Pros: The Staff were friendly and efficient, considering the flight time being very short. The Flight Crew got us to our destination 10 mins ahead of schedule, considering also that we were 15 mins behind sitting on the runway for take off, which in effect meant they made up 25 mins. Fantastic job. The Aircraft was clean and well maintained. The seats were comfortable in economy for me, but unfortunately my Husband being a larger tall man was cramped and didn’t have a lot of room to move.

Cons: As the flight was very short the choice of food was limited and the selection was not good, as the choice I required ran out at the first two rows, which were not occupied by many passengers at all. A very light passenger load. The pricing was a little high for the snacks and tiny bottles of water.

Cons: I didn't realise I was going to be in such a poor airline after booking through the Singapore Airlines website. There was hardly any space, food options were limited, there was no entertainment, they even charged for water! Equal worst airline with jetstar

Cons: My partner and I could not understand much of what flight attendants said in English due to their accent. Mediocre food. When the person in front came back, his seat leaned back and hit my laptop. I felt ignored once when a flight attendant appeared to have asked in Chinese if I need any drink.

Cons: Singapore food and drinks quality has deteriorated significantly. Flights are always packed with uncomfortable seating. These days you get amenities only if you ask.

Cons: The connection time between these two flights that you sell as a package is not enough. It is a 30 Min journey to do in a 45 min transfer, and the gate closes 30 mins before departure. Then if you’re first plane is delayed even by ten minutes (as mine was) you are more unable to catch your flight

Cons: The flight crew and gate crew were the rudest I have seen in my entire life. They acted as if they were too good to acknowledge passengers and ignored the flight attendant light and other efforts to get their attention to ask a question.

Cons: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Cons: The whole experience was terrible. Scoot decided to - delay flight by 45 minutes without telling me. I discovered this by checking myself - chartered a Singapore Airlines Boeing 777-200 and then reduced then quality of every Business Class service (no entertainment system videos or music, no alcohol or soft drinks - only water, only Economy class food. There was no apology from Scoot (who are a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines) and none from Singapore Airlines. There was no suggestion of any refunds or other compensation. Truly a disgrace. I will never fly on either Singapore Airlines or Scoot airline again. I am seeking further compensation through Australian Fair Trading and through Class Action Lawyers (as this impacted every passenger on this flight, not just Business Class)

Cons: Horrible experience of sitting on the tarmac for more than four hours with no air conditioning in New York on a 95 degree day. I thought I would die. There seemed to be no concern among the crew for our extreme discomfort.

Pros: The flight arrive on time. The airline did all they could to accommodate late passengers and even held back about 10 minutes because of the long lines at customs. Despite holding back they still manage to get us to our destination on time.

Cons: The entertainment was lacking severely however since this was a Sunday morning 7 AM departure most everyone on the plane slept so it was not an issue.

Allowed passengers to get up, collect thier bags from overhead compartments immediately after landing and during taxi. Clogged asiles. Poor air con during flight. Extremely cramped seating. Low budget and lax attitude. Consistently late flights On a positive note, direct nonstop flights to major destinations at good rates. You get what you pay for though.
