Cons: Passenger id check before entering the departure gate took forever. They checked visa permits which actually was not their duty. They're flight ground crews not immigration officer!

Pros: Horrible, tv not working. I asked for no vegan and they forgot to bring my food. After I mentioned, they finally brought and was vegan! Plane very unconfortable and old. Totally different than the connection place that was way less time on air.

Cons: There wer plenty of empty seats and the other people sitting in my row wanted to move to open seats but weren’t allowed because the seats apparently cost more money than our seats. I think that’s a bit stingy of the airlines because no one is sitting there. Why not allow people to be comfortable?

Cons: I was charged $183 USD for the same bag that was free on Malaysian airlines. Huge extortion rip off.

Pros: I tried their new selection of meals- butter chicken with rice. It was really good actually

Cons: We were running late for the flight due to long lines at immigration which was not Air Asia’s fault, but when we finally made it to the check-in counters we were misdirected several times and given conflicting information. On top of that after we finally checked in we had to go another counter to pay the baggage fee and we’re misdirected there too. After wasting 25 minutes we made the flight, but only because it was 30 minutes late.

Cons: this is the first international flight that charges you money for everything on board. hungry? purchase food. thirsty? pay for the water as well. even for the check-in luggage, you have to pay. so pay a little more and book a nicer-better airline. the crew is not professional and does not understand how to talk to clients properly. I am well aware of the fact that clients are often over demanding in the services they are being provided and rarely appreciative of the crew that does everything to make your journey pleasant. However on all the four Airasia flights from Delhi Kuala Lumpur Phuket, the overall attitude of the crew members was not nice.

Cons: Changed the time of my flight early by more than 2 hours, with no communication. I therefore missed the flight. I was informed there was a flight that evening but they refused to move me as I had booked through an agent. Waited more than 6 hoursnin the airport for next flight and was offered only a meal voucher worth £4. Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!

Pros: Same as previous, no fuss.

Pros: Check in and boarding we're both quick and easy. There were unsold exit row seats on our flight and the flight attendants lets us change seats. The in flight meals were quite tasty.

Cons: The beverage options were limited and mostly consisted of different flavors of fruit soda. The flight attendants sprayed the cabin with a strange aerosol before landing. Trash was not collected during the flight.

Pros: Crew was excellent. Seats border on the awful. I am 6'2". My knees were almost touching my chest. And, the airline allows seats to recline. Seriously? Short flight however.

Cons: Boarding area at DMK was in a large area for gates 1-6. It was packed. Almost wall to wall people. No air conditioning. Blowers circulating hot air. Major thunderstorm delayed boarding for 1 1/2 hours. All flights. Chaos in the bordering area. Not fun.

Cons: We paid $37 to check in 1 Baggage and the flight from SFO to Beijing had delivered the baggage in baggage claim area. We had to take Chinese Visa to get to the baggage, even-though it is a transit. We missed the next connecting flight to Shenzhen as it ate up all our time. Now have to travel in the mercy of the airlines for next flight. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LIST THAT "VISA NEEDED IF CHECKING IN BAGGAGE" MISSED ALL FLIGHTS

Cons: Somehow I couldn't check in online, or at the kiosk. There was only 2 check-in desk for domestic flights in KLIA2. Long lines and waited 20 minutes. Thankfully the staff at the counter allowed me to check in, despite having only 50 minutes to spare.

Cons: It just does not make any sense to me that I would need to leave the airport, collect my piece of luggage, to then go back on the boarding pass/baggage kiosk, to then get on a larger line to drop off my luggage to then go to another desk where I needed to take a number to pay for my suitcase. I’ve traveled all over the world and have never experienced anything like this before.

Cons: For some unknown reason, Kiwi.com booked this as a self-connecting trip and now my luggage is missing (didn't connect). In addition, they CHECKED IN FOR ME and selected middle seats. I am incredibly unsatisfied with this service and disappointed in my kayak experience as a result.

Cons: Regarding the luggage. Myself need to purchase luggage but some of the people not need to buying. The Airasia staff informing that my luggage and laptop more than 11kg and need to purchasing. This is first time, I hear that laptop including also. As per my view, I had saw some of the people more heavy and biggest than me but still can go through. It is because I am foreigner and they are local person.
