Room was nice.
No iron in the room.
Very close to South Bank and the London Eye.
It was all very nice the staff were very helpful the room was really nice and there was a massive selection of programmes to watch
Small things elevator button broke on floor 8 and wasn’t sure how to use the coffee machine got there in the end
The staff was absolutely amazing!
Got to hotel at check in time (2:00) and had to wait 2 hours for the room to be ready. My 3:30 engagement was missed do to this issue with check in. I was only in London this one day and the main reason I was there for didn’t happen because of the late check in. Also, the occupants of the room next to mine was slamming their door and making noises up to 6:00 am. It sounded like staff was continuously trying to enter the room. Not a good experience at all
