Pros: Not a lot Very disappointed overall
Cons: Setting was promised we had spare set next to us but not so. Flight was not full but we were squashed and so disappointed
Pros: Extra charges for luggage, food and entertainment are ridiculous.
Cons: Unconfort and meals for sale too :(
Cons: Had layovers in Malaysia and ended up being charged $145 extra dollars because of a checked baggage (which was supposed to be included in our ticket already)
Pros: Service, cleanliness and punctuality. Food was good too and priced right.
Cons: Could't find the web site to order meals ahead of time.
Pros: Stewards service.
Pros: Business class from Bangkok to San Francisco was good overall, especially for $1400 one way. Food was not very good for business class, was more in line with JAL, EVA, Korean or ANA econo class but again, for the price, no complaints. Great friendly service, quick boarding. Priority Pass didn't have a lounge in Manila but thankfully, Philippines Air had their own lounge with great food and drinks for 1st Class and Business class ticket holders. Plane from Manila to SFO was older, screen way too far away, not even reachable without getting out of the seat. Business class seats don't quite lay flat but no complaints for the price. Would fly with them again!
Pros: Well organize & very courteous..
Cons: So far no complaint
Pros: No delays. Reached destination an hour early. Food was very good.
Cons: My main issue is with the payment confusion between vayama and philippine airlines (unknown outstanding balance came out after managing my booking) which caused major hassle because both parties couldn't help me even after several calls/emails. Actually, another vayama-Philippine airlines passenger reached out to me after she experienced the same situation. Baggage allowance very strict. Would prefer more asian entertainment content.
Pros: Don't expect to be ontime, or have announcements when there is a gate change. Airport employees are more annoyed that you are visiting then what you would expect. Air doesn't run on the plane until your 10k up. HOWEVER, we got there safely and my bag showed up so all in all its fine.
Pros: The plane was new and the food was fresh.
Pros: Boarding by rows - great!
Pros: Their boarding process was smooth. The cabin crew was attentive. The plane wasn’t full and there were three of us sitting together that were rather large. The crew allowed us to go to an empty seat without someone next to it.
Cons: The flight had small video screens but no place to plug in a headset so consequently o sound.
Pros: I liked that everything was fast and easy with no issues
Pros: cheap flight
Cons: delayed flight by almost 1 hour. no discipline officer to impose noisy and disturbing co-passengers
Pros: On time
Pros: Boarding was quick and flight was on time.
Cons: No in flight entertainment, but you get what you pay for.
Pros: Boarding was organized if there is such a thing in the philippines, but at least they tried. Iloilo airport is very nice and allows more room than manila fiasco. The flight for once left early and arrived early and low and behold we had a jetway and no bus!! Luggage was off in record time
Cons: No recline on seats and cramming too many in to such narrow rows..its worse than a new york city bus in the 70s.
Pros: It was a good flight
Cons: The long delay......
Pros: Overall it was a good flight.
Cons: No offer to book my seat assignment during the booking process. A kiosk check-in would be a nice addition.
Pros: Organised well. Clean plane. Excellnt comms from pilot and staff presented well.
Cons: Could not recline chair
Cons: Unfair policy of no outside food, treating its customers in a captive state; cabin is dirty with little cleaning work done. Won't fly if it were not cheap.
Pros: Crew on Singapore airlines were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Cons: They had 0 entertainment on an 8 hour flight. Tv turned off. One small meal after 20 minutes of flying. Would not fly with scoot again.
Pros: First off, the flight was cheap, really cheap, so for the price it was amazing.
Cons: Planes was a bit old so the entertainment system was a bit temperamental, poor image and the wife’s controller had taken a beating, so was hard to navigate and adjust settings.
Cons: We paid $37 to check in 1 Baggage and the flight from SFO to Beijing had delivered the baggage in baggage claim area. We had to take Chinese Visa to get to the baggage, even-though it is a transit. We missed the next connecting flight to Shenzhen as it ate up all our time. Now have to travel in the mercy of the airlines for next flight. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LIST THAT "VISA NEEDED IF CHECKING IN BAGGAGE" MISSED ALL FLIGHTS
Pros: The plane left much earlier than scheduled. They did not wait for the rest of the passengers to board. I had to catch a flight four hours later. I spent a total of 8 hours in the VERY COLD airport.
Pros: Everything for me to reach my destination was simple easy and accessible.
Cons: Planes are not ment for 6'0 people, its very uncomfortable for sitt8ng down even when reclined to a certain degree. Its difficult
Pros: The service
Pros: Reasonable leg room in the economy
Cons: Flight was delayed for 2 hours I could not take on board by carry on luggage because it weighted 10kg. Food service was poor and not well organized
Pros: Service, Luggage handling
Cons: Flight was delayed, Boarding was haphazard, Food was ok at best
Pros: Food was amazing
Pros: Cabot crew very nice an professional.
Cons: I wanted an aisle seat but I got stuck with a middle seat.
Pros: The crew was great. Very attentive and super friendly.
Cons: Value flight so no luxuries. Wifi doesn't work, USB port was broken... Got us where we were going for a great price though.
Pros: Recliner seats were spacious and comfortable. Flight was on time. The meal was good also.
Cons: Very long walk from check in to gate - (C 1). No jetway at pvg, but did have a business class bus
Pros: Flight attendants escorted us to our seats and helped stow our carry on luggage. Lie flat seats were comfortable with some storage space. Meals were very good as well
Cons: Limited in-flight entertainment. Headsets weren’t too good
Pros: The actual flight was really fantastic, food was warm, flight was relatively comfortable/smooth, entertainment at least for me was good, since they had a decent amount of Japanese music to choose from, and the attendants were friendly and nice. Everything was 100% on time as well. I could complain more about tiny tiny things, but for $500 I felt I got a lot better service than United on an equivalent route.
Cons: Seats were slightly stiff, but not too bad. Only bigger issue was upon boarding all the people lined up in a 100+ yard line and caused a bit of commotion instead of waiting for their seat numbers to be called and forming a small normal line. This is in no way the airline's fault, and they tried to make it work in spite of the people doing it, but as a Westerner this was confusing.
Pros: The seat is a nice seat and on par with the better airlines.
Cons: The food and service are terrible at best.
Pros: easy securityand boarding at kl
Cons: food bland
Pros: Everimg went smoothly, from check in to boarding and flight. The ground and flight crew were helpful.
Cons: Nothing for this trip
Cons: Answers together with Perth to KL. I understand from other flight individuals that MAL. Flights are always delayed.
Cons: The food
Pros: Having 2 seats to ourselves
Cons: Crew hurried;seats cramped;boarding a pin-had to take watches off;food indifferent;sat on Sydney tarmac nearly 1/2 hr
Cons: Flying with ANA is awesome, the stewardesses are very nice!
Pros: One of the best service! Thank you!
Pros: Friendly staff, fast service, and good food.
Pros: Crews are very helpful and always have a smile in their face. Comfortable seats and entertainment system are very nice. The only thing that makes us not satisfied was the food, for 10 hours flight there’s only 1 main dish...Totally I like their service.
Cons: The food was not enough, we felt so hungry before arriving.
Pros: Crew members was very polite and food was good
Cons: seat is quite small.
Pros: On time
Cons: Same as above.
Pros: fast boarding time Premium Economy
Cons: entertainment system keeps crashing even after hard reset, Premium Economy class seat limited space not worth that upgrade. They're switch back to Boeing 777-ER from the new Boeing 787.
Cons: Gave us false infor for our boarding location and we had to run for boarding to different location when 30 mins left. Very hectic situation.
Pros: On time
Cons: No USB charging. No charging at all. No wifi. Not all flight attendants speak English. No meal choice. In flight magazine Chinese language only. Confiscated my solar charger. At Guangzhou airport, many food courts take only Chinese cash. Internet service censored.
Cons: I lost my bag, its untraceable right now . The airline was not that supportive and i haven't heard from them till now.
Cons: Very tight space
Pros: More space then previous flights. Attendants very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: Ran out of the food choices by the time they reached me. Had to make do with what was left.
Pros: Excellent service, made a very long flight very pleasant and enjoyable.
Pros: The inflight entertainment was great, lots of movie selections
Cons: The leg room was horrible. Honestly the worst space I've ever had in a flight. I was shocked considering Singapore air is considered one of the best airlines
Pros: Easy boarding
Cons: Not much leg room. Have to pay all food and drinks
Cons: Not even water
Pros: Good price and friendly staff
Cons: Instructions about carry on luggage not clear.
Cons: Jetstar refuses to inform its customers about any upcoming flight delays. People waiting to pick you up: bad luck. Meetings planned after arrival: bad luck. Just sit, shut up and wait until they think the time is right to start boarding, usually an hour after scheduled department time (at least on this trip in both directions). Your ground staff is a total disaster, no matter how much your flight attendants will smile during the flight, they can't compensate for your pre-boarding mess.
Pros: Seat upgrade on the same sector is cheap at $32 compared to $60 for scoot.
Cons: Assigned seat 30A... This row shouldn't exist at all, though seatguru states that seat pitch is consistent at 29inch, it doesn't feel like that at all. When the seat infront reclined, it hit my knee... And i'm not tall just 1.7m. Then row 30 seats doesn't recline, the recline function is there but almost immediately you hit the bulkhead... Lastly, there was this male stewardess who is plain rude, i would be angry if he was a street hawker, let alone a flight attendant. He shouts at passengers to stop eating (some bread which they packed), it wasn't directed at me so i didn't quite bother. But a while after i upgraded to row 13 (exit row) and was snoozing, he came over, grabbed and tucked my arm and asked me the girl seated next to me to go back to our seats... When i asked "what do you mean go back to our seats? We paid for the upgrade." He walked away. The only saving grace is he came back 5-10mins later to apologise saying he didn't know we paid for the upgrade.
Pros: The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. My wife broke her foot, so they took care of us very well.
Cons: The planes are old. The space is tight, especially if you have long legs.
Cons: my travel trip from Kuala Lumpur to Korea and return face critical situation during landing at both airport ( Incheon and KLIA). I WOULD LIKE TO SUGGEST KOREAN AIR HAS TO CHECK YOUR TYRES CONDITIONS BEFORE TAKE OFF. I WILL NOT FLY WITH KOREAN AIRLINE ANYMORE
Pros: Crew, food, comfort, entertainment and many good things
Cons: I love everything
Pros: Everything. Will definitely chose them again.
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful, including bumping up our seats to the front of the plane.
Cons: The plane was old and cramped. I was dying in there.
Pros: Quick flight
Cons: Food was awful Crew before flight in Krabi were quite abrupt Flight was delayed so good job I booked a longer stop over else I would have missed my next flight
Pros: Thai are so dependable and such lovely service. Nothing is too much.
Pros: Nice plane. Seats fairly comfortable. Pleasant crew.
Cons: No boarding organization (board rear seats first), mass chaos. Seafood spaghetti should be eliminated as menu item.
Cons: Food was disappointing being vegetarian Flight was hot then cold then hot then cold Quite cramped when people put the seats back and couldn’t eat food easily Delayed on takeoff
Pros: Food and service was great.
Cons: Old plane, headset did not work well.
Pros: seats were full configurable, tray table very logical and space all felt useable.
Cons: the seats in business class as 1-2-1 seating. each seat has aisle access! flight was super smooth, seats comfortable, although the ‘2’ seas had no arm rest on the isle side. took a little getting used to. There was no overhead bin for the center “2” seas, had to share with the outer window occupants, but plenty of room. IFE was a huge screen with great programming. it looked like.a 16 or 18” screen. meal service was above average and wine selection was strong. featuring both old world and new.
Pros: I liked that cleanliness and the blankets were really nice! I liked the selection of entertainment. The food was alright for getting meals on a airplane. The staff was very nice as well.
Cons: The space was very small and if someone tall is sitting behind you, you cannot our seat back at all so for a 15 hour flight that’s pretty bad. Everything else was good!
Cons: Dinner served 1130 pm breakfast after 12 hrs peanut snack.
Pros: Friendly staffs & price
Cons: Not much legroom for economy
Pros: Comfortable and great crew
Pros: JAL flights to LAX are always great. Good food too.
Cons: This was a JetStar flight, not JAL as the title says. I've only had good experiences with JAL. Despite paying for two pieces of baggage, I had to pay an extra charge. One of my pieces was a pair of light skis (5kg, well below the allowed 20kg) that were apparently too long for normal baggage. It is just another way to extract an extra fee. Seat spacing on Jet Star is dismal. Thankfully it was a short flight
Pros: As always
Pros: Very comfortable and nice atmosphere
Pros: Great flight, good service
Cons: It was all fine.
Pros: the trip with Jin air from Clark was good, the trip from Inchon was good
Cons: We were delayed three hours
Pros: This was a codeshare with JinAir. The staff was friendly and helpful. The plane was small, but thankfully there were plenty of open seats so it felt spacious.
Pros: Boarding by Zone
Cons: Seniors (over 65) people should be given priority boarding
Pros: Efficient crew
Cons: Flight late
Pros: Alll good and arrived early!
Pros: EVA airways seem to have gone out of their way today as the cabin crew service was excellent. Not one issue or complaint. The flight left on tine and was almost early into Heathrow apart from air traffic delay
Pros: I like everything five stars rating.
