Food was not good at all
Airplane food was not good from Manila to Chicago. But the flight from Chicago to Manila - food was great! Big contrast
Food from Philippines to Japan was excellent but served a little late. Food from Japan to USA WAS LOUSY and they only served hot food one time for breakfast which means 2 hours away from arrival. Hot food meal should have been served 2 hours after boarding in an airport where everything ia closed after 9 pm. Some of the connecting passengers did not have a hot meal for at least 12 hours or maybe more.
Great airline with friendly staff, on time departure. Unfortunately their website is really difficult.
Pros: The crew was very professional and courteous; inflight meal was quite good and the prearrival snack of a tuna sandwich was one of the best I have ever had.
Cons: The flight had some occasional bumpy spots but that is not ANA's fault. The landing was kind of like a violent shock and the plane seemed to slide a little sideways but everything was fine.
Pros: The crew was awesome. They went above and beyond.
Pros: Fast check in. Awesome flight attendant on United and All Nippon Air. Flight on ANA has awesome service.
Pros: the Crew as always on ANA flights is amazing
Cons: Great flight, great flight staff.
Cons: The crew of ANA was incredible. I think it is my best flying experience to Asia
Pros: Awesome crew
Cons: Old seating
Pros: The simplicity.
Cons: A closer gate. Some inflight food.

Pros: Yes, it was great.
Pros: The crew took care of us during a strange virus affected flight.
Pros: crewe were excellent
Cons: nothing !
Pros: The crew was really nice, as you can expect from a Japanese company. Super helpful and smiling. The food was also very good.
Cons: The space is really tiny. The screen also tiny.
Pros: Space and courteousness
Pros: The ANA crew is pretty awesome. They are super nice and professional. I would 12 out of 10 travel with ANA again.
Cons: Nothing really
Pros: The crew was professional and super friendly.
Cons: Our bags had arrived early, and were waiting at the service station. However, there was no one there in the rooms and our stuff was left outside the door. We have pictures of our bags left out. It’s kind of a bummer that our stuff was left unattended. Someone could of grabbed it.
Cons: There was an uncontrolled child kicking my travel companions seat and screaming for much of the flight. I’m not sure what United could do but relocating us or the passengers with the screaming child would have made the flight more comfortable.
Cons: I was not aware that I flew in Narita and flew out of another airport.
Pros: Again, the crew was extremely polite and accomodating. I’d fly with them again!
Pros: The crew is awesome. They’re so polite and helpful.
Cons: I think more options that don’t involve seafood would be good, but I’ll also consider selecting a specific meal in the future.
Pros: Cheapflights ..I will book my ticket from you again.. I am so delighted.
Pros: On time departure and earlier arrival of the airline Thumbs up for the pilot for smooth landing and take off Food is so delicious Stewardess are very respectful Will fly again with ANA
Cons: None so far
Cons: Selecting seats online
Pros: Crew was friendly, eager to help. Flight arrived on time.
Pros: Love ANA. Always a pleasure.
Known for being one of the largest airlines in Japan, ANA offers a variety of both domestic and international flights. If you would like to travel to somewhere in Asia, you can go to countries like China, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. For those that would rather visit Europe, destinations like Germany, Belgium, and Sweden are popular choices.
This airline has created a variety of codeshare agreements with other companies in order to diversify its flight paths, including Air Canada, Asiana Airlines, TAP Air Portugal, and Avianca. Additionally, it has a low-cost subsidiary that provides a selection of regional flights, which is called Vanilla Air.
With ANA, there are four classes for passengers to choose from, which are referred to as Economy, Premium, Business, and First. While Economy provides standard amenities, Premium comes with free alcoholic beverages and access to the airline’s lounge prior to departure. If you are flying in Business, you will have a seat that converts into a bed, as well as a gourmet hot meal. First Class passengers are provided with their own individual pods that contain luxurious sheets and pillows, while also enjoying service from a separate cabin crew that is specifically there to help with all of their needs.
To help keep you entertained during your travels, ANA has created an application that plays a selection of recent movies, television shows, podcasts, games, and music. If you would like to use the application during your flight, simply download it for free onto your personal tablet, cellphone, or laptop before the plane takes off.
