This is a win-win situation all 'round. From being re-booked to an earlier flight by their impressive ground staff to excellent in-flight service and airmanship during the ride, the experience was truly one of the nicest airline experiences in recent memory. With improvements at MNL coupled with this fine experience, I now have another option to choose from when traveling by air both within SEA and beyond. Kudos to all."

From then on all I have to say is that the planes have no entertainment, no leg room (they are known for the insanely tight seats) and no food. Not even a drop of water was offered unless you pay on board. Interesting...I wonder what they do then with all of the money they took to accept my one bag (it was seriously 10k, I'm a small girl travelling alone there was nothing large about it). All that to say, I wish I could get some money back, I would never have paid so much to check a bag if I had the opportunity to cancel the flight all together. I'm beyond unhappy with my experience."

The in-bound airport advised that the ticket was never purchased for the return. In fact it was as the tickets were not purchased individually. The tickets were purchased in a group as three round trip tickets and that's what I agreed to. At this point, I had no option but to purchase another ticket. Feeling cheated and powerless to resolve the issue I was very angry with Air Asia and would not fly with them again due to this fraud."

Cons: "From prior reviews I knew enough to allow nearly four hours to make the change from domestic (Bali to Jakarta) to international (Jakarta to Tokyo) upon arrival in the Jakarta airport. Good thing! Our early evening Bali flight was delayed by almost an hour; more importantly, the bus-to-arrival, baggage claim, bus-to-international terminal-with-luggage took nearly ninety minutes to figure out and execute (not AirAsia's fault, obviously, but still a planning issue). Adding the long walk from check-in to gate and the immigration process meant in the end we made our connection with less than thirty minutes to spare. Otherwise the flight was fine. No complaints about the ticket price either."
Cons: "We staied alot in the airport waiting the delayed flight without parior commuincation The plan was so noisy We were not notified before that our luggages were not included in the ticket price so we spent time trying to pay online but the website was so bad and then we paied cash The plan was so cold which made me feel sick and no plankets to use The take off and the landing were terriple Even no pottle of water served all have to be paid by the passengers !!"

Cons: "They sell the tickets so cheap but lots of hidden charges I checked online on their website the baggage allwanc and it was from Bali to Jakarta 15kg and any extra weight up to 30 kg you pay 20 usd more by the time I arrived there they wanted to charge me 120 usd for my bags .agents at the counter were rude and they sent me to Air Asia office in the Airport where the agents there were even more rude and the lady was just screaming at me and pointing in my face with her finger and she never even offered any solution and she mentioned that the charge is mentioned online .I asked her to show me as I had a screen shot for the Web page but instead she was still shouting and pointing at me . Finally one agent at the counter informed me that I'm allowed to have two handbags so I can remove some staff from my suite case and carry them as handbag which was never mentioned before from any other agent .and this 120 usd were never mentioned on the website as I'm an airline staff as well and I know how to read terms and conditions. Above all I tried to write feedback online guess what !? They don't have this option. First and last time I fly with this cheap airline I'm not willing to pay money to get insulted"
