The crew manager let the staff down by not ensuring special dietary requirements meal were coming in drips . The poor cabin crew did not stop . If organised the cabin could take a short break ..The cabin crew were AWESOME UNLIKE THIER TWO MANAGES!

They had superb boarding (started an hour before flight time). Timely pushback from them gate and an early arrival. Flight and service was very comfortable. I wanted to move my flight to an earlier one, only thing was there was no one at emirates in Heathrow to help. Had to call the call the center and pay to change. There were ample seats on the flight though

Superb experience. I hope they bring back the fast track option at Heathrow immigration.

Check-in process at Bengaluru airport was atrociously slow. Emirates should allow baggage drop option after online check-in and verification of documents. The rest of the flight was quite good and we didn't have any complaints.

The boarding was very chaotic and some airline staff were rude. This needs attending to.

Serving food took so long . Almost time close to lend. Plus during landing air pressure in cabin cuss ear blocked took long time to unblock.

The amenities offered in the Business class is far away less compared with other Air Companies. Emirates is going down in the competition pricing the same value as Qatar airways for example.

Boarding was delayed but the information about delays was not provided

Crew in Hyderabad could have been more helpful they were only focused on ripping customers.

Overall it was a very good experience. Boarding was efficient and well organized. The cabin crew were excellent. The meals were tasty and quite filling. The warm bread rolls were a nice touch. Seats were comfortable even if they were a little narrow. Entertainment selection was excellent.

To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.

Other than low space, which is the problem with all airlines for economy class, the flight was excellent.

Asian Veng meal have Non Veg items which is not ok. Pure veg meals option are too less and they have inclusion of Vedgan and Lactos etc... which is taste less

The business class experience was awesome - I will be using QATAR airways again and it'll be business class again - appreciate the privileges afforded to the business class clients - thank you.

Overall good but staff in the place looked extremely tired after 8hrs in 14 hrs journey and then service was cut short and response time for calls increased in later part of flight. Food was ok not astonishing

Better service is needed. I booked for Qatar but I was switched to American way after I bought my tickets.

The boarding process was unpleasant. We had hardly any checked baggage, but they insisted on weighing the cabin baggage. While the weight of our cabin bag was well within limit, it seemed petty! The food was pretty disgusting. I had such awful food on the way over, that I brought some snacks of my own for the flight back. Glad I did. Qatar was consistent in that food was just as terrible on the way back as it was on the way over. The flight attendants were super-nice, though. If I had an option I would not take Qatar Airways again.

Staff was helpful. Flight was on time. Overall excellent experience. Thank you will fly again.

First class payment but wife’s seat broken, would recline but not lay flat. On previous flight, delays and ground crew malfunctions connecting jetway made us miss flight to Houston. I asked twice for a cart to assist us getting across the massive Istanbul Airport, but was denied. We are both over 70.

I will avoid this airline as much as possible. Service was rude, and I don’t think the crew knew how to answer a CALL LIGHT. I pushed my call light on the ohare to Istanbul and the Istanbul to Thailand flight because I was very very thirsty. NO ONE CAME. I pushed it twice! NO ONE CAME! Why have a call light when no one will come? My experience was the WORSE AND I WILL NEVER EVER FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE AGAIN. The cabin crew needs to learn MANNERS AND BE RETRAINED on their jobs on how to be helpful and kind instead of being short with their customers and ANSWER CALL LIGHTS! I honestly wouldn’t be suprised this airline goes out of business.

M pretty much done with kayak and all other booking webs and apps. Scams all around my long trip.. Losing hundreds of $$ in extra charges and delays. Done with Turkish airline too. I will never use Kayak again for any of my bookings in the future!

Our itinerary was broken apart by ChatDeal and let off our luggage from Turkey to Greece!! When contacted by this prior to our departure, I was informed it was my fault...I had to pay for checked bags, in middle of our trip! Turkish Airlines is not to blame for my distain of the ChatDeal interaction. COMPLETELY UNSAT!!

Leaving on time would have been a good start . Sat in plane while they cleaned around us . We got to Turkey raced to our next flight to see plane sitting at the gate 5 minutes before departure time to be told “ plane is gone “ while obviously it wasn’t . Showed them time on my phone before departure. Then “ gate is closed “ . Then he said “Instead of talking to me you need to go talk to someone else to get another flight “ . We booked business class no service waited in line to have to rebook same flight day later. Offered hotel room but wait for a bus to heard us to what I’m sure would have been cheap hotel. Opted for private cab and decent hotel at our own expense. Bad service at ever turn . NEVER TURKISH AIRLINES AGAIN !

As soon as I boarded, the flight attendant informed me that the screen on my seat is not working (business class), I was a little disappointed because my flight is around 3 hours, then a man approached me asking me to sign a paper that I accept the fact that my seat screen is not working and that I accept to fly despite of that !! and if I don't sign then I may be removed from the plane !! It's a shame, paying $$$$ for the flight and then treated this way.

I asked for blanket extra because I got cold. No body came back. I asked for chai it was not good. Sorry to say.

Avoid delays. There has never been a time I flew without delays.

Overall very comfortable experience. I had requested vegan food but the only option was a sandwich with vegetables and cheese. I removed the cheese and ate the sandwich ( tasted pretty good) but wish it was offered without cheese.

Both flights were late. One by 40minutes other by 50 minutes

One thing is very important is you people not giving seat arrangement together to couple, senior citizen. You have to take care of senior citizen. Do not look about money. Money is not important everywhere. Make relationship strong is very very important. I like Etiyad air line out of all air line. Food was hot and delicious. Air hostess gave very good service, nice attitude, very good behaviour. I gave 10 out of 10 marks. Thanks Jivraj

Ripped off and broken seats in Business class. Seats stink and need to request the staff for additional bedsheets. Crew if very friendly though

Everything is good and improved and needs to improve economy class seat more specious so long journey we can enjoy and it will be give more relaxable. Overall all services good and safely landed . I enjoyed my journey and all the cabin crew members services very well.

It feels like the seat did not have any cushion just plywood. The seats are so compact that I could not even move at all and I am slim. Just imagine someone else. Singapore Air and Emirates are far far better than this. Do not even travel for free. For a 12 hour flight sitting on a plywood is horrible experience and on top of that the person at checking counter at NY was worst and rude. Plus they charge arms and leg for everything. I think they would also start charging for belts and oxygen also soon. First and last time flying with Ethiad.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent flight experience on Etihad Airways, which took me from India to NYC via Abu Dhabi. My flight details are as follows: [Flight Number] on [Date]. My overall experience was marred by a series of significant issues that I believe warrant attention and improvement. These issues include: Bad Conditions of Washroom: The state of the washrooms on the flight was far from satisfactory. They were inadequately maintained and lacked the level of cleanliness one would expect during a long-haul journey. Seating Space and Comfort: The seating arrangement left much to be desired. The seats were cramped, uncomfortable, and the legroom was insufficient for such a long flight. The seats did not recline as expected, making the journey quite uncomfortable. Cabin Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the cabin, including seats and tray tables, was not up to par. The lack of cleanliness impacted the overall comfort and satisfaction of passengers. Excessive Noise: The flight was notably noisy, with disturbances and loud noises making it difficult to rest or concentrate. The noise levels were considerably disruptive. Food and Catering: The quality and variety of meals served on the flight left much to be desired. Furthermore, there were issues with accommodating dietary restrictions, which is crucial for passenger satisfaction. Hygiene and Sanitary Facilities: The condition of the restrooms was subpar, and essential hygiene supplies were not adequately provided. This falls short of expectations for a long-haul journey. Overall Experience: Regrettably, the combination of these issues significantly affected my overall experience during this long flight, making it far from the comfortable and enjoyable journey I had anticipated. I understand that maintaining high standards on long-haul flights can be challenging, but I believe it's vital to bring these concerns to your attention in the hope that they can be addressed and improved upon in the future. As a loyal Etihad Airways customer, I had higher expectations for my journey. The seat was not functional. Very uncomfortable to sit upright for that many hours😢. There was no legroom. Can’t move the legs or the body. We should have the option to pick our seats. There was no need to call customer support team and have them pick and we pay for the premium seats. When I called the CST regarding the seats, their response is gaslighting. Total disappointment. We have paid to be tortured by Etihad Airlines.

The service and courtesy of the flight attendants was good. The check in staff were ok. Seat on the flight uncomfortable.

I could not book in online at all which is what I always do to secure a window seat which is my preference.

Ground staff at Rome gate & boarding were rude and unhelpful

The quality of the aircraft and the professionalism of TAP's staff were perfect. The quality of vegan meals can be hit or miss depending on the airline and the city of departure; on this flight, our vegan meals were quite good. The boarding process for the connecting flight in Lisbon could have been organized a bit better, but it did not spoil our overall experience with TAP, which was excellent. I'd definitely recommend TAP to others.

We liked the crew. They were competent, professional and friendly. The only big negative was our departure was delayed several times and the airport staff did not communicate what the problems were and what we should expect.

Great staff who were ready working with smile 6 in the morning on New Year’s Day. Although security checkpoint was way too busy, the airline staff were understanding and waited few minutes after boarding. We took off not only exactly on time, but arrived 20 minutes early. Two thumbs up!!!

The flight was good, but not entertainment or free food or drinks were offered.

Flight was delayed and there was no wifi on board. Flight attendants could not or did not want to reser the wifi. Not acceptable.

Airline attendant never walks along the isle to check if everyone is ok. The food is worst I’ve experienced. Chicken pasta is very salty while the fish is bland and over-cooked. Only two toilets for the entire economy section.

We upgraded to economy plus for the extra room and the seats weren’t any different from others. There was no foot rest nor extra leg room. Total waste of money.

TAP needs to allocate gates at airport. Boarding and disembarking using buses is tortures in hot weather.

I like: The food provided was really good. I really enjoyed it Dislike: I couldn't open my window during the whole trip. Every time I wanted to do it, one of the crew came to me saying "please close it" It was a day flight. I wanted to have my window open and they didn't let me.
