Good location. Close to tube and Kensington
There could be a bit of noise when people are around. Otherwise it's ok.
you can charge your phone on every bed, and the beds were comfortable
it was all old, rusty and dirty too. it was quite hard to find and you have to walk 15 min through a park to get to the hostel, which can be creepy in the dark. the people in the room were loud and you can hear every step from the rooms above. the toilets were dirty and unisex and together in a room with the showers, which was quite uncomfortable.
The African receptionist
The african black guy with reading glasses by the reception been very demanding about giving help to someone who had problems with the hostel snack machine. Very little simple things, this gentleman is very unprofessional rude and uneducated, if you can avoid this particular subject would be great for anyone. I had to claim my money back with him for several minutes. Very bad experience with this man. He really doesn't know what problems solving and costumer Services means. I am paying for accommodation and I think at least I supposed to be accommodated by a professional and nice people. I think he is not supposed to work in a hospitality industry anymore. This person refused as well to identify himself, do you think you is this the attitude that one in a hostel reception supposed to have? Luckily everything has been recorded.
Clean, spacious and surrounded by trees.
