Pros (+) Front desk staff during check in
Cons (-) The annoying flashing light on the telephone in the room and the person I called unable to figure out how to get it to turn off. Also, it seemed only one elevator was working and I spent nearly ten minutes waiting for it on my final way out
Pros (+) The staff was wonderful.
Cons (-) The room was small and was located on the 1st floor - bad view.
Pros (+) The room and facilties were large for a London hotel at that room rate. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the robes that were provided
Cons (-) The construction noise was very disruptive and precluded us from getting a good nights rest. The room was poorly designed with large furniture and made it difficult to move around the room comfortably.
Pros (+) The way I was welcomed and treated by the staff was superb.
Cons (-) The breakfast wasn't particularly tasty (a bit cheap) and coffee was watery.
