Location, across from subway station. Only one stop from Chamartin train station. A supermarket is very close to it. Liked the fast food restaurants on the subway station, very convenient for a quick breakfast or dinner.
Convenience for business meetings
Great location, metro station is near. Rooms were clean. Some members of the staff were not that friendly and helpfull. Airconditioning was not on though the days were quite warm.
The room was comfortable and always clean. A/C worked well. Nice shops right below hotel in public transportation center.
Travel convenience. Located above a major train and metro hub. Early accessible. If on business not appropriate to receive clients. Rooms were very noisy between construction going on at the hotel and the rooms not being carpeted. Way too noisy
Really good value for money and so close to public transport system and large supermarket. We chose this location because a friend lived nearby that we were visiting, for some people though it maybe a little far out of city centre. Don't be put off by that though because metro stop is across the road and runs an excellent service. We had room on ground floor and other guests in the public lounge area could see into our room when we opened the door.
The staff was helpful with directions getting me a taxi and other requests. I was a little disappointed that I had the room over the street, by the hotel's sign, as the hotel did not seem to be full.
The location of the hotel. It was closed to a metro station as well as a railroad station, making traveling around Madrid very easy.
Late at night there were large groups of teenagers drinking just outside the hotel (botellon). That happened every other day, no problem for us though.
The officials there are very organised, on standby and caring. This being the second time to visit stay in the hotel (1st time was in Nov 2009, and this time again Nove 2010). I plan to come back to the same place next year at the same time. I think I have nothing to report about what I didnt like during my stay in Aristos. To me everything was just excellent. The problem I usually find is the insistance to use credit card - master/american, etc, for registration. We, from the 3rd world such facilities block our ways. If my card expires would it mean that next time I wont have the chance of coming over? Yet I usually come with cash and pay without a problem? Please, do revise that procedure of requiring a card, or online registration methods.
