Pros: Stayed here because of the Chicago marathon, so the prices were abit higher than normal but still worth it :). Ray and all staff are amazing, they are super helpful and kind. Their a la carte breakfast is amazing!! Regarding the room, bed was comfy and the shower was great. There were nice common facilities like a sauna and a steam room. The area is also nice, its nice and quiet, but you can still get pretty fast to downtown Chicago.

Pros: The staff (especially Kelly) were FABULOUS! The surroundings were really eclectic, so much to look at. Our room was very good, comfortable bed and quiet. Free parking in the covered garage was unbelievable. The location was great. Kelly suggested restaurants and gave us directions and even offered us a ride to the blue line subway! The breakfasts were delicious and the women chefs were so accommodating! Everything was fabulous and we will definitely stay there every time we go into Chicago.

Pros: Excellent fitness center. Quiet and clean although the hotel was very busy. Free parking
Cons: Hotel is trying to be paperless, but not everyone has a smart phone or is competent using it. This should be part of hospitality training. I asked for my bill to be printed and instead they verified my email and sent it that way. We asked for assistance with transportation - CTA schedule and bus/train locations - and were told to download the app. Pleas know that not everyone uses Uber.

Cons: Tea bags to be added and more creamers in the room
