Cons: "the plane was Hot! So hot we couldn't use the blankets. The staff in Tokyo did not want to let me and my twin 11 yr olds board early. We need extra time to be organised and in our seats for a very long flight. If not we block the aisle. And that is without consideration for the fact that my daughter has limited sight so needs my help and it takes time. I was disappointed that they didnt come through the cabin from time to time with snacks as most airlines do on long haul flights."
I liked it being a direct flight…improve on food presentation,taste and how they serve their clients.airfare is expensive-clients deserves good service…the crew particulary on this flight is too noisy-the crew talks a lot. With me drifting on and off to sleep thinking it was my fellow passengers making “talk noises”. But when I decided to checks who were making this noises it was the flight crew chit chatting behind the curtain. And I am flying business class-flying out of manila at 10 pm. I need peace and quiet,and I did not get it .

Cons: "It’s a complete torture to be in transit at Manila airport.a large number of Passengers are kept hostage in a small room with a capacity of about 40 persons. Passport and boarding passes are taken away by the airline ground staff. Good airline but worst staff at airport. A lot to be said. TORTURE"

Cons: "I had an urgent connection to another flight. The staff at Butuan and at Cebu were very helpful, trying to get me on it. The cabin crew were also helpful, but after being advised of my situation the pilot laughed and parked on the tarmac for 25 minutes guaranteeing I missed the flight."
You get what you pay for. It’s functional and gets you from point A to B in good comfort. However, food options are limited and cash only, Crew is a hit and miss .. they get your attention if you reach out.
Good leg room ... air conditioning was a bit warm don't Book row 8 ... no windows
They got to the terminal late, with no one on the arriving flight, boarded us late, and left us sitting there for 2 hours before they got us off the ground. They knew they were going to be late, yet they never got an updated flight plan from their head office until long after the flight was supposed to leave. They could have cut the delay in half, of at least let us stay in the terminal. Really just horrible planning.
The worst kind of budget airline. To be honest....the plane was not that bad. Would have been good to have some food choices and some water. What was by far the worse is the passengers/customers that this airline attracts. Coughing and spluttering all over one another with no masks. Just disgusting. Pay for a better carrier and get a better class of passenger.

Cons: "Changed the time of my flight early by more than 2 hours, with no communication. I therefore missed the flight. I was informed there was a flight that evening but they refused to move me as I had booked through an agent. Waited more than 6 hoursnin the airport for next flight and was offered only a meal voucher worth £4. Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!"

Cons: "Seems like Malindo is starting to degrading the service quality. The flight I took before: they change the airplane to batik which was worse with no entertainment, smaller seat pitch, etc. I book Malindo for a reason and paid for what expected using Malindo!! If they had to change the plane they should've given better one or given back compensation to passengers! Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."

Therfore, i not only missed the fight to India, the two remaining connections... Not good day, now I have to pay rebooking on 3 flights to get home!!!"

Cons: "I sit in 2K of A350-900. Though it is known as a throne seat, there is an error on the installation of this seat. The foot rest that comes up and supposedly joined with the ottoman to make up the flat bed is too long so this seat never can actually go to full 180 degree mode."

No one from Malaysia Airlines showed off to explain the situation. Me and my wife dont have any clothes to change. Very bad"

I was next to a quite large person. Soni essentially had 2/3 of my seat for myself and couldn't sit properly. Even though there were some other seat available, the staff refuse that I occupy another seat.

Pros: "The flight i booked has 2 segments, both by Air Asia. However, when i arrived in KL, i was forced to exit the terminal, having to go thru immigration/custom, end up paying 2 separate luggage fees, lots of hessle. Since i never received Air Asia booking#, i was not able to check in, etc."
