Pros: The service was outstanding from the moment we stepped out of our vehicle until the following afternoon when we left. We could not have asked for anything more.
Cons: There wasn't anything not to like.
Pros: Stunning views, huge luxury bathroom with freestanding bath overlooking the city. Very comfortable bed, every comfort provided, even a warm towel when you finished swimming!
Cons: Bar was quite expensive, but was to be expected
Set in London’s iconic Shard building, this luxury hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from the historic Borough Market and within 20 minutes of landmarks such as St Paul’s Cathedral and the Tower of London. London Bridge station is a 6-minute walk.
Pros: Everything about this Hotel is exceptional. The service and quality is always beyond any reproach. The location is also perfect.
Cons: The price is high but you get much more than you pay for.
Pros: Nice staff, vibrant bar
Cons: Noise as I wa allocated close to club lounge, another privacy door should be installed;
Cons: tiny rooms even with upgrade
weird hotel layout
Pros: Fantastic Hotel Experience! The room, lighting and British-ish decor of the room was just what we were looking for. Everyone in the hotel was friendly, the room luxurious and yet affordable compared to other 5 star hotels nearby (our stay was half the price of other 5 star hotels closer to Buckingham palace and with a kind bed). Centrally located, the Langham was only a 10 minute walk from public transportation and minutes away from a Starbucks. If traveling with an infant, you have access to a refrigerator and can request a crib. LOVED the club room w/ complementary breakfast (6:30-11am) and tea time (2-4pm) was a great treat! Access to two restaurants, a bar and cub room provided many food options. Morning and evening room service was very luxurious. Definitely coming back and recommending.
Cons: Front entrance does not have a ramp BUT there is a side elevator (important if you have a stroller). The bed we had seemed old as there was a BIG dent from where most guests must've slept (to be fair, most hotels are this way). I know this hotel had a pool, but for some reason I didn't see a sign for it, or perhaps we never noticed it.
Pros: Staff was fantastic. My room was great, especially considering the rate, although wouldn't have been worth the "full" price....
Pros: Very luxurious, extremely friendly staff and a probably the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. We were there for our wedding night and the hotel very kindly upgraded us to an executive suite. The fact the hotel manager had hand-written a (fairly lengthy) congratulations card, and left us some 'congratulations' sweets and cakes was also a very thoughtful touch.
Would highly recommend for a treat or anyone looking for a bit of luxury in London.
Located in the heart of West End, at the top of the elegant boulevard of Regent Street, London’s world renowned shopping and theatre districts are just a few minutes walk away.
Pros: We spent 6 nights at the Mondrian with our older kids. The hotel has a great location near the best sights. Great waterfront views. We had drinks at the bars that have great cocktails and views. The rooms very modern with good quality sheets. My kids loves that their was a movie theatre in the hotel. Highly recommend!!
Pros: Outstanding hotel in London. Service, room, amenities, restaurants and bars were all excellent. Beautiful view of the Thames. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to London. I can't say enough about our experience at the Mondrian.
Cons: The only disappointment was one of the concierges seemed inexperienced. She booked us at a very mediocre tea service at a restaurant in London.
Pros: I loved the layout of the hotel, the amenities are excellent. A beautiful hotel in my favorite part of London.
Pros: Very modern, great location and friendly staff. Room size was pretty good as well.
Pros: The room was lovely - everything you needed and amazing toiletries. The location of the hotel was ideal, a short walk from Southwark or you could walk straight out onto the Southbank. The staff were all delightful and extremely helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.
Pros: Great location. The staff was extremely helpful. Had an amazing time.
Pros: Great location, beautiful hotel with a friendly staff
Mondrian London features a rooftop terrace and puts you within a 10-minute walk of Royal National Theatre and Tate Modern. Guests can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant and visit the spa to be pampered with massages, body scrubs, or facials. A bar/lounge and a 24-hour fitness center are other highlights, and rooms at this luxurious hotel offer up nice touches like rainfall showerheads and bathrobes.
Pros: Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, clean, well organized, big and comfortable halls, good security, good food, and excellent service.
Cons: Limited television satellite news channels (no CNN), limited television capabilities or a little bit difficult to find channels especially when one press button number 1. It doesn't recognize the difference between 1 and 11. Also it wasn't easy to find local BBC channels. No channel paper list in the room .
Occupying an entire block in stylish Marylebone, the Landmark is four blocks from Regent's Park; an adjacent underground/train station provides a link to the rest of London.
The staff disputed with me about this pre-authorisation block for some time, saying it was hotel policy. What? I realise a check is needed to ensure customers have suitable funds but charging twice is completely unnecessary.
Pros: Great location, particularly for shopping
Cons: Charged a pre-authorisation fee the day before check in and then charged the full cost on check in meaning you pay twice, until the pre-Authorisation block (as they described it) is released again. Four days later still no money back! Not happy!
Located in Marylebone, this luxury hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Marble Arch and Selfridges. Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum and Royal Academy of Music are also within 1 mi (2 km).
Pros: The breakfast was very good. Staff over-the-top friendly and eager to please. Room was quite basic and spartan, but very clean, comfortable and quiet.
Cons: The ancient pipes whined like sad puppies every time I used the sink, but I got used to it!
Pros: Red headed receptionist let me wait 30 minutes to check in while I had a lomg flight send traveling with my 4 years old son who was sleeping on my shoulder then she forced to upgrade my room for a fee of 60 euro as an option to stay in the hotel otherwise the room is not good and won't fit us even though we said is ok I sleep with my son in a king size bed.
Breakfast was ok but stuff spoke bearly English!!!
Pros: Fantastic best hotel in london
Pros: The reception people, the room, and the breakfasts were all great.
Cons: Location is a bit out of the way if you plan on spending lots of time around Mayfair or Knightsbridge, so I ended up spending a ton on taxi. There is subway right around the corner though; but my company wanted to avoid.
Pros: The Andaz is in a great location and near the Liverpool St. Underground station. It is very well maintained and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. There was also plenty of staff if you needed assistance or information.
Hyatt’s five star luxury boutique hotel, Andaz London Liverpool Street is a 21st century masterpiece, a stunning blend of traditional and contemporary features throughout.
Pros: This was a very charming hotel. The location was wonderful - only a few blocks from an Underground station and Hyde Park. The staff was great - very helpful and friendly. The concierge helped with getting tickets to museums and other attractions as well as trains, which saved a great deal of time not waiting in long lines. We took advantage of the breakfast service. The food was good with lots of options. The waitstaff was very attentive. We did not have to wait long for assistance. The maid staff was fine as well and also very friendly. On several occasions, we had to call the front desk to request additional towels and they arrived within minutes.
Cons: The Rembrandt is an older hotel with some of the issues associated with that. For example, the "switch" that controlled power to the room would "break" if the bathroom door was closed to hard in our room or a neighboring room. This could be easily fixed by tapping on the control panel. The room had a small table and desk, so there was no room for a wardrobe. It was a little difficult living out of a suitcase for two weeks. It would have been smarter to remove the desk and substitute some drawers for clothing.
Pros: Well designed room; very complete; lots of nice touches. Heated towel rack; jacuzzie tub; upscale furnishings; even has a couple of 110/115 outlets. Location cannot be beat; just down from Harrods and up from South Kensington Underground station two stops away from Victoria Station and 4 stops away from Westminster Station. The BigBus "hop on hop off" number 36 is just out front and the narrated tour the bus provides last right at 3.5 hours with city traffic and goes to every single place of interest. Tour bus pricing varies based on package deal but around $30 per person. The staff of the hotel always exceeds expectation; Neal, the head concierge; is full of insights for the area; found us a large private van to Heathrow for $65. We had 4 big bags from a twoo week Cruise, so the large Mercedes was excellent. The hotel and its ammenities are moderately pricied if not leaning a little toward expensive, as in breakfast; but in tota,l worth the money especially if on vacation. A superior experience; will stay here again when visiting London for sure.
Pros: Service was outstanding. They provided extra towels and outlet adapter when asked. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great place to use for our home base for our anniversary getaway to London. Centrally located downtown. Close to the tube. Full English breakfast was included in our reservation but I was informed that not every reservation qualified for the "full" breakfast and instead they received a continental breakfast.
Cons: Limited menu in hotel restaurant.
A favourite of independent business and leisure travellers from all over the world, this 4-star hotel gets the details right: free WiFi, free English breakfast, a popular lounge bar and restaurant, and discounted use of the adjacent spa and swimming pool at Aquilla Health and Fitness Club.
Pros: The room was very nice and quite comfortable. The staff was very attentive and accommodating.
Pros: Reception staff were really good, consierge was equally as good. Nice welcome, and fire in lobby. A lady in the restaurant for breakfast was very good, I think her name was Pam.
Cons: Breakfast was really not great, firstly the lady who seated us, asked if we wanted coffee and toast, then none arrived had to ask again for it, same with ordering some porridge it came 15 minutes later, but was like gruel, quite surprised that a 5 star hotel kitchen can't make porridge. Overall a little bit too structured and formal, but lacked professionalism in the restaurant.
Pros: Good service
Cons: Breakfast buffet same everyday. Not much selection for 5 star luxury hotel. I stayed 13 nights and every morning same small selection of breakfast. There should be a lot more selection .
Pros: Location is perfect for the theater district. Staff is very friendly and accommodating indeed. Hotel is very elegant, a bit formal. Could be intimidating for a tourist from the US west.
Cons: Got a good room rate, but drinks, tea, and breakfast were as expensive as you'd expect from a 5 star central London hotel. We ended up changing our room twice -- the first time at the suggestion of the bellman, because it didn't have any view. The second room had a view but was way smaller than the other, and had no bath tub. We were moved a third time at our request and got a wonderful room (but without a river view). The staff made both moves very easy indeed.
Pros: The rooms were comfortable and we had a lovely view of the river and the lighted ferris wheel. The staff were courteous, professional, and responsive. The location is great. The concierge was quite helpful.
Breakfast was great but if we had not obtained a good price including breakfast, the a la carte cost of adding on breakfast would not have been worth it.
The hotel is lovely and we hope to stay there again.
Cons: For about half of our stay the hotel telephone system was not working.
The sink in one of our rooms was quite high and uncomfortable for our elder and short relative.
Cons: Overall stay was very comfortable except there was a very loud wedding party on Saturday night that didn't end till past 1:00am, but the hotel gave me a very generous discount for that night.
Would also have liked more overhead lighting because the atmosphere in the room was rather dim!
Pros: Service and staff were exceptional. Made us feel special and very welcome.
Pros: Hotel is very well located - 50 meters to Embankment Tube, walking distance to Covent Garden, Taffalgar Square. Service was great. Room was very nice and comfortable with heated bathroom floors, but no views to speak of. Would definitely stay here again. Great deal at $250US pricepoint.
A stunning five-star luxury hotel overlooking the River Thames near Embankment recommended by Forbes Travel Guide and Cond Nast Johansens This majestic five-star hotel presides over the River Thames with outstanding views. From glittering chandeliers to contemporary design, this central hotel opposite the London Eye reflects a proud heritage. Enjoy the original tiled floors and discover a hotel with a secret past. Stay in the building that was once home and office to the first Chief of Secret Intelligence Service (MI6), Sir Mansfield Cumming, and now commemorated with an English Heritage Blue Plaque.
Cons: The service in the bar was a bit slow.
The gym was small - but well appointed
Pros: The food was delicious! Breakfast consisted of Indian food and your traditional English breakfast. I am a vegan so I was very happy with the Indian food choices. The wait staff at the Hampton Bar was top notch. We never had to wait for anything. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: There was a lot of construction happening across the street when we visited, but that is no fault of the hotel. Our room was not facing the street, so it was not a disruption.
Pros: Beautiful! architecture, colours and style. You are made to fill very special when visiting.
Pros: The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was sumptuous
Cons: The rooms were bit small
Pros: This hotel offers a welcome change from the big American chain hotels. Although it is part of an Indian chain, it has managed to preserve an old world charm. The Christmas tree in the lobby along with all the comfy couches and the Elle lovely courtyard made it feel very cozy and comfortable.
Cons: The bathrooms could be a bit bigger but this seems to be a common problem with London hotels in general.
Pros: The hotel was sold out so the room they gave us through Kayak was not so good, a bit tarnished and with warning signs everywhere,
We stayed in better rooms in this hotel in the past. They used to give us welcome notes and a fruit basket to thank us for coming back But, this time, no note, not a great room, as if they were indifferent because we had booked through Kayak (with which they are not partner). It was not possible to change for a better room for 4 days. Then, a wonderful attendant, Adriana moved us to a better room for an additional fee. So,we had s a better experience toward the end of the stay.
I am a fan of the "free breakfast" which seem to attract a non-business crowd.... As a result, a loyal returning guests get a luck ward welcome.
Pros: Wonderful location.
Cons: Room was not clean, bathroom had mold on walls, stains on carpet. Too noisy, could clearly hear people on room above walking & using restroom.
Pros: Very attentive and friendly staff. Great restaurants and Spa inside the hotel. Spacious and well equiped rooms. Great location close to Victoria station (ideal when you fly into Gatwick), in walking disctance from the tube, Westminster, St. James' park and Buckingham palace.
Cons: First room we were given (#352) had a lot of noise from the subway passing underneath, despite the fact that we had explicitly asked for a quiet room!
From the second night on we got a very quiet room.
Pros: Enjoyed our store and appreciated the beautiful court yard in the hotel as well as the complimentary breakfast. Having stayed at multiple hotels in London, this one was the best value
Pros: Location location location staff was well I tune with my needs (where to go what to do) and they were very attentive to making my stay comfortable
Buckingham Palace, Westminster Cathedral, and Big Ben are among the many popular attractions within 0.8 km (0.5 mi) of this central London hotel. Victoria Station is a 7-minute walk. St. James' Park and Hyde Park are close by.
Located less than a minute's walk from ExCeL London, the Sunborn London is a floating super-yacht hotel boasting free WiFi access, a bar and a restaurant. The hotel is 7 minutes' drive from London City Airport and a 6-minute drive from the iconic Canary Wharf. Each of the smartly designed rooms feature a TV with Freeview, air conditioning and an electric kettle. Also included is a shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some of the rooms also benefit from a view overlooking The Royal Docks.
Pros: Great location from this clean and well maintained hotel. Has a high end feel but at reasonable prices.
Cons: Sometimes it can be too popular but the hotel copes well and the staff have always been cheerful and courteous.
Pros: Bathtub was awesome. They had outlets for US plugs too.
Pros: It was just average to us. Nothing impressive.
Cons: It was again, fine. Nothing terrible either.
Pros: Breakfasts were fantastic and location was excellent!
Pros: Great location.
Cons: The lighting system requires a sense of humor. It is very easy to mistakingly turn out the lights on someone in a different room. You may want to bring a flashlight
Pros: Room were lovely
Staff efficient and friendly
Cons: Rooms were far too hot at night
Breakfast area - Shown to a table that was not laid up but dirty then had to stand and wait until waitress cleared cleaned and re-laid. Bits of food below by our feet. Breakfast buffet lovely except cooked breakfast, dissappointing in lack of choice of egg and most food only warm, scrambled eggs cold.
Pros: We booked this friend to stay overnight as our friends were having their wedding at The Ballroom in Park Plaza. Thank god the wedding was good, because that was the only good thing about this hotel!!
Cons: As we were part of the bridal group we contacted the hotel months, weeks and even the day before check in to request an early check in, that never happened!! As an apology because our hair and make up artist was standing in reception, we were only upgraded for 2 of the 4 rooms. During and after the wedding, we got stuck in the lift (which was already broken but not decommissioned) no apology from the evening staff and no acknowledgement of their errors, rather I am told "I am done talking to you". After our party having spent tens and thousands of pounds, this is the treatment we received. No compensation and no complimentary offers to any of us.
Pros: Situation plus we were at an Indian wedding in the hotel
Pros: Location was great, and they upgraded us up when we got there. Room was very spacious & clean. In addition, they had gluten free breakfast options.
Cons: Walls were not flush in one place in our rooms, which made it too easy to hear our neighbors in the early hours... (meaning there was a space between the walls.)
Pros: The location was superb. Rooms were comfortable. pricing was very fair
Cons: bar was a bit loud at night due to music. prices are, well, London i.e. a bit high.
This fantastic new hotel is located on the South Bank, near London Eye. Waterloo and Westminster stations are within 5 minutes walk, making easier to travel and ideal choice for city break or business trip.
Cons: The room was small and was located on the 1st floor - bad view.
Pros: The room and facilties were large for a London hotel at that room rate. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the robes that were provided
Cons: The construction noise was very disruptive and precluded us from getting a good nights rest. The room was poorly designed with large furniture and made it difficult to move around the room comfortably.
Pros: The way I was welcomed and treated by the staff was superb.
Cons: The breakfast wasn't particularly tasty (a bit cheap) and coffee was watery.
Pros: We Loved Everything about the Radisson! You can not go wrong, the rooms are gigantic and with real king beds you get the most comfortable night sleep while in London out of anywhere! From the minute you walk in the door, the customer service is absolutely impeccable, they actually care about you, learn about you, remember you and it is so nice to feel that, especially after 12 hours of travelling across 8 time zones to get there. I give this Radisson 5 Stars and Highly Recommend to anyone searching! Cheers, to all the Staff, Liva, Annaise, and Anna for being super friendly! ~ Sammy Tovar

Pros: Hotel very central for walking to see places of interest, Pimlico felt a safe area, with nice shops and restaurants, we would stay here again. Sadly there are some rough sleepers about, they did not bother us in any way.
Pros: they were very nice. gave us a room upgrade and breakfast. vey good value and the room was in good condition. much better than all other hotels I have stayed in in London except the dorchester which is correspondingly expensive!
Pros: Location - perfect for a London weekend
Breakfast was outstanding
Pros: they were very accommodating to our needs. we arrived before there was a room available and they took our luggage and stored it for us and then upgraded our room when we came back several hours later to officially check in. Extremely friendly hotel personnel.
lovey décor and enjoyed the lobby bar and wait staff there.
we thought our room was very clean and the linens and hygiene products first rate. also very upscale.

Pros: Great location and helpful staff. The staff helped answer all our questions including how to get to heathrow when we were leaving and all the roads were closed do to a marathon downtown.
Cons: I really can't think of anything we didn't like with this trip. The staff was very helpful from the time we arrived until we left. The location was close to everything we needed.
Pros: Decent sized rooms for London. Clean and well run. Very close to Embankment tube station.
Cons: Slightly touristy part of town.
Pros: Beautiful hotel centrally located in the heart of London's biggest attractions. Loved the ability to walk everywhere without ever needing a taxi. Wonderful stay and would recommend to close friends and family.
Pros: Convenient & central location , very comfortable
Cons: Customer service needs to improve
Pros: Location is fabulous for tourists and the room seemed pretty clean. I did my own wipe-down with wipes and there wasn't much left behind.
Cons: Maid didn't replace my washcloth even though I purposely left it on the floor to indicate that I wanted a new one. Room was small and the view from the window was nothing but a wall.
Pros: Staff was friendly, professional, and responsive. Clean, quiet, and modern rooms with big screen TV. Beds are comfortable and relatively new. We were able to check in early for a reasonable fee.
Cons: Bathroom had no ventilation and you have to prop open the door to clear the moisture after a shower.
Pros: This hotel is "THE" place to stay. Location-Staff-Amenities-Location!!! Excellent location to walk around London en"Joy"ing the sites. Looking at the map you will immediately realize this is a premium place to anchor your rest area. A mere 100 yards from the Charing Cross tube station, this hotel offers a more quiet locale compared to the Piccadilly area (only 1 stop away on the tube).
Before I was able to ask for an early check-in the front desk professional politely stated, "If you and your family would like, you may check-in now (at noon--3 hours early!!!). After flying on a 7 hour red-eye inbound these words golden to our bodies. This unexpected blessing let us rejuvenate with a 30 minute nap before we laced up our walking shoes. Without a doubt, this proved to be 'the most invaluable" act of kindness from the staff. According to our Fitbit we then walked over 20,000 steps and 10+ miles taking nearly 500 pictures and fondly did so with smiles--no way we could have done this without that early check-in and needed pre-rest I visited for a quick 24 hours trip (with 2 teenage kids) to gain intel for when rest of family comes so we'll be squared away. Fantastic experience! Please do yourself a favor and simply stay at the CQ Trafalgar Square. Now go to the next item on your travel checklist--the place to stay is solved.
Lastly, remember that when writing and reading reviews, we cannot and should not evaluate others in their actions by using "our intentions" as the litmus test to criticize their performance. Translation: If I can only make porridge or PB&J's, I have no authority to critique one who "is" a chef but has different taste buds than my own.
Enjoy your trip to this great city wherever you decide to stay and remember the reality of your trip--you are there for the city not the hotel. If anything is less than you believed prior to arrival, simply have a nicer dinner when you're out and bring the staff back a little sweet treat. Your act of kindness will be passed onto a future guest at the hotel.
Be Well and Safe Travels :))
PS. Review written by a man with 34 years of worldwide travelling experience...and 11 more to go until retirement. Enjoy the people first, and human made structures second. Blessings.
Cons: This box should be empty. CQ Trafalgar Square performed outstandingly and the owners of this hotel should be commended for their ability to not only acquire a premier property for travelers visiting the great city of London and but more so for accomplishing the most difficult task in any business--employing caring humans to transfer customer service models and ideals into memorable experiences for the traveler. Well done CQ Trafalgar Square...well done.
Located in the heart of London, this hotel is within walking distance of Benjamin Franklin House, Trafalgar Square, and Nelson's Column. Also nearby are Big Ben and St. Martin-in-the-Fields.
Pros: Everyone work this hotel are very nice understanding very clean hotel the breakfast was very good and it's close to everywhere you wanna visite in London ) they are very friendly employees They help you for everything you need to know in London don't forget to meet this guy nam Koego his is the cool us guy I over meet with his co worker at the front desk price was so good to for London hotel price
Cons: I like it and I love it the Best hotel ever in London thanks you for everyone who work there
Pros: Cozy, comfortable, great value for money. Very attentive and polite personnel. Strategic location
Pros: The location was superb! One minute walking distance from Oxford street and five minute to Covent Gardens. As central can be, two minutes walk to the Tottenham Rd Tube Station, shopping area, eateries, books and more.
Pros: This was my second stay at this hotel. I stay in Bloomsbury twice a year for business and usually stay at the Morgan Hotel. My first visit was not great. I was not recognized as a gold member while there and was given a pretty small but nicely appt. room. I had not planned on going back but there was a good deal on Agoda for a suite and so I thought I would give them another try. The room was fabulous! Room service was perfect with excellent customer service. The customer service except for a few blips here and there was very good. Just lovely all they way around and now I will look forward to staying there again in the future.
Cons: I was checked in by a very nice woman who talked so lightly that I had to ask her to repeat things. She also did not handle my credit card correctly and so I ended up not being able to charge to my room--slight inconvenience--not terrible. I had a business call that got cut off and the switchboard kept connecting my party to the wrong hotel--more problematic. The breakfast wait staff was not very good. I had to get up from my table to chase them down for a cup of coffee. The basically seat you and then do not attend to you there after. The dinner food was quite good the breakfast is not worth the 21 pounds. Next time I will probably go out for breakfast.
Pros: A designer hotel without the expensive price tag. Excellent breakfast and staff

Pros: Love love love this place. It is the best service
Pros: great Christmas decorations...but too many of them.
Cons: rooms are dated...particularly bathrooms.

Pros: The location was in the middle of it all. If you want to go to Harrods you can walk one way, if you want to go to Pickadilly a few blocks the other way, if you want to get on a tour bus walk across the street... This hotel is in the center of what you will want to do. The doorman remembered by name and more importantly my 13 year old son's name everyday! Great hotel I will stay there every time I am in London.
Pros: The staff were friendly and welcoming. I left my luggage in storage and everyone was very friendly.

Our business facilities are among the best in the capital.
Pros: Hotel room was a little smaller than what I was used to but it was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. It was within walking distance of a lot of awesome sights and activities.
Cons: They offered free breakfast in your room if you filled out your request card the night before. I was only able to take advantage of this service once because I never received another breakfast request card.
Pros: Good sized suite. Usable fridge space. Modern decor. Good security. Restaurant staff nice.
Cons: Small reception area makes it feel cramped and busy.
Didn't get a room with a good view.
Pros: It was in a great location, right next to the tube and the London eye. The room was clean and comfortable but a little small. the food in th restaurant was very good.
Cons: A couple people on the staff in the restaurant were very unpleasant and borderline rude. the front desk staff and concierge were great and very helpful
Pros: The food was worth the price. The location is ideal for a city stay.
The hotel is perfectly located on the vibrant South Bank, by Westminster Bridge overlooking the River Thames and is within walking distance of many of the city’s most famous attractions including the London Eye, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Being just 2 minutes away from London Waterloo station, Park Plaza County Hall London is the ideal choice for a London visit, whether it is for business or leisure.
Pros: Location. Friendliness of staff. Concierage service.
Cons: Ceiling low. Breakfast a bit expensive.
Pros: Very central location. Close to tube station and Oxford street. Less than 10 pounds for cab to Paddington station. Room recently renovated. Nespresso in the room. Lots of storage (drawers, closet space). Very professional staff. Free printing so we could checkin for our departure flight. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Cons: Renovations still ongoing. Construction was happening in the room next to us during the day on a weekday. No construction on weekends and it started at a reasonable hour on weekdays. Few amenities in hotel, but we weren't looking to use them. My wife didn't sleep as well as she needs a contour pillow and one wasn't available.
Pros: The location was perfect ....
Cons: There were dust in the room which were flying Every point of the room, this activated my allergy, air conditioner couldn't clean the room.

Pros: Location is great, good access to big chunks of London by foot
Rooms are spacious for a big city
Staff very helpful
Cons: Gym a bit small
Too long a wait for elevators
Breakfast crowded late in the morning, not so special
Pros: Well we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Mayfair and the staff could do more for us. We come back to our room to find a complimentary bottle of bubbly and chocolates, such a great supprize for both myself and the wife. Would we stay again definitely 100%.
Pros: The location was fantastic.
Cons: The out of town crowd the hotel attracts is undesirable... I often made to feel like second class due to the fact I am a woman... I hear this crowd often descends on London in the summer though so I can't slight the hotel for accommodating to them
Cons: The carpeting in the common halls was old and worn, giving the hotel a dowdy feel, like something one might find along a highway used for a quick overnight stay on a trip to someplace else.
Pros: Location, deluxe room quite good in size
Cons: Housekeeping not on par with 5 star hotels. Sometimes they forget to clean the room. I have to call to ask them to clean otherwise they would wait hours and hours before they clean.
Pros: Great location, great staff, great services.. the place is spotloss clean and neat.
Pros: very nice business hotel. Room was nice.
Cons: Lots of street noise from night clubs across the street. When the Queue formed 11pm + and especially when the club closed 1:30-2:30am, the street noise was very loud (above TV level). The only night it was not an issue was when it was raining.
The room also didn't have a bath tub.
Pros: The Hotel was convenient to the Tube and a lot of very nice restaurants and shops. Their free wifi was very fast!
Cons: The fitness center was a little small for that size hotel
Pros: staff very helpful room and details very nice.
Cons: not a memorable place. everything/ everyone nice in a generic way. lack of individual character
Pros: great access to numerous restaurants and shopping, staff is very helpful as is concierge with reservations
