Pros: Location was perfect

Cons: Small room, so so shared facilities & 20 minute queue for breakfast which was served in throw away bowls, plates & crockery.

Pros: Beyond my expectations: great location, price and breakfast. I sure will stay there everytime I go to London.

Cons: The staff were not friendly at all. They make you feel like you are disturbing them when you ask for something. They never respond to a Hi or a thank you. That's too bad...

Pros: The breakfast is delicious, and there are many choices. The location is great, only 15mins walk to the British Museum, also many good restaurants nearby.

Cons: The bed isn't very comfortable, and sometimes the toilet isn't clean.

Pros: Good value for money, you will be happy as long as you know what to expect. Toilets and showers are shared, but they proved to be enough and very clean. There's also a common kitchen where you can cook. The breakfast buffet was very nice, but there were long queues some times. The location is pretty good, it's possible to walk to the city center (20 minutes to Picadilly) and there are many metro lines nearby.

Cons: The bedroom (a double) is designed to for one person and was very small, so small that there was barely any space to open a suitcase. One of the beds was too soft.

Cons: Room was very very small. There was no Elevator so we had to take luggage all the way up to top floor. Staff did not agree to our request of lower floor room.

Pros: The small size of my room makes it quite cozy, kinda of 'all-in-one' style, with private bathroom. The room service is impeccable, everyday I returned to my room it looked like all new again. The location is in Kensington, a rather 'posh' area in the city as the cab driver told me, pretty safe as I walked in the neighbourhood after 11 p.m. several times. The hotel also provides discount cards of various London tourist attractions at the entrance of the rooms, I used one for city cruise with 20% off. Overall, I find it perfect for family or single tourists to enjoy London (maybe not in summer though), and I definitely would choose this hotel next time I visit London for leisure.

Cons: Well, the hotel is more like a home-stay kind of hotel, so the facilities are not very modern, therefore no AC system, and no socket on the bedside. I had to open the window every night for ventilation otherwise it would be quite hot in my room, but the noise right down on the street would make it difficult to fall asleep. The layout of the room does not make sense very much, the armchair in the small room is totally useless since I can't stretch my legs in the chair anyway.

Pros: The location was great and safe. I traveled with my son and it was very important for me to be in a safe area.

Cons: I have to say the price. It was a little pricey while I know London is an expensive city.

Pros: This Hotel was good in evety way. Location beiing just across from Hyde Park was excellent. Breakfast was very good with all you could eat. The room was comfortable and very clean. Would definatlly stay again.

Cons: Being on the top floor without a lift was a bit tirering ,but considering everything else not really a big problem.

Pros: The hotel was well-situated near a Tube stop. Front desk staff were friendly.

Cons: The room was small (despite being described as an "executive" room with more space), we had no telephone, and the "desk" could hardly function as a bedside table (which were completely absent). We never sampled the included breakfast because the line was so long (and/or the space so small) that we could not even see into the room to see what was offered.

Cons: You might like this hotel prices and location but this is a trap. I stayed in this hotel twice and both times were bad and I documented it with pictures and video. My first stay the gave me a room in the basement with a view of walking pedestrians feet and the sound of cars tires and the entrance door was the place where they keep their garbage bags.... but that wasn't the real problem... the real problem was the entrance was full of mice! So I complained to the hotel about this and they moved me to another room. In my second stay, they gave me a room on the 2nd floor without an elevator and I had to carry my suitcases alone though the narrow staircase without any offer to help me with it. and it's important to mention that the is room in a building around the block about half a km (about 1000 feet) from the hotel lobby. While I was sleeping in the tiny bedroom exhausted from the two floors staircase I woke up from dripping water! the ceiling light was dripping water on me! I since the room doesn't have a phone to call the front desk I had to walk to the down the street to the front desk to tell them to check it out and water with electricity doesn't mix! so I had to wait for about 3 hours then they asked me to go back room to find nothing changed then I called them from my mobile phone so I don't have to walk to them again under the rain. after an hour a maintenance guy who smelled like he had a lot to drink looked at it then told me that they can't fix it. a few hours after several calls later they told me to gather my important stuff and check-in another hotel to spend that night in it. the next day they asked me to move to another room in a different building and again it's in the basement. After all that and on my checkout day I asked to extend my checkout for an hour and they said you have to pay £10 for an extra hour. I told them I had to move from 3 different rooms during my stay with you and you ask me for £10?! the rude hotel receptionist said "if you are not happy with this write a bad review about it, but this is the hotel policy" So this is the review you asked for.

Pros: The room was beautifully presented

Cons: but the double bed was two beds pushed together which resulted in a deep groove between the two beds. So it wasn't as comfortable as you'd expect

Pros: Room was comfortable, spacious and clean tough with quite old furniture. There is also a cute small garden to access from the breakfast room

Cons: To be a 4 stars hotel I would have expected at least satellite TV channels and a better breakfast which I found very poor as choices

Cons: Tiny, dark, ground floor room at the back of the hotel with no outlook at all. Toilet outside the bedroom, we had to go out of the room into a small lobby to access the toilet, and there was a clear glass window in the door of the lobby with view to the front door of the hotel and outside. Worse still, the shower room was upstairs outside another bedroom, accessed through the lobby and up a small flight of stairs. Shower room was not too bad, but no space to dress/undress or anywhere to hang clothes or towels

Pros: Staff were friendly, the location was perfect for me as it was very close to work and only a few minutes walk to Marble Arch tube station.

Cons: The room was not as clean as I would have liked, there were stains on the walls and carpet. The TV was too small for the room. I would stay here again but only because it is convenient for work. The bathroom was fairly small but it was clean.
