Pros: "Check in and immigration was quick. Flight was on time"
Cons: "Even though there plenty of seats available, the auto seat allocation put another passenger next to me."
Cons: "Flight delayed 1 hour and 50 minutes. Even my inbound flight also delayed one hour."
Cons: "Flight delayed by an hour"

Cons: "Check-in took forever, another line should have been opened. Very little legroom on the plane."

Pros: "Very always at check in but all very relaxed. Only gave 3 for food as we'd asked for pot noodle (Rm3) only to be told they had no hot water. Not serious & we didn't use their entertainment. Otherwise all good & would recommend"

Cons: "Needed to re check in in SIN, even on a same day flight Flight was late for both sectors SZB-SIN-SZB"
Pros: "The staff has no personality and no working knowledge of how customer service is supposed to be. I booked this as Malaysia Airlines and even though it's operated by Firefly, it should've recognized my priority status with OneWorld."
Pros: "There was one local manager who smiled a lot and tried to promise things that it turned out he wasn't allowed to promise while his airline was screwing me."
Cons: "International travelers, check and recheck your flight. Firefly canceled my flight "several weeks ago", according to them, didn't notify me by phone or email despite the fact that they admitted they had both on file, didn't refund the money to my credit card until the day before departure so i had no idea of the change, and then provided no help whatsoever when i arrived at the airport and the flight didn't exist anymore."
Cons: "Hot in the plane upon boarding"
Pros: "Everything was smooth and easy. Check-in line was short, the whole airport experience was quick and easy. Flight was smooth, comfortable, staff was so friendly. When I checked in for my flight in Penang, the girl who helped me, Kay, was the most friendly help I've ever had.. She offered me a great seat and was patient and friendly when I requested to be moved around. She made conversation while we waited for the system to finish, and had a huge smile the whole time. She set the time for the whole airport and flight experience, and had me smiling the rest of the day. If there's a way to tell her bosses - she is a gem, hang on to her! I'm looking forward to my next trip on firefly!"
Cons: "Boarding was delayed a bit, but flight took off within a few minutes of schedule, so no real problem!"
Pros: "the flight attendant on board was lively in making announcements!"
Cons: "Flight was first brought forward by 30 mins. Arrived on time at the gate, but actually it's delayed by 15 mins from the original time. So in total delayed about 50 mins from brought forward time. NO ground staff at the gate bothers to inform us. Flight status screen shows "Callng", when approached, ground staff just replied "not yet" in a bad manner. Terrible ground service."
The flight is awful, food isn’t very tasty or good, entertainment sucks
Personable, friendly service. Crew interactions always naturally pleasant and polite. The crew really enjoy their job and interactions with one another. Public Addresses are all smooth, clear and unambiguous - this instils confidence. Landing was butter-smooth in what seemed to be challenging and turbulent conditions - Kudos to the flight crew. Boarding and airport experience were good also.

Cons: "My checked bag did not arrive at my work city of Singapore. It took 2 days to be brought to my hotel despite my being told they would be on the next flight. I arrived back in Denpasar yesterday and, again, my bags are lost and I again I was told they would be on the next flight. I still do not have my bag. Seems to be a pattern with Malaysian Airways and I will avoid them in the future, Also, I left my Ipad plugged in at the Premier Lounge in Denpasar and realized it as I was boarding the plane. The Malaysian Air boarding staff got on radios and appeared to try to help by telling them to put aside for pick up upon my return. Yesterday, The Premiere lounge said they did not have it despite my name, email and phone number being written on the Ipad. Between Malaysian Air and the Lounge and their lack of concern and professionalism it was not a good trip. As One World Emerald member, I steer a lot of business towards these One World Airlines. I expect better treatment."

Cons: "Seats were too close together. Not very comfortable. We were in row in front of emergency exit. Seats didn't recline. We should be alerted when we select these seats that they are uncomfortable."
Cons: "Their app is useless. Not user friendly and always down ! Their staff can't even give proper directions on what need to be done in terms of getting upgrades ! Such a shame how it this airlines is getting from bad to worst. They use to be great and my number one choice , but now they are just a disappointment. I am only supporting MAS because they are my national carrier"

Cons: "Fight was delayed half an hour due to waiting for a few connecting flight passengers. This is ridiculous as the airline is making the gain at the expense of other passengers' priceless time."
Pros: "Flight was full ...so felt cramped. Towards back of plane so only 1 toilet. The Veg pie was slightly warm and unappetising , took 1 bite and left rest. Steward saw this and gave me extra peanuts instead. The brekkie was awfulll, the supposed scrambled eggs was congealed into the shape of the holder and again lukewarm the grilled tomatoe looked washed out....unappetiising...so ate the squahed croissant , yoghurt and fruit. What happened to international food standards . Crew was nice...though if wanted water later on had to get yourself.They didn't come around much offering water before Brekkie. No game option eg Sudoku on Entertainment site. My bag come off carousel more scratched than with other Airlines, so poor handling. Disembarked by stairs at Sydney Airport near Cargo plane area and had bus to Airport. Never had that before on an International flight , so took much longer to get into terminal....last thing you want after a long flight."

Cons: "Return to BKK from KUL was on a 737-800 that looked like it was ready for the scrap heap. Very dirty even on the outside of the plane. The backs of the seats were torn and spots from drinks and dirty hands on the backs of the head rest. All the magazines were WELL worn and one had gum between the pages. The table top had part of a meal left on it."

Cons: "For some unknown reason, Kiwi.com booked this as a self-connecting trip and now my luggage is missing (didn't connect). In addition, they CHECKED IN FOR ME and selected middle seats. I am incredibly unsatisfied with this service and disappointed in my kayak experience as a result."

It was as t even 7:30 when they dimmed the long guts. Only one bathroom in the back and we never saw someone go forward so we were t sure if there was one in the front. Very tight seats."

Had to leave my arrival Terminal 1 to pass through Immigration to reach Terminal 2 because Air Asia has no counter in Yerminal 1. All this led to a time consuming exercise and missed counter check-in time. Terrible experience."

I'm a female and 5'9 and this is the least space I've ever had on a flight. So uncomfortable I can't imagine a long flight with this airline, which is good to know because now I will not use them for flying to Malaysia from NYC. Also both flights were delayed by nearly an hour each."

Cons: "We arrived a full 2 hours before our flight, as did many other people. Unfortunately, as they only had 2 people working at the check-in desk, we waited in line for over an hour to get checked in. Everyone was telling the staff that we were all at risk of missing our flight (as we still needed to clear security and immigration), however nothing changed. The girls behind the desk seemed genuinely flustered and sorry about the situation, but unfortunately no one else came to support. We made our flight by the skin of our teeth, but it seems that people in line behind us weren't so lucky."

Pros: "Krabi airport discount terminal had no air conditioning. It has been broken down for while and poor AirAsia staff and the airport employees have been enduring working in heat. How can AirAsia let this happen while collecting airport tax fees? Complained to the airport manager and filed a refund for airport tax fees with AirAsia airport manager"
