The worst kind of budget airline. To be honest....the plane was not that bad. Would have been good to have some food choices and some water. What was by far the worse is the passengers/customers that this airline attracts. Coughing and spluttering all over one another with no masks. Just disgusting. Pay for a better carrier and get a better class of passenger.

Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."

The legroom is spacious, the seat was comfortable and the cabin crew was awesome. Flight was on time, check in was acceptable (considering people travelling from Bandung has a lot of check in baggage due to shopping)."

All in all a decent flight for around these parts I guess...I mean at least the thing wasn't brush painted with house paint...been there before."

Pros: "Scoot upgraded to a bigger plane, and as a result had more empty seats"
Cons: "flight was delayed by almost 2 hours due to operational problems. despite that, there were still passengers who were late to board, causing more delays. no apologies from Scoot. plans were derailed."
Cons: "Boarding was quite messy as flight was delayed but many passengers were not informed. Only one service officer was being bombarded with questions from passengers when it would save so much trouble just making a proper announcement in the first place. Boarding queue also merged with another flight departing at a similar time, causing a massive bottleneck. Whilst on board, pre-ordered food was not served with cutlery and it took another 15 mins to get the attn of the stewardess to get the cutlery served. Would have been faster to just get it myself."
Cons: "An hour and half delayed without prior notice. So i had to wait at the gate."

Cons: "Unusual traffic jam in Jakarta caused me and friend to miss our flight. When booking next avail flight we were ticks regardless of why we were late, zero dollars would be allowed. Note flight was scheduled for 8 PM. We left our hotel at 1600hrs for a 20 mile ride to airport- should have been plenty of travel time!"

Cons: "No one at the boarding gate to allow passengers that paid for early boarding to board. They were already calling row numbers by the time anyone showed up. The wall in front of the bulkhead means you don't actually get more leg room by paying for the bulkhead seat. I wouldn't bother again. You'll probably have more room by putting your legs under the seat in front of you. Why do they still make you turn off your iPad on takeof? The other airlines have already stopped this silly practice that doesn't nothing to increase safety. Baggage delivery was too slow."
