Pros: The onboard crew and food were great. The gate crew and grounds were rude and unknowledgable.

Cons: The great seats we reserved were given to staff and we were stuck by bathrooms & crying babies. My husband’s seat was parallel to a mom of an infant traveling alone.He could not recline because she’d have to step over him. We’re compassionate but these seats are too $ not to use for intended purpose

Pros: The crew was very kind and the staff made sure I had an isle seat as well as an exit row because I am quite tall. The check-in process and support was excellent. I would highly recommend this flight line to anyone needing to travel through China.

Cons: The individual seats did not have any way to charge devices. This made it impossible to do any offline work on my phone for fear that it would run out of charge on the extended flight.

Cons: Bus transportation to the plane was delayed. People were uncomfortable having to stand in the bus for so long. Then the flight was delayed for 15 minutes due to airport traffic. As the only business class passenger i would have expected to be offered a drink then or even a bottle of water at my seat

Pros: The crew on the plane was very professional and helpful, even with other passengers that weren’t very courteous.

Cons: There was only one person checking people in, which was not enough to move things along. There was also confusion over whether bags had to be checked or not, with one person giving us tags but then no one looking at the tags prior to boarding. The whole check in process seemed poorly organized.

Pros: Boarding in Lisbon well organized but delayed at check in and on the tarmac - 40 mins. Food on this flight good. Crew fine both flights.

Cons: Both Tap flights delayed, little info'/explanation about this.Boarding in Copenhagen chaotic, problematic tickets holding up the queue with only one staff member. Food on board was so boring and unappetising.

Pros: Most of the crew was helpful, however, I arranged a pick Up at Heathrow to guide me to my connectg flight. the flight attendant advised me to speak to the male concierge when exiting. He then insisted: No, there is no one coming. When I stepped out the pick up person showed up anyhow. ??

Cons: Like I said better staff communication in regards to my special situation/need. Also I was surprised I had to pay for the water I had on the flight as the attendant who offered it didn’t mention it was for purchase when they asked me if I wanted bottled water.

Cons: The 60 euro bagage fee for just checking 1 bag was excessive. There was no obvious way to pay on line or with the app

Cons: This is basically a southwest plain with a curtain to separate classes. No entertainment, no first class seats, no WiFi. Just a seat between us. No legroom. Y’all should be ashamed to call that first class. Waste of $

Pros: One particular member of the flight crew (Jennifer Foster-Moore, I think) was stupendously kind and helpful. The cabin service manager (a young gentleman) was also very helpful. The ice-cream bar mid-flight was a nice touch.

Cons: The equipment for this flight is a 747-400. Hence, the personal entertainment system is old: no games, and the video can be shaky.

Cons: Leg room is laughable and charging $65 to check a bag is ridiculous.

Cons: First of all my booking didnt have a checked bag included !! Since when british air do not include checled bags in their tickets . Second its way too expensive to add the baglike 100$ for each flight !! 400$ for me and my wife !! Third when i checked in and wanted to chose my seat 50$ each !!!

Cons: Distance between seats on the low side i.e. not much leg room. TV screen again on the small size in comparison with other airlines. Ear phones poor build quality and sound. Plastic cutlery. Small meal trays. No hand wipes with meals. In comparison with other airlines BA is only an average carrier.

Cons: Announcements at the gate: there were none. The flight was slightly delayed and there was not a word from BA agents.

Cons: I DIDNT LIKE THAT THE TICKET I BOUGHT DIDNT HAVE LUGAGE INCLUDED! I HAD TO PAY 100 EUROS FOR 1 LUGAGE. I COULD BELIEVE A LONG COURSE FLIGHT, A 10 HOURS FLIGHT AND NO LUGAGE! VERY ANOYING!

Cons: The offered an upgrade to bid on. I did and was rewarded one for the 4 of us. It turned out that the seats were exactly like every other seat on the plane in size. They did provide free drinks and a well used towel. When you ask to be paid for an upgrade you should be clear what that really is.

Pros: Kind staff. We were served a very healthy snack which was also delicious. Flight was delayed due to fog in Porto but oh well! No big problema.
