turn down service or tidying). Poor hairdryer and minibar (they’ve opted for an ‘all inclusive’ style minibar which consists of water and Coca Cola, no snacks at all - would rather a chargeable bar with wider selection if that is how the hotel intends to play it). Breakfast is weird - they have a buffet and a la carte style (all a la carte items are charged additionally - fine but not fine to charge for a cappuccino or any other type of coffee that is not filter).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel. Right in the middle of Trafalgar Square. Charming Cross under ground just a few steps out the door. Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and Westminster Abby just a few short blocks away. Many theaters less then 5 minutes of walking.
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooftop bar was quite a novelty! The view was great! Seeing the giant ferris wheel "lit up" against the night sky was remarkable! As was the trendy "urban" decor! All of the staff were quite pleasant. This hotel seemed to be a great meeting place for "locals," as they did have a private party that was attended by 40 to 50 people. Also, it seems to attract young professionals (mid "20s to 30s")!
Cons: The pillows were "thin!" We had to use two...such a pity, especially when the beds were super comfortable, and all other amenities so pleasing! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was NOT worth the $25 to $30 that it cost, there was nothing exceptional about it! But the other meals were enjoyable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great beds and rooms. Nice restaurant on property as well as rooftop bar.
Cons: Menu at rooftop bar limited. Main restaurant not open on Sunday for dinner.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel was very Clean and service was excellent
Cons: Restaurant facilities were limited
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very central location. Staff was great - very helpful.
Cons: Price a little on the high side.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Lobby bar/restaurant had the worse service imaginable.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is perfect, easy to get to all attractions and use public transportation system.
Cons: Room service was quick but quality of food was bit questionable. Had the worst club sandwich ever.
7.1 Good
Pros: Great pillows & bed.
Cons: Roof top bar restrictions
9.7 Excellent
Pros: A great location to walk around and imbibe London
Cons: Staff were a bit non attentive and cold
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location and good service
Cons:

Pros: Location, service and comfort
Cons: Noisy boiler that kept coming on near us and the bin men emptying early on a Sunday. I had paid for a large room, then on realising it wasn’t a twin felt I was then put in a back room for the same money, hence the value rating went down.

Pros: The location was excellent as it was within walking distance of my meeting in the day. I didn't arrive until 9:30pm and the staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. My room was basic, but clean and had everything I needed including water, tea and coffee. Really pleased and will recommend. I will definitely look to stay here when I next need accommodation in London (most months)
Cons: nothing!

Pros: The location was prefect The staff was very warm and kind Cheese and wine every evening
Cons: The rooms were very small And there were no safe in the room we had to take all our documents with us

After we settled into our room we went up to the Rooftop bar and enjoyed a cool drink and enjoyed a fantastic view. Pros: Bed was super comfy! Small but well functioning room. Shower was lovely.
Cons: the entire bathroom is glass so if you're using it w/the lights on you can basically see your hotel mate using the facilities. a bit odd, tho the design is pleasing.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Good location. Comfortable room.
Cons: Very over priced, even by London standards, resulting in us eating and drinking at alternative venues. 2 lifts. I broken. Other lift very slow. Hugely annoying.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location and bar/view
Cons: Bathroom door was see-through
6.7 Good
Pros: Ideally situated for our Theatre Break, most of the west end theatres are within 5 / 10 minutes walk. Also Traffalgar square and other main sites are close by within walking distance.
Cons: We paid £280 for one night in a small box room. There was no privacy in the bathroom, with only a frosted glass partition divide to the bedroom. This may be ok for singles and the younger generation, but I wouldn't recommend for mature or senior guests. Only one lift was working, which meant quite a cue in reception. The hotel promotes their skyline restaurant , it wasn't that clean, service was average and breakfast was very expensive. The next time we book a hotel in London I will make sure we have a room with a private bathroom / en suite. Very degrading

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect and unusual location right in the middle of the West End theatre district. The welcome was friendly, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: I had to walk down 8 flights of stairs from the restaurant because the lift was not working (better down than up!). The hotel interior is still under construction on the upper floors but I felt guests were quite well insulated agains it.
7.9 Good
Pros: Well located new property. Comfy bed. Great rooftop bar and restaurant.
Cons: No hot drinks. Could do with a drink machine downstairs. Breakfast expensive
6.7 Good
Pros: Great location. Staff were very helpful.
Cons: Construction work ongoing. Posters said noise would start st 9am. Rude 8am awakening. On top of that there are NO facilities. No TV. No kettle. Not even cups or glasses. There’s a nice bar upstairs, but you can’t take your drink back to your room to not watch your TV. It’s budget in the extreme, which is fine, but when you pay more than £300 for a night because who knows what is going on in London and all the hotels are insane prices, £300 is a lot of money for budget. Will NOT be returning.
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Rooms quite small and very basic (you've got literally a bed and a trash bin). The whole hotel seems very dark and tight.

7.9 Good
Pros: Stellar location, friendly staff on check-in and a fantastic view from the 10th floor bar. Room was small but clean and fairly well-appointed with funky decor.
Cons: Odd plastic coating to the carpets in the corridor, at least on the 6th floor where I was! I arrived tired and hungry at 10pm and there was no food to be had at all in the hotel. Had to go to a burger place opposite! The shower head (not the rainfall one above; the hand-held attachment) was slightly broken at the base spraying water out at an odd angle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The overall design of the hotel was wonderful, the interior design of the rooms was amazing! The view over London was to die for. The staff were very friendly. Very modern and clean. would recommend to everyone
Cons: There was a smell in the hallway on the 9th floor, nothing bad and I think the carpet was being cleaned in the morning to sort. Could of done with Coffee machine in room and dressing table as a lot of unused space could have been used.

Pros: The location in Leicester Square was very nice, and the hotel seemed to be a popular place to visit.
Cons: I received the worst treatment possible from the managerial staff. Firstly, even though they had my reservation, which was made and confirmed a month and a half in advance, they decided that they didn't have any room available for me to stay in when I arrived to check in. I found this to be very unprofessional since they could have called me or emailed me prior to my arrival at the hotel to give me a forewarning so that I could plan ahead as well. The situation was worsened by the staff then relaying this information to me in a very condescending manner in which they had the very unapologetic tone of "take it or leave it".
Secondly, they decided that a fair way to "compensate" me would be by reserving a room in another hotel on my behalf, without any input from me regarding choice, and then giving me a ride to this new hotel. I specifically chose the W for my stay and did not choose the other hotel when making my initial plans. So, the manager felt he could take the payment for the room at the W, decide that they no longer have a room at the W, then deny me the choice of an alternative hotel, and all without the option of a refund. They said they were compensating me, but I feel that they cheated me greatly. It was terrible customer service. Eventually, I had no choice but to take their offer of staying at the other property, which I didn't want to stay in, since they were not going to make any room available for me at the W for the night.
Truthfully, I feel there were a bunch of racial undertones and biases based on the unprofessional, condescending, unempathetic, and unapologetic tone of the manager and staff. I have stayed at many hotels around the world. This has been, by far, my worst experience with any hotel staff regarding a reservation.
9.6 Excellent

Cons: W hotel always have party during the weekend! The room is quiet still! But you can feel the hotel is “busy” during the party time. Also, no bath in the room, which is a bit weird for this price’. Shower room very small.

Pros: Perfect location for central London. Staff at check in desks were amazing and really helped with our requirements as well as making us feel very welcome.
Cons: For the price of £356 per room per night, breakfast should have been included! We cancelled our breakfast order as it took far too long to arrive and we to be elsewhere. Bar and waiting staff didn’t seem to be interested in helping or very knowledgable.

Pros: I collect foreign coins during my overseas travel. The desk clerk traded my one coin for several smaller denominations -- and when one in the sequence was missing, he even went next door to make change out of his own pocket so that my collection would be complete. I liked the complimentary mini-bar. It was nice to have something for free when most else in the vacation was for charge. The room was very nice. The location was right in the middle of everything -- all within easy walking distance. It was just a few moments from the nearest underground station.

Pros: The location was perfect for us as our visit included a theatre trip so very close by.
Cons: A minor point but the plug didn’t work in the wash basin. There were signs about saving water on washing the towels, but the water kept running away so had to keep the tap running.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: I collect foreign coins during my overseas travel. The desk clerk traded my one coin for several smaller denominations -- and when one in the sequence was missing, he even went next door to make change out of his own pocket so that my collection would be complete. I liked the complimentary mini-bar. It was nice to have something for free when most else in the vacation was for charge. The room was very nice. The location was right in the middle of everything -- all within easy walking distance. It was just a few moments from the nearest underground station.
Cons: It was perhaps a bit more than I had hoped to pay, but overall was satisfactory.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Greetings on arrival, reception check in quick and efficient . Room was up to expectations, greeting welcome card and truffle box much appreciated.
Cons: Lounge bar area facility would be good to finish off the evening before retiring to your room.
7.9 Good
Pros: Bed was amazing, really comfy and you can’t hear anything from the outside. Hair dryer was good quality. Both TVs were good
Cons: Furniture bit old fashioned, dark woods makes the room dark. Mini bar was a bit poor for £285 room. 2 alcoholic drinks and the rest was soft drinks. The toiletries were poor tried washing my hair with literally zero suds. Better quality products needed for a high standard hotel. I was charged for 2 phone calls- again I don’t think you should be charged for using the phone- it should be free as a facility!
7.9 Good
Pros:
Cons: No bathroom
7.5 Good
Pros: Perfect location clean and modern
Cons: The shower was very weak
7.9 Good
Pros: Close to everything. Food, entertainment and shop.
Cons: The space for shower is too small
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room
Cons: Shower was very small and shower door was not sealed causing water to escape unto floor. Also U bend on toilet wa very discoloured and stained. D
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect for a few days in London, nice staff and clean environment.
Cons: Lobby a little small, with two tiny counters for check in. Fine if you are the only guest but when busy it is somewhat crowded. This being the only complaint it doesn't really matter.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The front reception staff were excellent. Very welcoming, efficient and helpful.
Cons: My only comment is the breakfast room decor is is a little dark. I found it that way 4.5 years ago on our first stay and My opinion hasn’t changed. However, staff are very nice and helpful.
7.5 Good
Pros:
Cons: The pillows
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everyone at the Every Hotel was very helpful. I've never had a better experience with hotel staff. They helped us get into a room early after 20 hours of travel. They help with cabs, directions, and tube vs. other transportation option. They helped with locating nearby shops and conveniences. The hotel is also comfortable, clean, safe, and centrally located.
Cons: Some things were not pristine in the bathroom. Overall however, well above average. Much nicer than expected for the price in a city center locale.

4.6 Okay
Pros: nice venue and location, clean and friendly staff
Cons: didn't represent value for money, you couldn't even swing a cat in the room. I'm 6ft and had to sleep diagonally on the bed, for 250 a night i expect more.

Cons: But if an odd reception when I arrived. I was flustered and couldn’t remember my PIN number. Their service and response was a bit strange in response. Only as I stayed at Z hotels before did I know about happy hour etc. Wasn’t told or asked if I knew. But they informed the guest who arrived after me.

Pros: The location was good although very noisy at night.
Cons: The staff, while checking in, was not as helpful as they could have been and were actually rather offputting in attitude. The staff the next morning was checking out, was awesome!

Pros: SoHostel is brilliantly located for getting around London using public transport and close to many of the big tourist attractions, tourism services and top shopping destinations like Oxford St, Regent St and Carnaby St. The private room I had was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were cleaned throughout the day and spotless. Staff were very helpful especially with luggage when the lift was out of order. Common area/ pub was cheery and the breakfast included was really good value. Dinner menu was wholesome, good size portions and also good value. I also liked the fact that there were a decent number of vegetarian options - and that there is a Tesco and a Boots really nearby for any other needs.

Pros: Good location Every morning we found toilets clean. This is a very important point because a lot of people stay in the hostel.
Cons: All doors were closing very noisy. They should be repaired. For this reason, we cant sleep first night of our stay and we bought earplug. We booked double room but not feel comfortable only for this reason. Also, I think, double rooms should be located further away from crowded dormitories.

Pros: Staff, location and food are excellent!!! The property is so clean.
Cons: Bunk beds extremely noisy so pretty much if you have some that moves a lot/ toilet during the night you’ll definitely wake up with them. In addition, they clean the bathrooms/ toilets during peak hours in the morning so get prepared to queuing up.

5.8 Okay
Pros: the beds, fresh fruit at breakfast
Cons: the breakfast pancakes and waffles, the room scent too strong in lobby, horrible elevator music playing all over the hotel, worn down interior, lamps that didn't work, the door had been painted so many times it was hard to open and close without using a lot of force. Pros: I have stayed in Mimis many times. I like the location very much, close to nice restaurants which are still open when I finish work.
Cons: The size of the rooms is fine. I find them cosy and generally sleep very well, which is one of the reasons I choose to stay there. In fact this room was a little large than normal. However on this occasion there were several issues which caused me a big problem - I essentially got no sleep at all: (i) the thermostat seemed broken causing fluctuations in temperature; (ii) the walls were very thin and I could hear the neighbour performing all of his/her bathroom functions, including regular vomiting; (iii) the light switches were broken and there was no way to turn off all the lights. The lights were on all night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Tiny room somehow managed to feel very cozy and secure rather than cramped. There is music playing in the hallway and a (rather calm) pub downstairs - I expected noise. To my surprise, the door seals tightly and there is no errant sound. Location is amazing, right near all the theaters.
Cons: I stayed alone in a double but it would have been quite crowded with another person.
7.9 Good
Pros: I needed to book an additional night for my son which was more than twice the price for the first night.
Cons: larger rooms but clearly this is not possible.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location right in the heart of SoHo, but on a quieter street. Staff were polite and helpful, room was clean and everything was high-quality and well maintained
Cons: Not a complaint because this is expected, but be aware that the small room really is very small. We thought the lighting could have been better, especially since we booked a room without a window.

Pros: The property is ideally located and offers value for money. The rooms very comfortable and the Moulton Brown products in the bathroom a great touch.

Staff are a mixed bunch but all are polite. The location was great as we had booked a local restaurant and were attending the Garrick Theatre. I asked for and got an extra pillow.
Cons: I just wasn't prepared for the tiny room. There was nowhere to sit other than on the bed. No kettle to make a tea in the room and no fridge to keep anything cool. This was my own fault as I hadn't read any of the reviews so not fair to blame the hotel. But just not for me.
9.2 Excellent

Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice atmosphere clean and good quality fit out.
Cons: Two pillows would have been nice.
5.7 Okay
Pros: It was a comfortable bed and they provided water and extras like shampoo and body wash.
Cons: The room was so tiny (literally wall to wall bed) that there was no where to put anything. I was traveling with my daughter so sharing a bed wasn’t ideal. We were put in a basement room without a window so it was dark which was fine for sleeping but seemed dangerous if there was a fire and would have been a bit depressing if we had wanted to be in the room more.

Cons: 3rd stay here and can't believe how it has deteriorated. Majority of staff came across very unhappy and unfriendly. Service at breakfast was non existent, no offer of coffee , had to ask for food to be restocked at the hot buffet. Dining area was dirty especially on tables and chairs . Paid for a bigger room which was lovely but were not told bathroom was set up for disabled use ,which is great to see but takes the edge of a bit of luxury when spending that bit more. Burnt my head as shower kept fluctuating in temperature to the extreme, which is very concerning if it is being used by anyone with a disability. Couldn't get signal on the TV.

Pros: Location location location
Cons: Facilities average
7.9 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the coffee and tea machines were very useful. Silent rooms. Best location for walking distances such as, museums, theaters and Shopping .
Cons: The street was closed for reconstruction and there were many homeless around.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Central location.
Cons: There was a rumbling sound all night. It sounded like the water pipes had running water all night.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean, quiet and functional; all you need, albeit not much more
Cons: When I arrived at 10 am I asked for early check-in as I had requested by mail and phone already, invoking business meetings at noon for which I had to shower and dress and the fact that I was going to leave at 6 am the next day and would thus occupy the room less than 24h. The answer was a stereotype "we have no availability now, have to put you on waiting list, cannot guarantee you will get a room before 14h". Only when I insisted, mentioning that someone had just checked out in front of me and that it would certainly not take more than an hour to make up that room and that otherwise I would have to look further and cancel my reservation did the staff take the "trouble" of calling housekeeping. And - surprise - there were actually two nice rooms free and ready on the top floor ! Afterwards the staff became very friendly and accomodating though, allowing me to have my breakfast (which was included) on the day of arrival rather than of the departure which would have been too early. I cannot say whether the initial formality and lack of flexibility and disposition is company policy or was due to the attitude of the two people at the reception.
1.0 Poor
Pros:
Cons: No response when asking more information via email.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very comfy bed and quiet central location
Cons: The Air conditioning did not work. The room was very small. We did not have breakfast but the room looked 'budget'. The shower made a decent job of spraying the ceiling as the head was leaking.

Pros: The hotel was in the best location , rooms very spacious , and staff very helpful , we were originally next to rooftop bar but they changed us when we expressed concern about noise , this was my second stay here and would come back
Cons: If I had to mention anything , it would be the water pressure in the shower, water hot but pressure extremely low.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good location, okay price.
Cons: It's not 5-star hotel, maybe three. My room didn't look anything like on photos, but was quite old fashioned with dirty carpet, broken cupboards and water stains on bathroom ceiling.
8.3 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: Breakfast room poor . No nighttime turndown service. Minibar wasn’t refilled for second night.
7.1 Good
Pros: This hotel's location is the best thing about it: right in the middle of things. The bed was fantastically comfy.
Cons: The bathroom was poorly designed (water went everywhere), the keycard expired, and everything was fairly drab in the room. The people at the front desk were not that friendly, but fine.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location is superb
Cons: Broken shower fittings, front desk informed didn’t care
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is fab inbetween Oxford & Regent St, with Carnaby Street across the road.
Cons: Everything was great, with the exception of coffee at breakfast. Please invest in a coffee machine.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect
Cons: Liked everything
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location is obviously great
Cons: Lack of information about what is available in hotel - there's a spa brochure in the room (which wasn't relevant for me) but no info about the restaurants, what time breakfast is served and where etc etc). Got to our room and the minibar was empty so had to phone room service for a bottle of water. Extremely grumpy concierge came up with it, complaining that it wasn't his job but there was no-one else around. While he was there we asked him if he could look at the TV which didn't work. At first he said that in the room refurb they must have forgotten to connect the television. After ages, he found something behind the TV which enabled him to turn it on. I have honestly not ever met such a grumpy person working in a hotel! In addition to all this, the room (particularly the bathroom) wasn't very clean. And the shower was just a trickle. Not good enough for £279 per night...
5.0 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Hmmm.... 1st room - smelled of paint, had no furniture and planks of wood on the floor. 2nd room - had more body fluid on the sofa than material, stunk of smoke, and genuinely looked like a shag den. 3rd room - was shabby, had light fittings missing, electrics hanging off the wall. Looked like the bailiffs had been in and removed stuff ! 4th room - perfect.... now why was it so difficult to have not got it right in the first place. Staff didnt really care. Had no interest in getting it right, had to repeat ourselves constantly as new staff came on. No offer of compensation or a sorry !! Very disappointed and we were a returning customer
5.0 Okay
Pros: Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and great location.
Cons: The bed was like sleeping on a hard board. So uncomfortable I only got a few hours sleep.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location in the soho neighborhood and a short walk to the metro to easily get around London.
Cons: The AC would not get as comfortably cool as we would have liked, plus we were stuck with two small beds instead of one queen, and the beds were a bit too firm.
9.0 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: Rooms are quite dated. We changed rooms after the first one was not acceptable. Staff were helpful and accommodating to provide an alternative.
