(2) checked in, dropping off bags. Some of us who had checked in online was trying to drop off bags only. After waiting 1.5 hours, this line isn't moving at all, while the checking in line was moving. Tried telling the gentlemen in charge who worked there that the checked in line dropping off bagguage was not moving, he didn't really care, they made all kinds of excuses saying other people were waiting, so they were completely clueless as to what was going on. I have never experienced this ever and I fly massively each year. First and last time in Etihad. JFK to Abu Dhabi is a good 13 hour flight. NO SNACKS. SG/BA, or any other airline really has nice sandwishes, ramen, chocolate, cookies, chips. Etihad has NOTHING. Not that I snack but still with a 13 to 14 hour flight, airlines should have something to eat during long flights. Really. Etihad who brands and advertises brilliantly, was extremely disppointing to actually be on the flight."

The ones that Ethiad give you are super low quality. - Screen resolution on those screens is really bad, you can view every pixel on the screen and brightness doesn't go all the way up either."

So missed connections in Abu Dhabi, although Ethihad could have held a later connection to BKK for just about 20 minutes for us to board. The huge hassle getting lodging from the airline to take an onward flight the next day. Your staff would not accommodate us at the airport hotel so we could avoid the need to obtain a visa, which takes a minimum of 3 hours wait. We finally gave up on the visa and decided to just stay up overnight at the airport. That caused one kind Ethihad staff to finally make issues us an authorization for the hotel at the airport. We would never fly your airline again."

In our over 7 hour flight, we were just served breakfast in the morning just 2 hours before landing. Its not healthy to keep customers hungry what if the customer is diabetic. Cons: "1.Outdated website information: I have a small travel guitar that fits in the overhead bins and I always take it with me when I travel, with no issues. It counts as my overhead carry-on. I checked the British Airways website prior to leaving the U.S. and it said small instruments were okay. I was able to board from San Jose, USA, with no issues. However, I was told at Heathrow that no stringed instruments were allowed at all, under no circumstances, ever, no matter the size, even Business Class, even First Class, even if other airports were not enforcing the rules. The rules that ARE NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE 2. Poor customer service: Due to the above, at Heathrow airport, I had mixed signals everywhere and had to check-in THREE times, twice to oversize, I was sent back and forth all over the place, finally having to go all the way through the airport to pay to have my item boxed. Most of the folks along the way were extremely unpleasant and rude and acted as if it was the craziest thing in the world that I would have a carry-on travel guitar. TRAVEL guitar, small, not full size, not needing any special treatment. Most of the agents, who knew I was struggling with this, did not help me, for example, I had to wait in line all over again, twice! There was one woman that tried to help me and put me to the front of the line on one occasion and the last agent was helpful as well. I did not get any names, which I should have, because at the end, I FINALLY had those two staff members who helped me (see liked comments). I still had to check my box, but the final agent really went out of her way to make me feel better about the experience because she could see that I was given the runaround. But the folks at Oversize and the pre-Security line, were absolutely horrible and rude. No excuse for it at all. None."

Pros: "Friendly flight staff, spacious cabin, decent food, clean and well-maintained. Additionally, we were delayed by 30 minutes and still managed to arrive before our original arrival time at Gatwick. I haven’t flown BA in years but this trip has made me a new regular customer."

Pros: "Cleared Gatwick security fine. Boarding was fine. Departed gate on-time."
Cons: "Got 200 yards from the gate only to park in another stand, the plane shut down and waited an hour for engineers to come fix a ‘communication computer’ error (basically they had to reboot the plane)."

Pros: "The crew was very considerate of the fact that we couldn’t order special meal, but quite willingly offered as food which is totally the opposite of our the previous flight"

Cons: "Changed the time of my flight early by more than 2 hours, with no communication. I therefore missed the flight. I was informed there was a flight that evening but they refused to move me as I had booked through an agent. Waited more than 6 hoursnin the airport for next flight and was offered only a meal voucher worth £4. Later flight was delayed, resulting in me missing my friends pre wedding henna party and arriving more than 8 hours late. Not a single apology given!"

Pros: "Except for a 1-hour delay, overall the flight was good, smooth and enjoyable. Loved the inflight meal. For the price we paid we got meal and 30kg baggage allowance, we thought that was just value for money. And they departed from KLIA and not klia2 which is more convenient."

Cons: "Seems like Malindo is starting to degrading the service quality. The flight I took before: they change the airplane to batik which was worse with no entertainment, smaller seat pitch, etc. I book Malindo for a reason and paid for what expected using Malindo!! If they had to change the plane they should've given better one or given back compensation to passengers! Now this flight, they didn't activate the entertainment till way later and turned off way too early. They didn't give any earphone as supposed to. Malindo's service has become bad."

Pros: "For the price that we paid, it included 30kg baggage and refreshment (orange juice, water, coffee, a slice of pizza and a muffin) - it was worth it. The legroom is spacious, the seat was comfortable and the cabin crew was awesome. Flight was on time, check in was acceptable (considering people travelling from Bandung has a lot of check in baggage due to shopping)."

Cons: "Got told luggage would go straight to bali from origin in Nepal. Waited at baggage check in jarkata just in case. Sure enough, our baggage comes out. Transfer to domestic terminal was almost impossible since we were given no information and our flight number changed completely. All of a sudden it was batik air not malindo, which has a completey different terminal. Will not be travelling with malindo again."
