Location is perfect !
location is good building is old and smells ,room was ok .
Rooms are quite small but you do benefit from the availability of a microwave and fridge so great if you dont fancy going out to eat all alone
The good location just withen walking distance from paddington station and the free internet Just like every other hotel in london the room size and the bathroom size is unbeleivably small even that I stayed in a suit ( as they told me it was ) but the suit size was just too small that it makes you either cry or laugh !! it was a tiny room that shoudnt be called a suit !!
have a good location and staff more helpful
location near paddington station, easy access to transportation, and walking distance from oxford street. very little fresh air in the room.the room was so small that you do not want to spend any time apart from sleeping in the room.
Great value for money, just a short walk from Paddington Station Basement room was a little noisy in the morning.
The proximity to Hide Park and Lancaster gate station was a plus, the neighborhood was also quite ok. The room was extremely tight (this was supposed to be a suite). It was so small that I had to take turns with my wife to move around the room.
Staff were nice and cooperative Rooms were very small for the price. Toilets did not have shower cubicles so the water was all on the floor fro the shower
The location was perfect The room was very small, breakfast was disorganised.
Location is the only acceptable aspect of this hotel Understaffed. Poor room design.
The helpfulness of the hotel's staff and it's convenient location. The room was small but reasonable for the price I paid.
Allocated to a smokers room. Pillows smelt of smoke. No control over very noisy and inebriated guests arriving at 0200 hours and later!
The room was large, clean and nicely furnished. The restaurant was small and friendly. Food was delicious. So good I didn't have room for a desert much to my disappointment!
the breakfast! well worth the extra money. the constant noise of the tube in the room the only respite was from 12pm to 6am.
Proximity to tube stations, warm, comfortable & Quiet, good breakfast & evening meal, near Hyde Park & lots of taxis available. Small rooms, I would have liked to make tea in a teapot & a jug of milk with my breakfast. No food available between 10am & 530pm ie On arrival & departure.
The Blakemore is an incredible hotel. It is extremely clean, beautiful in every way. Although the rooms and location were perfect- it's greatest asset is ira incredible staff- who were competent, polite, well-versed in their jobs, -and incredibly customer focused. It is a great hotel.
Location is great as merto station was only 5 minutes walk and bus station even closer. Staff was very helpful and the street where hotel was located was quiet at night. Hotel is in very nice historical building (at least it looked so). My hotel room was very cold, but so were all other public places we visited - be prepared. We had breakfast included in reservation, so having to pay additional amount for cooked breakfast was also a surprise we didn't expect, as continental breakfast was rather poor choice for room price. Rooms are a bit run down, mine had closet with no doors that oviously were there before. But we survived and enjoyed our stay :)
I had a room in 5th floor (516). Bad water pressure...
The welcome was lovely, the atmosphere calm and the staff knowledgable. The suite was clean, comfortable and well presented. All in all, a hotel I would recommend. There is only one lift and it can be a little slow to arrive
it was a nice hotel but room 002 was ground level and noisy the noise from the road and the heat in the room
The location was convenient for the tube and it was a fairly quiet street.
Location Friendly and helpful staff Breakfast included Quick service when my in room safe didn't open and I Had a train to catch Long breakfast line but handled efficiently.
Convenient to Heathrow while still being in London but super expensive. Tea for two at the hotel was 32 pounds ($50) and they gave us one pot of tea, one scone, 3 tea sandwiches, and four tiny pastries. When we asked for more tea they just put more hot water in our tea pot. We finally complained when we saw that a couple next to us got two scones, but we had to go thru the manager and our meal was over by then and we were full from drinking hot water. We knew we would pay a premium by having tea at the hotel but we were tired from our travels and were disappointed that the staff was so inattentive.
The comfortable room and the quiet. The long elevator queues.
Breakfast was excellent. Waiting for room availability during check-in without an approximate time when room would/could be ready.
Location is easy access to Paddington. The service was horrible at the front desk upon check in. Our reservation was cancelled without notice and the hotel refused to honor it (even though they admitted they had rooms). We found another reasonable hotel where the service was exceptional. Avoid this place!
Service, room, gym all fine but for the price you are paying for location.
I expect the level of quality when I come to a Hilton hotel. I am pleased that this hotel lived up to that standard. It's a great location especially if you are coming from or going to Heathrow airport. I booked my stay not directly through Hilton and as a result, I did not get Hilton honors points. If you allow a non-Hilton company to offer your product you should also offer everything that goes with it.
Convenient location and can enter from Paddington Station. Good for a quick 24 hour visit. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are dated and no blow dryer in the bathroom.
breakfast was not so good
The non smoking restriction
The location of the Hotel No Clear Policy for the extension of the stay for few hours ( 1 or 2 hours ) , the evening shift told me yes its possible they might charge 20 pounds , but the morning shift refused and ask for one day full payment :( and one more thing i didnt like in the hotel , they refuse to store the luggage for 2 hours :(
Nice tub, and was very accessible to the tube, nice bed and very comfortable stay. Some of the wires behind the bed were still jutting out and should have been covered. The bathtub needed some repair work.
during our stay, we could actually hear the hotel guest in the next room snoring in the night as the walls are too thin. it was also quite noisy at night as our rooms were facing the street
The location of the hotel The staff were extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I was very disappointed. We also had no hot water so could not have a shower which was absolutely horrible and for this there was no apology when I mentioned it. Our luggage was not held at the hotel, meaning we had to make a very long and tiring journey on the tube from Oxford Circus and back to place our luggage at St Pancras which cost us more money and wasted hours of the few hours that we had. We booked a room with a double bed and it was two single beds pushed together which was uncomfortable! I am 20 years of age and have stayed in many hotels around the world and CP was the worst experience.
City centre, close to London's main attractions. Nothing ... except the "key" always failed! Not a big problem though.
very good staff and location handy double room supplied to small and no storage no climate contol as in cool air if required
The room was clean and not too small. Courteous staff even during a rush at check-in time. Location is good as it is close to a couple Underground lines and a 15 minute walk to Padington Station (where the Heathrow Express train ends). No Air Conditioning. Room was on the 3rd floor and the heat was almost stifling. Surprising given outside the temps were only in the mid 70's (F). They provided a fan, which made it bearable. They also limited the amount the window opened, making it very hard to get in fresh air. I would stay there again, but only when it is very cool out.
Easily accessible from London Heathrow to Paddington (10 minute walk) and very good location for tubes into city centre or access to Kensington and Hyde parks. This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. Bathroom slightly on the small side, and shower curtain leaked, but on the scale of things nothing major.
Looks nice, very good value for money, staff is very friendly Rooms should be refurbished, double bed shouldn't be made from two single beds
Staff very good. Felt like a top hotel. Nothing.
I find the facilities & staff are most welcoming, friendly & always available. I have been using this London Hotel for many years, in fact when it was called The Royal Lancaster Hotel. I do hope it will revert to that title in the future. Thank you to all for making me feel " @ home" while enjoying my stay.
Location to nearest tube station. breakfast menu with views over hyde park. locality to my destination at the park Would defo return again. The tv was difficult to use remote. Maybe a simpler version. Room was supposed to be a superior one. I saw no evidence of this. not enough toiletries. Beatutifully decorated in public areas, and toilets by meeting rooms were well furnished with soap & cream etc
We had a lovely night's sleep on a very comfortable bed. Compared to the bedroom, the bathroom was under par. The bath water took ages to drain! On the plus side, the hotel sent up an engineer within minutes to fix the sink plug which we pushed in too deep.
Great central location but away from main shopping streets. Amazing views from upper floors. On -site parking. Expensive breakfast.
Very little. Noise levels; size of rooms; poor heating/water pressure.
Good location. For breakfast, go across the road from the main entrance, to a small cafe on your left (opposite Spice of India) - great breads, cheeses, croissants. Spice of India is a nice place for dinner, too, and if you walk a bit further on, you get to a great pub - Victoria - that has some of the best food, too.
It was a business trip, and I know London well so not very relevent to me, though I like the proximity to the Park of this hotel and also to Paddington Station. Nothing
Excellent location--right near Paddington and the Central Line tube. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. Outdated facilities, comfort of bed and room so-so (room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking floor).
Pleasant, friendly staff -reception. First impressions on entering revolving doors was good The noise from the doors slamming shut at 4am - slow closing facility on each room would stop this.
Location was perfect for us. The onsight eating facilties were very good. All the staff members were courteous and helpful. The rooms were gery comfortable and well tended to. Just like most of the rest of the world, there's too much fast moving traffic everywhere.
great location, free wi-fi internet I have no complaints
It is an up todate, modern hotel. Breakfast brilliant For the money I paid, I was shocked about how small the room was. I was dissapointed, about the ironing board.
Excellent location, only 2 minutes to Bayswater station. I find the front office staff efficient. The lobby attendant helped me with my bag checking in. When I bumped into one of them on them on my way down, he took my luggage down . Hurray for wonderful service...And toilets and room are clean and odorless. Room is extremely tight, with a great plush double bed! Wardrobe is tiny. Good for 1 person , maybe 2 maximun! Well for the price, what can I say in London!
Very good location, very cleen, very good performance of staff. Very very small rooms
Most Amazing location, a minute walk to Bayswater tube Station. Great staff, fantastic service. Clean, well appointed rooms. A nice relaxed atmosphere. Bed dipped in the middle and the curtains didn't fully shut meaning the room was bright from very early.
My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a sightseeing/shopping trip. I can be very picky about hotels but this one was excellent. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was lovely. The hotel was very modern and clean. The rooms were lovely and finished to a high standard. The bathroom was very modern and clean which we loved. The hotel's location was excellent; in a quiet street around the corner from a busier street and Bayswater underground. Couldn't fault the hotel at al and I look forward to visiting it again in the future.
The hotel was very clean - cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in Lack of bar, but the small bed was worse (not a full double - must have been a 3/4 width bed). It was also very soft and sagged in the middle so we rolled towards one another and didn't sleep too well.
The rooms are of good quality, but rather small, and very clean.
cleanliness and quality of room and fittings walls a bit thin so you could just hear the other guests
The location & accessibility to the city. Luggage facilities, laptop safe in room & complimentary internet access were excellent. Size of room - was quite small & no iron/ironing board
We arrived and we're booked in and then told that 5 he hotel was having renovations and we were being put in another of the groups hotel...told we could have early check in at other hotel. Into a car and 5 mind later at new hotel which was very nice but no early check in..compensated with free breakfast. On the whole good hotel but annoying be a use of the change and there were lots of guests in she position Not being informed of change of hotel
very well located, two tube stations near the hotel, modern interieur. Very tiny room. I lived alone in a double room, so it was ok. I had to sleep with ear plugs (cause of the noise).
I found the staff very fiendly and helpful and the location good The bed was not very firm which was dissappointing as this is the most important factor to me apart from location
very good it was under renovation so there was delay in services, and the minibar was empty
Great location, very nice and helpful reception staff Breakfast was bland, not much choice and very expensive
beds uncomfortable - cheap linen
Lovely views over Hyde Park and London. A bed in the family room for child not a sofa bed. Nice quiet hotel but close to tube and bus stops. Hyde Park just across the road. The water was off for a time because of building works, but bottle water was supplied for washing hands etc. Nothing else springs to mind.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Wonderful views over Kensington Palace Gardens from rooms at front of hotel. Well placed for West End Shops and theatres. Taxi rank right outside door. Bathrooms are very small and tired - sink cracked in our room however the hotel is undergoing renovation.
convenient choice of food. There was nothing for children
The politness of the staff, the room, it's cleanliness, the wonderful firm matress ( especially important for people with back-problems!) the view, everything. Elevators a little bit slow, especailly in the morning when every body is in a hurry to go sightseeing.
Great view over Hyde Park, good berakfast, very friendly and helful staff not all facilities described on website were in the room
Functional. With excellent choices for breakfast. No dislikes.
The room was a little small but to a very good standard Nothing
The staff were quite helpful and friendly The carpets could be cleaned and the Restaurant could have a better dinner menu
We found the staff very helpful in addressing problems (chair in our room a bit too wobbly, replaced immediately), supplying us with info and tickets for the tour busses and directions as needed. The rooms were larger than we had expected compared to other hotels we stayed in on our trip. The hotel was within three blocks of Lancaster Gate underground station but on a quiet back street. Though they were painting the halls while we were there it in no way caused a problem, we just took another stairway or elevator. The breakfast room was very small and the continental breakfast was in my opinion poor. The coffee was bad (we brought instant from our room) and the breads were of bland storebought quality.
friendly welcome wobbly TV in bedroom
Most we appreciated the location of the hotel and the communications (bus and underground). One bus passed the hotel and went by the Victoria Station (train to Gatwick). We also think that the free internet was a very nice service. The breakfast was poor and we went to city in the mornings for breakfast there instead.
The desk poeple were pleasant and helpful when asked for information. They were generally welcoming. The room was cleaned carefully and early in the day. It It was convenient to the Tube...and to Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens.. Breakfast servers pleasant and attentive. The carpeting was worn, needed replacing....or maybe just a good cleaning.
Location was good, breakfast included but only continental, price good The condition of the carpets and lounge desperately need attention (dirty) and bathroom has had make shift repairs with shower leaking over the floor
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the Underground was excellent. The room was spacious and had a high ceiling. The bed was not terribly comfortable, but not bad. We had asked for a double bed (rather than two twin beds) but we wound up with two twins - not uncommon, but they were not even made up as one bed. They were made separately and were a few inches apart from each other. The pillows were also very thin. For perspective, though, we never addressed either of these issues with the staff (especially the two beds vs a double bed), so it may have been a minor oversight. It didn't really bother us. Aside from these issues, we had a great stay, so don't let the length of these comments deter you.
good location, near the lancastergate tube station, could walk to oxford street from here if feeling fit. quiet surroundings bathroom very cold
This was our second stay in this Hotel. Well located next to Hyde Park, tube & bus stations linked with discovery & shopping areas.Rooms are quiet, wide and clear. Fitted carpet needs to be done up.
The room was large, pleasant, bright and clean. The location was excellent: central, felt safe coming home at night, just across from Hyde Park, near Oxford Street. Lovely London Square. excellent buses, travelling to all points of interest. Staff at reception very helpful. The breakfast room was in the basement, dark and a little smelly. Coffee at breakfast very poor. Not enough tables, tables not cleared off between one guest and the next.
Staff was super friendly and accommodating. They took pity on a weary, soggy traveler and let me check in ahead of time. Room was miniscule, not enough places to store things, very hard, tiny bed. Bare, cold floor.
The location is great, the area seems to be a nice one and is close to a lot of metro stations. Everything, the hotel seems nice at first, but when it came to getting the room, we were given a room near the reception with an attitude of take it or leave it. The staff speak very poor English and sometimes it's hard to understand them. One the first morning we didn't have any hot water in the room, and when i complained, i got a manager that was explaining to me how the water is heated and how to open a tap, which i considered insulting. The night after that, they opened the door from the hallway of the room to the reception and i could hear everything in the reception, people talking, music playing, printers printing just like it was in the room and this was after mid-night. When i complained,it was again not their fault but the guests
Having read some reviews prior to arriving, I was expecting a very small room and unhelpful staff. How wrong can you be, the room was a good size to accommodate 3 women, extremely clean. The staff were more than helpful. We didn't use the facilities as it was purely used just to sleep, however I would certainly use it again.
Friendly staff, clean modern rooms. No residents bar.
Location and cleanliness Breakfast selection (in buffet) was rather limited
Price was reasonable compared to other hotels and walking distance to paddington Gap under door meant corridor noise came in and also facing road so cars were easily heard - noisy room. Fine for a one night stay though.
Great staff Excellent location to bayswater stn. Beautiful modern hotel with ancient artifacts adorning the walls. Great breakfast Rooms comfortable and well appointed. Bathrooms modern, a bit small. Really like the hotel. Bathroom tight, tiny sink. Room Woodwork a bit scuffed up, could use a bit of touch up Great for a short stay.
beds very comfortable, nice quiet street, friendly comfortable atmosphere breakfast expensive and not overly inspiring
clean rooms, quiet neighborhood rooms are small but this seems to be the standard in london
like london city No - first night rong room, so little, not 4 star choise
Location TV was out of order, I informed the staff but could get the result for 4days.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great location, near Hyde Park and Paddington and Lancaster Gate Tube stations. Room was small, but fine for a long weekend stay. Wifi was slow.
great location, renovated, clean small room, elevator out of service
clean rooms Tiny rooms, no bar or restaurant facilities no air conditioning
Bad rooms, too small and no hot water!
it was decidedly average it was decidedly average
Very nice staff, clean and great location
The reception staff were very courteous, polite and extremely helpful. I had been upgraded from an Executive Single to a Double Room, however the Double was tiny - barely wide enough to accommodate the bed, which had to be climbed over to reach the wardrobe. Also, there was no hot water.
Close to subway and Paddington station. Easy walk to Hyde Park and the rest of the Bayswater area. I felt the room was exceedingly small, with a very small bathroom. Also the air conditioning was not functional requiring that the window had to be left open for any chance of ventilation. This then lets in all street noise.
Staff was friendly and accomodating requests such as change of room. Also the rooms are tastefully furnished and functional but very small. The size of the rooms is particularly small.
The room although small was comfortable and clean. On arrival at the Hotel advised there was a problem with water and moved to a sister hotel in Earls Court. Stayed there one night and then had to move back to Hyde Park Towers as this hotel was then full. Seemed to spend most of weekend packing/unpacking bags and travelling in what were at least complimentary taxis. Far from satisfactory, believe Hotel was overbooked and water problem was just an excuse. Staff very embarrassed by situation and very inexperienced.
The reception area was nice. It said it was a 4 star hotel. It wasn't. The rooms were small with just a bed with stuff from Ikea bundled around it. There was a standing light that was left unplugged as there was no electrical sockets. The bathroom was tiny and just a shower.
We did not have hot water in the shower.will never recommend.
Stylish hotel, loved the comfy bed and great shower.Would recommend this hotel and will definitely be back on my next trip to London.
The staff, including the manager Antonio, was welcoming, helpful and enthusiastic. I've stayed here before and have found this to be generally true. The waitress in the restaurant was similarly helpful and cheery. Very nice shower setup. The location is very convenient -- I take the Heathrow Express to Paddington and walk half a block to the hotel. Shower gets warm enough but not really hot.
For us, traveling into Paddington Station from Heathrow, then out from Paddington to Cheltenham and then all back again a few days later, the location was fantastic. It was also just a short stroll through a nice neighbourhood (with some good restaurants) to Kensington Gardens - and beyond that, to a range of museums and sights. The staff were very friendly. The room was a good size - we expected worse in London and were surprised to see there was room for a small sofa, an armchair and a desk with chair, as well as a very comfortable bed - and the interior design was both modern and fun. Free wi-fi was a real plus. The lift (elevator) was just a bit... fragile. There was a bit of street noise from nearby pubs, but that finished at about 11pm.
I was given a small room which was barely bigger than the bed. The shortest path from the work desk to the bathroom was through the bed. The closet/storage space was miniscule. However, the room was spotlessly clean and was well-appointed: large number of outlets on the desk, free water bottles, free wi-fi, led reading lamps, and in-room safe, to mention a few. The bathroom was ultra-modern, and the mid-size shower had rain showerhead which I enjoyed. Staff was exceptionally courteous and helped out a lot. They booked a taxi for me and upon my request advanced the pickup time quickly. They also printed my boarding pass when I emailed it to them. They promptly took my luggage to my room and loaded taxi. Excellent location. Small room.
Staff, room , facilities None
The hotel was very conveniently placed near the station and yet it was quiet. The staff were welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and attractive. There were no bath robes in the room and the tea and coffee etc were not topped up when used. As in most London hotels, the breakfast was expensive and was not value for money.
Hotel was excellent. Modern rooms, small but well designed and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!
A very smart hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. A lot of noise from the road outside spoilt the first night and the hotel should look at improving the soundproofing of those windows at the front of the hotel.
The convenience central location to transport systems. Restaurant was excellent and staff helpful. Was a bit on the expensive side for the size of the hotel room.
Staff were excellent. Service very good. Location great. Very close to Paddington Station. The 3 Oçlock in the morning fire alarm! But sometimes these things happen!
Fabulous quality decor and room provided everything I needed. All but one of the staff I met were great. Checking in was a horrible experience. The woman on reception was not only unhelpful but actually rude and unpleasant and I felt shaken by her attitude, hence my choice of "poor" for the check-in process. However, aside from this, staff were great, which is why I've gone for an overall "excellent" for performance of staff. I dealt with a lovely man who helped me with my luggage and a male receptionist who was very nice and helpful. Also, the wooden floors in my room were very very slippery, and not just in bare feet and socks but also while in shoes! And finally, I struggled to read the code for the wifi and was told that many guests have a problem with that.
Modern decor and cleanliness No heat in room. Re-located to a second room because of no heat only to have the second room have no heat. Third room had heat but was extremely small (12" between end of bed and tv).
Room was very small & insufficient wardrobe space
All good standard
I believe that a housekeeping staff member mistakenly removed personal products of mine from my room. When I asked the managers about this they immediately checked into it, but said that nothing was removed. I know that is not the case, so it's a bit disappointing that they didn't consider that they perhaps did make a mistake.
It is fairly close to Paddington Station. The entrance and lobby are under construction. What a mess, and noise during the day. I wish I had been warned. Plus, my room was the smallest I ever had. There wasn't enough room to even walk past the end of the bed without sitting and sliding. The bathroom so small that it's really a standup shower with a toilet and sink in it. I will not stay there again.
Toilet seat in room was very loose.
That after 4 days i was going home.... Heating in the room was very poor. Bathroom extremly small and with out shower screen, toilet paper holder on the floor and always wet because of lack of shower screen. No mini bar in room. Room aslo extremly small for the price we paid.
Free WiFi in the rooms, and a handy work desk where they had outlets for USB chargers and a connection for tv out. Inconsistent cleaning and refilling of necessities, we drank our instant coffee the first night and never got it refilled and our friends got their shampoo and conditioner removed after the first night and never got any new ones after that (very odd). And no free breakfast when using booking.com... something you would get for the same rate if you book directly through their website.
It is new. The single room is so crammed that you could hardly had room for a single luggage. The bathroom is so crammed that when you pulled the shower curtain, there was not enough room to scrub your body.
The simple bedroom decor, linen and bathroom facilities. The room service menu is very poor and delivered to the room without any cover on. Very expensive for what it is
The bed are soft ,no bath but good shower small rooms, they used every square inch available ,hartly any room for suitcases.General speeking rooms are to small. No taxi available outside, no publick transport, makes it dificuld to move around. this can not called a delux room.
Location is the best among all. At a quiet square and only less than 5 minutes casual walk from the Paddington Underground & Train Station. My room is a Club room (Still small but expected) which was clean and comfort. The rate include buffet breakfast which is good too and the breakfast is acceptable with many choices & good service at the restaurant. Reception Staff were not helpful and laugh at guests whom could not find the exit when they came down to the lobby by using the stairs. And the most important is they charge Wi-Fi for GBP 12.50 a day which is very expensive. It is not a 5-Star Hotel!!!! They should also fix their windows as freeze winds leak in the room during the night.
Location, close to Padidngton station, Talbot square was quiet and nice street, but still close to everything. Although room was quite small, everything was clean ans suited well for city break traveller.
Location was great. Value for money pretty good. Cleanliness was only ok. The 'little things' were not up to the standard I would hope for from a 4 star hotel.
Comfortable hotel, ample room in bedroom and bathroom. Excellent location regarding easy access to Paddington Rail Station and the London Underground. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. No bad points regarding our accommodation at the hotel, except that on departure we requested a black taxi cab to take us to Victoria Rail Station, details below.
It was a very comfortable hotel in a great location, minutes from Paddington station and Hyde Park. Reasonably priced for London.Staff very pleasant and helpful. On check out we were told it was cheaper to book directly with the hotel which was incorrect as I always check that prior to booking.
Peace and quiet, and the neatness of the hotel I booked for a double room and was given a twin room which was most uncomfortable. It took a lot of trouble and noise making from me to get the hotel staff to merge the beds together to make it look like a double room as they claimed that they did not have a double room for me that I booked for. dissappointing. I was most uncomfortable.
no comment, ok. you can hear almost everything from the bathroom of nex room.
Good location on quiet square. Close to attractions, but away from the trafic noise at night. Room very comfortable for 3 people. No!
check in/out was swift
The staff were wonderful There was no natural ventilation or air conditioning in our room which made the nights rather difficult to deal with
Full breakfast, staff, location Size of the room
The front desk staff went out of their way to be sure our stay was enjoyable. They are excellent. My wife did not like the fact that there was no outlet in the bathroom to plug in a hair dryer.
The friendliness, efficiency and professionalism of all the staff. The comfort and location of the hotel. nothing
friendly staff - they were all nice, efficient, and professional. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Pleasant staff, comfortable well fiited room, fairly quite, close to the tube Not having any tea of coffee making facilties in the room, room slightly on the small side
The staff was incredibly nice, the room was amazingly quiet, and was also the biggest room I've ever seen in London.
Lovely time all around. Would highly recommend.
Friendly staff, excellent facilities, excellent location. We liked everything about the hotel No
Staff were the best feature of the hotel. The room was small, but comfortable but the sitting area needed upgrading. Linens, towels and toiletries were all excellent.
The staff we professions and friendly and the cleanness of the are great The location we found difficulties to get the transport and most of the time the taxis couldn't recognize the hotel name
