She offered me a great seat and was patient and friendly when I requested to be moved around. She made conversation while we waited for the system to finish, and had a huge smile the whole time. She set the time for the whole airport and flight experience, and had me smiling the rest of the day. If there's a way to tell her bosses - she is a gem, hang on to her! I'm looking forward to my next trip on firefly!"

If they had to change the plane they should've given better one or given back compensation to passengers! Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."

Cons: "2 months travel in SE Asia, 11 flights , 7 airlines. Only this flight did they want to charge hundreds for our luggage. They brought it down a bit but still cost more tha the tickets."

Pros: "All ok, seriously,stewardesses look great and very charming with her uniforms, very friendly staff"

Pros: "This is now our airline of choice between KL and Singapore and the next time we fly to Australia we will try flying with Air Asia. It was a very short flight so entertainment was not provided, and we were perfectly happy with that. Very reasonable fare. All staff were charming and very helpful. Highly recommend."

Cons: "The flight delayed for 6 hours and when we make inquiry they keep saying will update soon. On top of that, after informing that I'm vegetarian they still insisted me to take kfc. Ended up having wedges and bun."

Cons: "I was detained at the ticket cutting counter because I carried extra plastic back for purchase at the airport. Apparently in HK they have absurd rules saying that you can only have 2 bags carry on. Any extra has to be charges. I never have that kind of rules before using Air Asia at the other country, especially we buy some presents at the airport. I end up throwing a few items away because I can't squeeze in everything in my carry on bag. I will no longer take Air Asia for the Hong Kong Route."

Cons: "Worst experience. Flight delayed more than 4 hrs and staff. Couldn’t accommodate us. Please make announcement that names must be given to accommodate people if you guys going to place people in such a way. Do not make us wait and finally say no more flight. That’s absurd."

Cons: "Initialy no staff at gate to update the delay. Passenger left wondering. Luckly received alert from Kayak.com on the delay. Received sms at 9.05pm after 1 hour delay from Airasia."

Pros: "Plane was delayed twice and nothing was communicated. They where aware that we we missing our connecting flights and promised to give us accomodation overnight a KL. when we arrived at KL there was again no communication and they then told us there was to be no accomodation, they had flat out lied. I after about an hour lining up to get a replacement ticket for the next flight (which took unnecessarily long considering they knew this was happening hours in advance), we went to the airport hotel which I would have booked if they had not lied to me to find that it was booked out."

Cons: "Sadly, despite having printed our boarding pass we were.not allowed through security without a red stamp from Air Asia. This took.two attempts as they printed mine twice and not my husbands. Also check in counters had closed so we used the Sales counter. The staff forgot to give me back our passports and plastic pocket with all.our travel documents in. They were not very competent and not parrocularly polite. At no.point on the boarding pass did it tell us we needed a stamp from check.in. We had handluggage only."
