It was delayed for more than 1 hour due to LIMA when many planes landed & took-off at the same time. It could ve been better if the pilot or crew informed us every few minutes so that we know what’s going on.

Cons: "Even though there plenty of seats available, the auto seat allocation put another passenger next to me."
Cons: "Flight delayed 1 hour and 50 minutes. Even my inbound flight also delayed one hour."

Pros: "Very always at check in but all very relaxed. Only gave 3 for food as we'd asked for pot noodle (Rm3) only to be told they had no hot water. Not serious & we didn't use their entertainment. Otherwise all good & would recommend"

Pros: "The staff has no personality and no working knowledge of how customer service is supposed to be. I booked this as Malaysia Airlines and even though it's operated by Firefly, it should've recognized my priority status with OneWorld."
Pros: "There was one local manager who smiled a lot and tried to promise things that it turned out he wasn't allowed to promise while his airline was screwing me."
Cons: "International travelers, check and recheck your flight. Firefly canceled my flight "several weeks ago", according to them, didn't notify me by phone or email despite the fact that they admitted they had both on file, didn't refund the money to my credit card until the day before departure so i had no idea of the change, and then provided no help whatsoever when i arrived at the airport and the flight didn't exist anymore."
Pros: "Everything was smooth and easy. Check-in line was short, the whole airport experience was quick and easy. Flight was smooth, comfortable, staff was so friendly. When I checked in for my flight in Penang, the girl who helped me, Kay, was the most friendly help I've ever had.. She offered me a great seat and was patient and friendly when I requested to be moved around. She made conversation while we waited for the system to finish, and had a huge smile the whole time. She set the time for the whole airport and flight experience, and had me smiling the rest of the day. If there's a way to tell her bosses - she is a gem, hang on to her! I'm looking forward to my next trip on firefly!"
Cons: "Boarding was delayed a bit, but flight took off within a few minutes of schedule, so no real problem!"

Cons: "Flight was first brought forward by 30 mins. Arrived on time at the gate, but actually it's delayed by 15 mins from the original time. So in total delayed about 50 mins from brought forward time. NO ground staff at the gate bothers to inform us. Flight status screen shows "Callng", when approached, ground staff just replied "not yet" in a bad manner. Terrible ground service."
Pros: "The lower level cabin attendant did her best to make a better impression than her supervisor. I am grateful to her."
Cons: "The purser was not even polite. Was it because she was veiled and I was wearing a cross? I really hope not. The normal economy seats are cramped to an unacceptable level. I will avoid flying MH economy again. Malindo, a low-cost flying the same routes (SGN-KUL and KUL-CMB) I often fly, has a much better level of service than MH, supposedly a full service airline."

Pros: "First time on Malaysian. At least we didn’t disappear. All was okay except for the meal on the flight to Saigon. I’m not one to complain about airline food but the “meal” served was execrable, possibly the worst in 65 years of flying. And no alcohol on an international flight was niggardly in my estimation.. The flight from Penang to KL they had the cheek to serve a tiny cup of fake orange juice. I will avoid Malaysian in the future."

I checked in with plenty of time and when I arrived in Singapore I was advised that not only could they not call to Panang to inquire about my bag -it had to be arranged through email but also bags aren’t destination scanned! I work for United airlines and it seems primitive not to know where a bag is in today’s day and age. The following day, knowing that I was departing back to the United States miraculously my bag showed up at the airport the same time as my minimum required check in time."
