Find cheap flights from Johor Bahru to Asia from RM 72

Delayed 7 hours plus. Given $15 worth of meal at Subway but it was actually we can only choose 1 set meal instead of $15 of anything. The staff at subway weren’t happy to serve huge group of us. No detailed explanation given by the airline and we just have to keep looking for information at the departure tv screen.

Was all very easy, from buying the ticket online to walking stratup to the check-in desk, helpful and friendly checkin staff, punctual take off, good standard of aircraft, luggage was waiting by the time I had cleared immigration. Thumbs up all round.

No frills, basic flight in a puddle jumper. I wasn’t expecting refreshments nor entertainment. Everything was efficient, and everyone was pleasant.

The only problem was that I bought ticket on a third party app but I have to pay extra luggage cost, because of in their system different from my bought ticket. Every other was perfect

It was delayed for more than 1 hour due to LIMA when many planes landed & took-off at the same time. It could ve been better if the pilot or crew informed us every few minutes so that we know what’s going on.

chaos boarding. Crew in business class seemed short staffed and lacking in attention to details initially, but did improve during flight.

The cabin was quite noisy as there were lots of children travelling for the school holidays. Found the selection of movies limited.

The best so far coz this time it was all male steward on the economy cluster. They were polite, efficient & genuinely courteous. They do not judge you when you ask for more food & peanuts.

Delayed for 45 minutes. Don't know what's the issue. Other than that, food was not to my satisfaction. However it's okay.

My first course flight (Aor-Kul) was cancelled in the morning, and they asked me to board the night flight hence I need to transit overnight for the 2nd flight (Kul-Myy) that supposed to be on the same day. The overnight stay was not provided, (I'm traveling with my spouse, a daughter (5 y.o.) and an infant (2 months old). Hence I booked Sama Sama Hotel at my own expense (fortunately using my enrich miles points). Other than this issue, all services is good.

We had a 3 hrs delay and they offer McDonalds pineapple pay. They charged us for extra grs of luggage and the experience was not good

Thai Air Asia no longer has customer support that you can call and talk to. All support is done by chat bot or self help websites. This can be a major issue if you have a problem and it bit us so we can’t recommend nor will we book with them again unless as a last resort.

No way to talk to support. Is all online self help or chat bot. Now way to speak to a person and the automated options are useless.

Airline cancelled our flight purchased through kiwi.com 2 months before travel and to date has inly refunded half of our paid ticket price.

Crew was nice, boarding efficient. VERY cramped seating. I'm a 5 ' 10'' slim woman and my knees were up against the seat in front of me and my arms were against the arm rests. There are no services, not even water, and they only take local currency and I didn't yet have Thai baht ( flying from Indonesia and no rupiah left). I won't choose to fly with this line again.

Good, no mini-tv's, no food unless you pay, good overall experience.

CNX is a filthy, poorly kept airport. I have heard that Thailand plans to build another airport in San Kampaeng area, so perhaps they are just letting this one go. But it makes every airline look badly to offer their service in such a poorly organized "dump". Sorry to say this, but that's what it's like. At least the AirAsia flight which I took was on time! I appreciate that.

Air Asia will be my choice of airline when I fly to Asia every 6 to 8 weeks. Thank you for your good service.

I really like air Asia. The flights are running very professionally and both of my flights this last time got in early. Planes were clean. The staff was very professional and helpful. I understand they were supposed to be a budget airline but they don’t act like they’re a budget airline.

Due to very heavy rain in Jakarta which caused bad floods on the highways the captain kindly delayed the departure to allow many passengers to reach the plane with almost 2 hours delay. Otherwise the flight was smooth and uneventful. I was disappointed that given the long delays the passengers were not even treated to a free bottle of water. I had to buy a packet of salted peanuts and bottle of water since I missed lunch.

They don t offer even a glass of water need to buy a drink if you are tursty they can save money and timeby cancel the food offer for 1 hr fly both fly nobody buy and try sale on boad thinkthe we can buyduty free store

Compared with other LCC, Air Asia is a lot better

AirAsia is running a bait scam by listing a lot of flights to get as much booking as possible but ending up merging the flights to fill the seat. They will change the schedule as much as they would like. Just beware when booking their flights and if you are tight on schedule. Prepare to be disappointed.

We had an emergency seat to more comfortable and more leg room. It was good for a budget airline

Liked the food. It’s was delicious! The cleanliness was average.. we saw dried liquid stains on the seat head in front. The flight was delayed. My experience with other airlines is that the flight crew usually announces an apology for the delay . Maybe air Asia doesn’t deem it necessary.. In summary the only positive that stood out was the food.

My flight got cancelled 7 days before departure, the the replacement flight was cancelled again and I was not notified, but found out during check in.

Delayed by 2 plus hours and utter chaos at the boarding gate. Boarding gate changed twice. People were stuck at the boarding gate with no access to food water or medicine.

The seats are not great and there is no entertainment. However, it is a discount line, the people are great, check in was easy, the food options were decent and inexpensive, the flight was on time, and we arrived safely. No complaints for the cost. Would fly again!

Efficient turnaround, flight on-time. Pre-ordered food arrived hot and was pretty good for the price.

Great. Very satisfied with a direct flight from Penang back to HK international. Stewards in the cabin were very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to fly with Air Asia in the future.

Second time flying on AirAsia. They’re fine for a low cost carrier, so I don’t expect high level hospitality. They could have informed us that the flight would be delayed even if by a few minutes, instead of the passengers asking the gate agents why we’re not boarding 8 minutes before takeoff. And given some of the passengers on this particular flight were problematic, the crew did great handling such people.

Meh, it was AirAsia. It's not about a quality.

They didn't have a single blanket for hire for a long haul overnight flight. This wasn't good enough even for a budget airline

Kayak shares with you the best price! and in my case it was Air Asia flight. Air Asia flight was on time, the boarding was seamless with FACES technology at KLIA2 and the pilot made a great smooth landing upon arrival. Excellent trip!

I left the city late and fortunately the flight was also delayed 50mins

Air Asia’s standard has dropped tremendously post pandemic. The whole organisation feels ‘soul-less’
