The Malaysian Air boarding staff got on radios and appeared to try to help by telling them to put aside for pick up upon my return. Yesterday, The Premiere lounge said they did not have it despite my name, email and phone number being written on the Ipad. Between Malaysian Air and the Lounge and their lack of concern and professionalism it was not a good trip. As One World Emerald member, I steer a lot of business towards these One World Airlines. I expect better treatment."

Without any announcement, the airline changed its policy on 01 Jan 2016 to NOT provide alcohol on "regional" flights. OK for economy class as a cost-cutting measure, but apply this to business class passengers means alienating high-paying, high-revenue, high-profit margin customers! This is ridiculous and although I am sympathetic to the recent issues surrounding the airline and have previously supported its turnaround plan, I hope the airline goes bankrupt. That seems to be the only way these people learn how to properly run and manage an airline."

I did purchase extra weight when purchasing the ticket however that weight MUST be in checked bags only. No margin here for discussion. Perhaps HotSeat passengers are less scrutinized??? This all may be just some transitional pains here and other airlines may follow the same model but in my 200+ flights on Nok Air this has NEVER happened. In fact, they (Nok) have NEVER weighed my carry on bag. Such a shame as the rest of the flight experience was above average. This hardline approach will be an issue if they continue until they beat their customers into taking or leaving it in my opinion. First AirAsia flight for me so the vets reading this will be smiling quietly to themselves ;-)"

I tried to use the app to check in and pay for a bag, it didn't allow me and I had to pay the much more expensive fee at the airport to check the bag. App in general didn't work well at all, it never showed the return leg journey so I couldn't make any amendments to the booking. Check in process took ages in Langkawi, only two desks open for all of AK's flights. None of the self service kiosks were working despite being advertised as functioning."
