Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!"

Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."

First my initial flight kept being delayed and delayed until it was actually canceled. Then my second leg of my vacation trip, again, delayed and they just had us standing in line waiting to board our flight. Again I give praise to the wonderful crew members for the stellar and comforting service. They truly are the reason I have not given up on AirAsia just yet. Now I do have one leg left, my tip home...I’m hoping that this one will be the overall best experience for my AirAsia. I’m praying for an on time departure, and another wonderful staff and just a tiny bit more leg space. Wish me luck"

Realizing that particular crew can't calculate, I offer to pay using Rupiah, she rejected it and gave me back the proper change. The exchange rate on board is absurd!!! I suggest use local currency if anyone would do onboard purchasing on AirAsia."

Kekurangan: "Flight was badly delayed and retimed 3 times. Ended up we wasted a whole day. No reason was given."

Kelebihan: "Cabin crew was nice and polite."
Kekurangan: "We almost missed the flight as the boarding gate was changed at the last minute and the announcement was very late. That is very scary!"

Kelebihan: "Nothing"
Kekurangan: "Delay of one hour Delay announced was 20 minutes and no further announcements were made about additional delays Maybe some refreshments could have been served to compensate for delay at least"

Kelebihan: "Cheap flight, landing at T2"
Kekurangan: "Walking on the Tarmac or busing to the plane, flight delayed 25m without an update till past actual departure time, seatbelt light on for almost entire flight-when are passengers given a chance to use the bathroom? The value meal (sandwiches) was very basic and exactly the same for both departing & return flights. My 4yo could pull out the table from its tracks-He's not exactly he-man."

Kelebihan: "Nothing"
Kekurangan: "They charged me $186.43 USD"

Kelebihan: "fast and cheap"
Kekurangan: "delay"

Kelebihan: "The plane seemed to be in good condition and crew were friendly"
Kekurangan: "I agreed to purchase three roundtrip tickets for myself, wife, & infant son. After checking in, I noticed the return boarding pass for my son was missing. I contacted Air Asia via instant message and was told that it wasn't a problem and I could get a boarding pass at the counter. Upon visiting the Air Asia counter at the outbound airport, I was told to see the counter again at the in-bound airport. The in-bound airport advised that the ticket was never purchased for the return. In fact it was as the tickets were not purchased individually. The tickets were purchased in a group as three round trip tickets and that's what I agreed to. At this point, I had no option but to purchase another ticket. Feeling cheated and powerless to resolve the issue I was very angry with Air Asia and would not fly with them again due to this fraud."

Kelebihan: "Price"
Kekurangan: "Seats too cramped"

Kelebihan: "The value, I got low price ticket. Polite , helpful crew. On schedule. Using apps for check in, no paper harassment. Didn't try food, and no use for entertainment for short flight. Don't have baggage."
Kekurangan: "Space was so cramped, aisle and between seats. Would be very uncomfortable for people with long legs, long flight. Even cabin crew could hardly help with baggage on boarding in and out because of the space. Should be more firm on one cabin bag+one handbag policy, many inconsiderate passanger carry more so it was even more cramped."

Kelebihan: "You get what you pay for. I paid for a low cost carrier flight that fit my schedule. I paid for extra baggage and an exit row seat. I was fine with all of what I got. A flight attendant sang a few songs on his guitar to entertain us."
Kekurangan: "Maybe the luggage took too long to come out. Everything else, I get that I paid for a lower fare seat and airline. No complaints."
