Also was llucky on the flight down to HKt was on a brand new Dreamliner, I think they were testing. Wow! Multi coloured calming lighting and no window blinds ! 5heh work electinically like polarised glasses! What next! Highly recommend Thai Air for business class."

Kelebihan: "The flight was very quiet so I was able to lie down and get a good rest - I know this isn’t possible on every flight but it made the long flight a lot more comfortable. All of the crew members were very friendly and attentive. The food was really good and tasty (lamb curry I think it was) - best plane food that I’ve ever had. Good choice of new movies too."

Kekurangan: "Incorrect information of boarding gate reflected on the boarding pass for the third time already. And to make it worse, this was the most difficult problem that me and my friends encountered throughout all the flights that we took. We nearly miss this flight as we actually went to the boarding gate that was reflected incorrectly on our boarding pass as stated earlier. There was also an unannounced delay. Flight estimated departure is at 1720HRS, but the flight only took off 1750HRS."

Kekurangan: "Poor quality food especially the breakfast "snack". Unable to take water on board and tiny serves of water and other drinks left us dehydrated. Far too many ads at the start of entertainmen. Repeated for each selection."

Kekurangan: "Had to change gates last minute in Kuala Lumpur. Since security is at the gate, that meant going through security twice. When we went to the new gate there was much confusion among security staff as they were not informed of the gate change."

Kelebihan: "1) Not to squashy and more spacious than I thought. 2) The interior of aircraft seemed reasonably modern and up-to-date rather than old and miserable with stained seats and carpets. 3) the in-flight entertainment was better than I thought"
