Badly managed check-in queue even for online checked passengers doing bag drop - 3 hours before departure at NAIA 3. There was no announcement from airline staff or anyone for that matter at the gate that the plane will be delayed. Plane departed 2 hours late and sitting in the tarmac with poor cooling inside the plane. Badly managed budget airline.

The crew were very pleasant... they were efficient and organised, modern, smart and 'on it' when necessary. I didn't eat as flights were short... no entertainment although they do have Rokki wifi to watch stuff on phones and tablets... I didn't bother though. Boarding was slick... time lost due to late departure was largely recovered in flight... Aircraft was clean and comfortable. Will definitely use as my airline of choice when travelling in the area...

No attention to our needs. I booked a wheelchair for my mom from manila to bkk. No wheelchair was provided from malaysia to bkk. I even push my mom in manila airport coz they said they dont have enough staff. My mom had a stroke and she walked all the way in kuala lumpur. What a lousy airline you have

Despite recent tragedies that led to loss of life and aircraft, the flag carrier of Malaysia seems to be well on the road back to good health and prosperity. This is a win-win situation all 'round. From being re-booked to an earlier flight by their impressive ground staff to excellent in-flight service and airmanship during the ride, the experience was truly one of the nicest airline experiences in recent memory. With improvements at MNL coupled with this fine experience, I now have another option to choose from when traveling by air both within SEA and beyond. Kudos to all.

Though not MH's fault, having to queue for nearly 2 hours at KLIA to clear immigration formalities was an extremely rude welcome back here, considering that it took me less than 30 minutes in June to clear formalities at the "Budget Terminal."

Our flight was delayed over 3 hours resulting in us missing our connecting flight from Kuala Lumpur to China and then Los Angeles . Malaysia airlines did not apologize or help us with rebooking our flights or offering hotel accommodation. They just left a family of five with no flight, stuck in Malaysia with no options of getting home. . Flight crew had very hard bumpy landing on both legs of flight and maybe they need to go review landing protocol so that we don't have to have a hard rough landing

Check in and boarding we're both quick and easy. There were unsold exit row seats on our flight and the flight attendants lets us change seats. The in flight meals were quite tasty.

The beverage options were limited and mostly consisted of different flavors of fruit soda. The flight attendants sprayed the cabin with a strange aerosol before landing. Trash was not collected during the flight.

They where aware that we we missing our connecting flights and promised to give us accomodation overnight a KL. when we arrived at KL there was again no communication and they then told us there was to be no accomodation, they had flat out lied. I after about an hour lining up to get a replacement ticket for the next flight (which took unnecessarily long considering they knew this was happening hours in advance), we went to the airport hotel which I would have booked if they had not lied to me to find that it was booked out.

An apppology for a start and hopefully some compensation

With improvements at MNL coupled with this fine experience, I now have another option to choose from when traveling by air both within SEA and beyond. Kudos to all.

Though not MH's fault, having to queue for nearly 2 hours at KLIA to clear immigration formalities was an extremely rude welcome back here, considering that it took me less than 30 minutes in June to clear formalities at the "Budget Terminal."

Flight was delayed twice. We missed our connecting flight and the next flight wouldn't be until the next day. Customer service was ridiculously slow.

Badly managed check-in queue even for online checked passengers doing bag drop - 3 hours before departure at NAIA 3. There was no announcement from airline staff or anyone for that matter at the gate that the plane will be delayed. Plane departed 2 hours late and sitting in the tarmac with poor cooling inside the plane. Badly managed budget airline.

The crew were very pleasant... they were efficient and organised, modern, smart and 'on it' when necessary. I didn't eat as flights were short... no entertainment although they do have Rokki wifi to watch stuff on phones and tablets... I didn't bother though. Boarding was slick... time lost due to late departure was largely recovered in flight... Aircraft was clean and comfortable. Will definitely use as my airline of choice when travelling in the area...

Plane was delayed twice and nothing was communicated. They where aware that we we missing our connecting flights and promised to give us accomodation overnight a KL. when we arrived at KL there was again no communication and they then told us there was to be no accomodation, they had flat out lied. I after about an hour lining up to get a replacement ticket for the next flight (which took unnecessarily long considering they knew this was happening hours in advance), we went to the airport hotel which I would have booked if they had not lied to me to find that it was booked out.

An apppology for a start and hopefully some compensation

In flight meal.

Got told luggage would go straight to bali from origin in Nepal. Waited at baggage check in jarkata just in case. Sure enough, our baggage comes out. Transfer to domestic terminal was almost impossible since we were given no information and our flight number changed completely. All of a sudden it was batik air not malindo, which has a completey different terminal. Will not be travelling with malindo again.
