5.1 Okay
Pros: The hotel is a landmark. It is in a great location and gives great access to Central Park. It is also not too far of a walk to the theater district. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable.
Cons: The staff seemed indifferent. The revolving door wasn't working, so we had to go in through side doors. The doormen (sometimes as many as three) just stood around watching, not helping at all with the doors, which were heavy. Breakfast in the lobby: we were seated and I asked the purpose seating us to bring coffee. He said the server would be right with us. After 5 minutes there was no server to been seen. Why didn't the person seating us just bring us coffee? Very mediocre attitude. This hotel was not at all worth the price we paid.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very friendly staff, comfortable room with a great view and rooftop bar is awesome
Cons: Elevators are small, slow and loud plus there are too few of them but that may be common for NY. Pipes make noise when you shower loud enough to wake people sleeping in room. Again, might be NY.

Pros: Location was great.
Cons: Young lady at check in was not very professional... a bit snobby when answering questions, even as I was being polite and jovial... bad day or not, it's all about service and experience... Hope it improves or was a one time occurrence.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Location is great, room and bathroom were super clean.
Cons: Room was small, not worth the price we paid for. Worse of all, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, how can this hotel call itself 5 stars with such bad beds? We regret staying in this hotel and we will not come back.

Pros: Polite and friendly staff, very comfortable room and perfect location.
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The buzzy lobby, the bar, corner room on high floor
Cons: The shower could have been better. Water pressure is low. It was very difficult to regulate the water temperature. There was only a partial glass panel which meant water on the floor making it slippery. I felt cold because you could not enclose the shower and cool air drafted in. The threat of Legionaire's disease was not exactly a plus. The towels were thin and scratchy, not up to a standard to be expected.

Pros: Clean, roomy bathroom, very helpful and friendly staff and good location
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great, bed and pillows were very comfortable and the hot shower was fab!
Cons: The staff in L'Amtico. We tried to go in for breakfast one day and were told quite rudely that we could only have the table for 1 hour, fully booked for another evening meal request and on the day we left sat at the bar for a drink and pizza and again the bartender was very abrupt in his manner.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location suited me.
Cons: Guest rooms are in need of refresh, they look tired with scratched and stained furniture. Stains on the wall. There is the impression that the hotel is run from the front desk by a group of inexperienced, unpolished young people who are not trained, or interested in, a genuinely positive guest experience. Some of the Vine waiting staff are surly and resentful and service could be better. Overall there is not a sense of being looked after.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Room was comfortable, very efficient for the space and quiet. NYC can be loud due to traffic and people, but I was not disturbed! They also welcomed me with a personal, hand-written note in the room.
Cons:
6.2 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: They charge at least 5 USD per package if you get anything delivered.
Check-in process is a nightmare.
No closet in the rooms.
Not good for business trips.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very profissional and welcoming. The vibe of the hotel is very different, urban and stylish. The rooftop amazing and the location is perfect! The room is small but modern
Cons:
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was nice. Quaint and clean. Staff have Me an extra bed because I'm very tall which was brilliant from them.
Cons: The bar closed way too early on Monday night but they did let us have drinks before tossing us out. Bartender attitude was a bit flippant and unfriendly.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to main attractions and to penn station to catch train to airport, room is nicely organised in a compact design, has mini safe under bed, large TV, helpful and friendly staff, coffee shop right next door.
Cons: Loud shower pipes, no mini fridge, felt like living is a shoe box at times but can't really complain as only there for sleep, hotel swipe cards required multiple swipes to use elevator and access rooms.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fast and efficient check-in and check-out. Top location within walking distance to major attractions (e.g. Times Square or Madison Square Garden) and Penn station. Stylish and very functional/smart interior design.
Cons: Room, bathroom and bed quite small (max Queen size). Only small window in room which is hardly reachable due to room design. Check-in area often very loud and a bit chaotic. TV/bed solution questionable (but who's in NY to watch TV).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: so close to Macy’s Small rooms but had all I needed excellent shower Smart lifts no waiting . Excellent staff very helpful and a place to store luggage if a late flight
Cons: Nothing
7.0 Good
Pros: Location is great.
Cons: Room is very small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, right near lots of main attractions like Times Square, Empire State Building and next door to Macy’s! Lots of places to eat surrounding the hotel. Rooms are great, modern, funky furnishings and cleaned every day, couldn’t have asked for more in a hotel in New York and would definitely stay here again!!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything was amazing
Cons: elevators were often crowded
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Super comfortable beds, great location cool bar and super friendly staff
Cons: I know its NYC but rooms are small
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfy and the shower was good. Loved the shampoo and conditioner and the in room clothes steamer was a bonus as well.
Cons: The music in the foyer and second floor bar AND the rooftop was FAR too loud. Couldn't hear a word the guy was saying when he was checking us in on the first night. It's a very trendy hotel but not everyone wants to walk in to a rave when they've had a stressful day of travelling. It was not a great first impression.
A spirited alternative to the typical hotel experience, Moxy NYC Times Square dazzles with surprises and thrills. Situated in the heart of Midtown, under the shimmering lights of Times Square, we offer hotel guests intimate access to Manhattan must-sees like Madison Square Garden, Rockefeller Center, and Broadway. Find fast and free Wi-Fi, oversized rain showers, smart streaming TVs and design-forward decor in our boutique accommodations, which intuitively meet the needs of the modern traveler. With immersive social spaces, the opportunities to mix and mingle are endless. Head to our rooftop bar, Magic Hour - the largest of its kind in NYC - for epic skyline views and indulge in amusement park-style fun. Dynamic dining is showcased brilliantly in our array of restaurants by Tao Group; including Legasea, a trendy seafood eatery, and Egghead, a playful, egg-centric cafe. Stop into the Blind Barber for a new style or shave. Work and play in the city that never sleeps at Moxy - a hotel concept unlike any other.
With a stay at Iberostar 70 Park Avenue, you'll be centrally located in New York, steps from 5th Avenue and 4 minutes by foot from Grand Central Terminal. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, limo/town car service, and express check-in.

Pros: The hotel is in such a great location. The view down the road to Grand Central Station and the view out of our bedroom window to the Empire State Building. 4.0 Okay
Pros: The majority of staff were friendly and polite.
Cons: The room was much smaller than expected but the worst thing was that we could hear everything from the surrounding rooms. Each time someone knocked on a door or opened or closed it we were immediately woken up. For that reason we wouldn't stay here again.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Central location with an easy walk to grand central station. Comfortable bed and simple room perfect for a couple who simply need a home base while touring the city.
Cons: There was hair in the shower and bed when we arrived and I’m not sure how it could have been missed with a thorough cleaning.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room has a comfortable king-sized bed and a nice bathroom. Also, I like being near Grand Central for the very good food court there if one has to squeeze in a weirdly-timed quick meal. Also a big plus: NO RESORT FEE!
Cons: The room was too small to have a reading chair (though there was a long narrow desk/table with a swivel chair). That's the only reason for the 9's instead of 10's.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s a nice hotel in a nice location.
Cons: Need some more toiletries like toothpaste. Should have been directed to use the correct elevator.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Would have loved to have had tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Cons: The room was great. There was plenty of room to move around, it was very clean and comfortable. A few more coat hangers would have been handy. It was in a fantastic location, so close to Grand Central Station. I would definitely look to stay here again if I came to New York. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: Thebes’s and linens were extra comfortable. RG shower and bathroom were very nice.
Cons: Not happy with booking.com as the price was over $100/a night less at the location than what I paid. The staff was not very friendly or accommodating: eg leaving the building there were 3 doorman chatting, I was struggling with the heavy door and not one noticed or offered o help, also I asked for herb tea at the front desk during the morning coffee time, again 3 people at the desk chatting and the only response I got was “you can go downstairs and ask at the restaurant,“ then turned away. should not be a 5* hotel. Pros: The staff was friendly.
Cons: There was suspicious white goo on the curtains, decor is chipped, worn and tired. Wallpaper peeling in both the room and the common areas. Although we had hot water during our stay, 2 other friends did not and they ended up leaving the hotel which put a damper on our weekend. Lobby is small and unimpressive. The narrow, cramped hallway that leads to the elevators is a mess of unpainted drywall and patches. I don't recommend, you can do better for the price.

Pros: Location and has predictable Intercontinental Quality standards
Cons: The concierge desk was understaffed with one person, and not at the desk quite often. Only complaint. I stayed in this hotel 6 nights in past 4 weeks and hosted 8 plus more nights with members of my staff as a business owner.
5.7 Okay
Pros: If you want to be in the middle of it all at Time Square stay here.
Cons: Everything from the quality of room service, attention to detail and cleanliness, broken wifi, and price tag was incredibly underwhelming for a 4+ star hotel. The Hilton a few blocks away is a better value and so is the Westin across the street. This hotel felt stuff, old and dated.

Cons: A lot of construction going on in the area, but that’s to be expected in NYC
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: The only reason I booked this hotel was because of the location
Cons: Old building doors to the room are very hard to open and close, beds are very uncomfortable I got a back pain and my son got the same back problem from the bad mattress
No coffee machine or any complimentary in a 5 Star suit, , They had a wrong fire alarm went on two nights on the roll around 1:00 o’clock in the morning woke us up and they didn’t do anything for it to make up to us
I travel a lot and always stay in 5 stars hotels all over the world
This hotel (London New York) was the worst hotel I ever stayed in for the last 10 years of my life
I suggest no one to stay in this hotel for any price
I wasted my $$$ money and plus I damaged my health by staying there
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great.
Cons: The layout of the room was a little strange. Hallway to bathroom was very narrow. Room could use a small desk.
7.9 Good
Pros: The room was superb in every way.
Cons: The restaurant is completely forgettable , so it made it almost like staying in a serviced apartment, but a very good serviced apartment.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent, but the room itself was amazing! We were extremely impressed with the entire London NYC experience!
Cons: Nothing!!!

Cons: The lobby was shabby. Staff constantly hit me up pointedly for tips. Bar sold me a Coke in a tiny glass for $3.50. I was thirsty and asked for a refill and he took my glass and told me it was $3.50 for another, for a 2cent a serving coke. Room was a dump.

Cons: You can not turn wheat off in your room. The bath water was not nearly hot enough.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The valet parking attendant was very nice as was the person who brought our luggage to our room. The self parking employee, Santiago and the lady right at the entrance of the garage were the only pleasant people we came in touch throughout our entire stay.
Cons: I was highly disappointed with my stay. If it had not been for the fact that I had already paid for the entire week, I would left the same day I checked in. The room had no real closet, no space to walk without bumping into something, there was no dresser. There were 4 very small drawers and one of those was welded shut. The bathroom was so small, we could not even use the toilet without bumping into the walls, which is gross. The front desk clerk was kind of rude, the tub was dirty, no face cloths in the bathroom, no answer when we called the front desk and the list goes on and on. However, the valet and self parking attendants were awesome, as was the gentleman who brought our luggage to our room. Those are the positive things I can say about my stay.

Pros: Location was good .... overnight parking within 2 blocks
Cons: Our room was on the 16th floor .... elevators to our floors were in operative.. would only go to 14th floor and walk up 2 flights... going down had to take stairs, this was a major inconvenience... I had hip surgery this year and avoid stair climbing

Pros:
Cons: Very worn and tired. Only 2 of 8 elevators were working, long waits and lines to use elevators! Heater in room would rattle when running.

Central Park is a 5 minute walk, shopping at Time Warner, several coffee shops, near Lincoln Center, and easy enough to get to the Eastside.
Cons: In general the hotel looks tired - in need of a renovation. 2 of the elevators weren't working. Room doors are dented and the hallways generally need a renovation. There are supposed to be 2 lamps beside the bed but only 1 in my room where they had removed. The curtains in the room need to be replaced - very dingy and uninviting.

Pros: Amazing hotel, had a slight issue with our room when we arrived the front desk couldn’t be more helpful and apologetic, she changed our room without hesitation. The location is perfect and the Bar is defiantly something you had to see!
Cons: The lifts can be a little slow, To be fair I do think a couple were broken down during our stay so once they are fixed The wait won’t be as long
5.8 Okay
Pros: The location, basically clean and modern facility
Cons: The small room and even smaller bathroom-impossible to even towel dry after a shower without hitting the wall. Had to call the front desk to supply hangers (none), light fixture wouldn’t shut off and had to wait an hour for maintenance to repair it at 11pm. Next day, the supervisor offered to upgrade the room but I declined. Then she offered an adjustment on bill but that never happened. I tried contacting the hotel a few times to follow up, but another supervisor never returned my calls. Phoning wasn’t worth the aggravation!
4.0 Okay
Pros:
Cons: At times they only have two of their six elevators working so I had to wait 5-10 minutes. I would rate my stay an 8 instead of 4 if all the elevators were working.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Excellent location and competitive price.
Cons: Staff okay to rude. Elevators extremely slow and got stuck (I ended up walking down 10 flights with my luggage once we got out). Bathrooms have zero privacy (there's a glass wall with a flimsy white curtain that's translucent with the lights on).
7.0 Good
Pros: Location. Concicerge was exceptional.
Cons: Room was unbelievably small. Bathroom pitifully small and cramped. One had to be IN BED to watch TV. NO ROOM TO WALK AROUND OR EVEN UNPACK. No coffeemaker. Impossible to see out window, which was behind and over bed.

Pros: Location
Cons: There was no heat in room , when I arrived in cold November.Very out dated interior , this hotel desperately needs to have renovations , seems like last time it was done in last century, stingy. Pealing paint etc. NO WAY this could qualify for FOUR *

Pros: Front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Lobby is fairly sleek and modern, lots of sitting areas. Location was very convenient.
Cons: The room was very dated and in rough shape. Clean, but stained bedside tables, carpeting pulling away from the walls, inaccessible outlets, and very old lamps without wall switches made entering the room in the dark a difficult experience.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was close to my event destination Lobby was small but comfortable
Cons: Could smell cigarette smoke and weed as I got to my floor (11) and down the hall to my room. I hadn’t been asked if I wanted ‘no smoking’ but if I had, I would definitely have said yes - I’m allergic to cigarette smoke

Cons: The hotel was old, worn and dirty looking. The wallpaper was peeling and the furniture was all chipped. Definitely not a 4-star hotel. The staff was not very friendly. They changed a $35 facility fee (plus $5.17 tax). What a rip off for 1 night stay!!

Pros: Clean, comfortable, staff very helpful (particularly Alam- Concierge team) and fab location
Cons: Photos used on website did not portray what the majority of the rooms looked like. Very basic.
