The plane was clean and well maintained the crew members were professionals and friendly and the food was good
Flight was pathetic, felt like a old plane was modified and brought in service. Didnt like the aircraft at all. Crew and services were good.but aircraft totally dissappointment.
On this flight, about the last 2 hours the captain kept the cabin too hot. It appeared like the ac was off.
Flight attendants were great. Comfort of seat and lie down bed pretty good. Food was very mediocre. Wine was good (red French wine) although I should have taken advantage of having more! :-) it was too late on the flight From znzāI was tiredā¦then too early from Dubai. Woman sitting behind me dropped a full bag of garbage on my head while I was sleepingā¦orange peels, wet partially eaten food and very smelly food garbage which I literally had to pick out of my hair, off my face and away from my pillow. Not the airlines fault but still a very unpleasant experience.
Business class on this plane was adequate, service, amenities, swag, and crew was amazing!
The food options for children is limited The business class bed is not fully lie flat, and this is an uncomfortable sleep
Worst trip ever from the beginning to the end I will never travel with that airline again. I made a big mistake by not going with my regular schedule flight with Qatar airline. Even underpriced cheat me of my 134 dollars I paid for special seats and they kept my money and didn't pay the airline for the seats for me.
I wish Emirates had lights to Philadelphia (PHL) in USA.
Not too happy with ground staff at Dubai airport. We had asked for wheel chair, and we were told to walk a long distance, poorly organised. And then at boarding to Mumbai flight wecwere treated rudely by the local Emirates staff forced to check in our cabin bags, we told them we were transiting.
I have a very good experience flighting with emirates. All my expectations were fit well.
My experience with Qatar airway was very unsatisfactory. They lost my childās stroller and I was told they found it and will send it to the hotel which was a lie. I had to go back to the airport baggage claim and pick up myself after trying to contact them many times!. There was a lack professional and communication. I am very disappointed in Qatar airway and will not be recommending them to friends and family nor will I be flying with them in the future.
There was not enough food for everybody. Some dishes were missing.
Very unimpressed that I was dumped from the seat I had booked and paid for after check in. Apparently a family wanted to sit together, however as they all were adults I think they should have pre booked their seats like I did. I will be approaching Qatar for a refund. That and the dreadful state of the flooding toilets made me wonder how they managed to be voted the best airline. Not worth the money.
Boston to Doha was great but Doha to Dhaka was the worst experience.
Overall experience was OK. Seats were truly uncomfortable for such a long flight. Food quality was mediocre at best. The staff was great though!
Fly Qatar Airways is always amazing. Their service and care for details is really very good.
Staff was very friendly. There is no on board entertainment, but itās such a short flight that it doesnāt matter. We also got a meal which was nice and unexpected due to the length of the flight.
Operated by American Airlines. Very chaotic and the crew was bit rough responding any enquiries. Restricted leg space.. Qatar would have been better

This is my first and last flight with Qatar because when we go for boarding pass in Delhi airport the team asked for money charging me for hand baggage which is technically including with my ticket so also we get one our temple pics I ask them to checking in but they tell me I have to pay $500 dollars for that additional which is not make sense than I diseased to throw away because I canāt take with us . For carry in beg also I pay some Indian n currency for the guy who help I already pay 6 passengers ticket cost me $8000 so really Iām not happy . PLUS MY 6 checked baggage was damaged I already claim for four beg at airport but now Iām worried about my stuff inside maybe broken too which is more expensive stuff me really bad experience
Flight was delayed then we had to redirect for medical emergency during which time we had no information on what is the plan. The connecting flight was also delayed.
The flight was delayed so connection was missed. In Istanbul we were taken to a hotel and no one in the hotel knew so we had to wait hours in the lobby of the hotel while the airline and hotel coordinated. The airline staff is rude at times
7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at OāHare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Please have our mileage points posted to our membership account from OāHare Chicago to Lahore for both my wife Kaukab Shirazi Thank you

Cross Atlantic flight terrible aircraft TK10 on the way back : Old configuration tacky . The boarding in Istanbul at the gate fly TK686 was a mess unorganized , very rude ground staff . Overall never again
The food served was frozen salad and hummus. The hot meal was fine. Crew was doing bare minimum
