Free Wi-Fi, pool, good breakfast, polite stuff The room was quite small for three people
Close to the office of Rohm and Haas. Comfortable bed. Dinner selection.
the staff were fantastic and the size of the room and the beautiful bath only added to our enjoyment. The idea that you had no doorman or bellhop. At 65 yrs of age dragging four pieces of luggage to our room from the street was a chore
the pool is nice if a bit small i couldnt get the tv internet in my room to work. i asked reception and they said they'd send someone, but it never happened
Good location and quiet room Small bathroom
easy accsess to train and metro next to a down and out soup kitchen
The included buffet breakfast was perfect for our family. Also, the indoor pool was clean and well-maintained. Nothing.
Using Eurostar and arriving at Gare du Nord it was easy to transfer to Gare de Lyon Station which is right next door to this hotel. The Hotel was a 10 minute walk to The Palais du Omnisport where we had tickets for a concert - perferct. Breakfast not included, therefore slightly overpriced, and the breakfast was very expensive. Restaurant does not open until 7.00pm - too late for a meal before a concert.
very modern and clean hotel maybe a bigger pool food and drink overpriced
the pool not enough milk, tea bags etc in the room
Location was fantastic, extremely close to a metro station that you could take to pretty much wherever in Paris you wanted to go. Whilst the hotel was very luxurious (especially after a free upgrade to the executive suite) the immediate area around the hotel was rather grubby, with some intimidating homeless stationed not too far from the main entrances. The facilities were great, a nice looking gym on the 3rd floor, the pool was very nice albeit a little smaller than the photos make out. The restaurant was reasonably priced, and the food was decent. The hotel staff very friendly and spoke a variety to languages and I felt there was no real language barrier. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean and could not be faulted. Surrounding area a little scary in contrast to the niceness of the hotel. Walls are rather thin, and could hear the surrounding guests quite clearly.
Room was spacious and well appointed Not enough overhead light
booking.com did not send the confirmation to the Hotel, when we arrived with our confirmation number, they did not have it. very upset with that
The Pullman location is excellent and convenient, just off the Metro Line 14 St. Emillion stop. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and healthy, a great way to start a busy day in Paris. We find the housekeeping to be very thorough and welcoming, and the reception staff are professional, cheerful and helpful. There is a nice collection of reasonably priced restaurants nearby in case you don't want to travel far for a bite while getting over jet lag. As with much of Paris, the price is a bit steep for what you get. Yet we have found this location to provide a reliable and comfortable experience.
The beds are excellent and the sofa for my little daugther was also very comfortable with lots of pillows. The rooms are really very silent even being a very large hotel, except at the morning (maybe from 9 or so) when they begin with the cleaning. But this is normal. The breakfast is bit expensive (22 euros per adult) and they also charge between 10 and 15 euros even for a young child, which I consider too much. Another point is is that you need to combine two metro lines to reach most of the Paris attractions, and if you are with young children this can complicate your stay. But for persons without children this is not a problem at all.
great location within easy reach of city centre
The hotel was in the hear of Bercy. Walking distance to the river and dining. We choose this location because of the tour company that planned to pick us up here. Great rooms, services and breakfast! Linda- California We were happy with all of the services of the hotel.
They have mouses all over. Have pictures to prove. Told the staff. They really didn't try to put any effort in at least saying excuse on behalf of their hotel
very comfortable , easy to take subway , no charges for internet too expensive for breakfast buffet
The beds were amazingly comfortable and made us book the Sofitel by the airport for the night before I flight home when coming in from Rome before returning to US, rate was much higher than others at airport but we wanted that bed! A little far out from sites, but metro stop right there and Bercy Village is a wonderful little area. Internet & breakfast items were expensive.
Place. Close to the metro. Parking fee, 29euro/night. Too expensive
It is a little of city center but still very convenient located, with lots of restaurants nearby and a subway takes you right into the city center. Decent sized room with modern design. A hotel would cost three times more if in the city center. Save the money if you can stand 10 minutes of subway! The lovely Bercy Village steps away, full of good bars, restaurants, and shops.
Nice hotel, clean, good facilities, modern, confortable room
Location and attention to detail by a superb staff
We loved the central location, across from the Louvre and the Gardens of Toulerie as well as the view of the Eiffel Tower. Sightseeing, shopping and all types of dining were within walking distance. There was nothing unpleasant about this hotel.
Great atmosphere, helpful staff.
location & style
Location, style, very friendly and professional staff at front desk and concierge Room not very spacious, no gym/spa
The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to the heart of Paris and many of its attractions. I recommend that reservations be re-confirmed prior to travelling to avoid any confusion.
The best about hte hotel is its location - just next to the Louvre, between two squares, walking distance to everything I wanted to visit (never took a taxi or any other kind of transport). The receptionists were English-speaking and nice and helpful. The room was spacey (stayed in a junior suit), as well as the bathroom, cosy and clean. In fact, everything in the room, as well as the service, could be compared to a 5* hotel (including the cosmetics in the bathroom). Plus, the free WiFi is a nice addition to all. The hall and the corridors need renewing - the first impression of the hotel lowers ones expectations because of the old and a bit dirty common spaces in the hotel. Another thing, is that the air-conditioning was poorly working and it was a bit hot, but I just turned it off and opened the windows from time to time. Also, unpleasant surprice was the thinnes of the walls - I could hear every slam of a door and footsteps, however, no one really made noise, so I slept like a baby. One more thing about noise is that the windows of my room overlooked an inner yard and when opening the window there was a bussying sound from the air-conditioning or other machines. Overall, these were quite minor problems and didn't spoil my stay in the least!
The welcoming and very helpful staff, cleanliness of rooms, and above all, the excellent location. The room service was poor. We had a baby and we used to order warm milk twice a day. They gave us hot milk one day, watered down the other, cold another, and so on, even though every day we asked for a glass of warm milk. I guess it all depends on who is on the shift.
Great location ......just a short walk from some fantastic places of great interest. Buzzing cafe night life right on the doorstep too....good atmosphere in the hotel... It seemed expensive and the quality failed to match the expense....certainly for a pound based UK visitor. There was a shortage of helpful welcoming staff....particularly at reception where you face an unacceptable wait. Irritating.
O.K., I know its owned by Hyatt but It still felt boutiquey and small with a personal touch (as if not owned by Hyatt). The staff focused on attentive service, from the front desk, to room service, etc. Its clearly part of the staff culture. There is an intimate feel as if they all know each other--and everything about you. When I spoke to one front desk person they know a discussion I had with another the day before. The Concierge was amazing and made recommendations and the actual reservations and when things were not available made good judgments on his own for changes. We felt like they know us and were watching out for us. It is not that big really which helps in this case. The rooms felt well maintained with a terrific balance of old world and new. Highly Recommended!!!!
Location, nice atmosphere On the expensive side
Concierge services are exceptional - special thanks to Eric, Remy, Magaly.
Location and comfort.
it was next to the metro station
Excellent location, helpful staff, clean rooms, large and light bathrooms, really french atmosphere, close to most of the sightseeings and fashion boutiques. The decoration of rooms is a bit tired, but this is a problem of the most of the hotels in the centre of Paris.
The quality of the rooms, decoration, and space are far far less than shown in the pictures and indicated in the hotel desciption.
Great traditional typical parisian 4* hotel. Excellent location. Wanted 100 euros to stay until 1:00pm for check-out. Offered me 12 noon free.
The worst hotel Old smelly rooms , bad carpet dirty, wood very bad
Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Clean spacious room. None!
modern, clean, ideally located with parking facilities
the neighbourhood, it's great, also there is a great sanwich store, the cheese cakes are great
The hotel is well situated in a good neighborhood, close to a metro line and nice restaurant area.
Staff was helpful. Cleaners do the tidying well every morning. The hotel location was not bad 20-30 minutes away from lovre. A little bit far from the city center and airport
Very quiet, very comfortable A small noise from the airconditioning during the night, even when it was switched off (strangely there was no noise during the day).
I felt comfortable being a lone female guest I liked everything about my stay
Everything was perfect –staff, breakfast, etc.
> Very convenient location to the Train Station and bus tours. > 30 min walking distance to the Pyramid/museum > Internet included > Reception is patient and very helpful > good restaurants within 5 min walking distance from hotel > Hotel is clean > I thought breakfast buffet -15 euro was expensive .. may be normal in Paris .. I brought my own cereal bars and took coffee outside
It was very close to the station and quiet easy for nearby shopping The Room is too small there is no space to move .
Location was great, near lots of metro stations and close to everything. Easy walk to main train station that connects to Amsterdam. Comfortable, clean room. Our only issue was lots of noise (ppl on the streets) in the wee hours of the morning. If we stay again, we'll request a room not facing the train station. Very reasonably priced! We only stayed one night but were able to appreciate the courteous staff.
quiet misplaced my luggage, breakfast was to expensive for the empty baskets and plates. Didn't take breakfast the 2nd day.
the position is perfect when arring at Paris gare del est
the hotel is very central of the city and near by the metro and bus and trainstation
Closeliness to the Gare de l'Est and other attractions. Especially the carpet could have been cleaner and the room a little bigger.
It is not close to any of the tourist destinations. You had to take a cab or the metro to any of the sites. Our room was very small.
No parking. Overall cleanliness was horrible, certainly not four star worthy. Customer service was lacking, personnel seemed annoyed to help.
Proximity to Gare d'Est Railway Sation where we were arriving. Not good part of town, esp at night.
Near the rail way station The room price it's so expensive compare with the facilities that we received. But if the price is not the problems, I'll recomend to others traveller to stay in this hotel.
It was really cold in the bedroom, the heater didn't work properly.
Hotel location and near train station
Clearness of the room, design of the interior, location
Location ideal for Gare de Lyon
helpful and pleasant staff
Very comfortable bed The frosted glass walls of the bathroom!
The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to the Lyon train station is a big plus, the hotel in general is very clean and the decoration is charming. The front desk staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable and the room size for 3 persons is good. The amenities in the room are great: Nespresso coffee maker, water, small fridge, and the toiletries are of good quality. The only thing we did not like at all is that the restroom door is made out of glass and is pretty see through!! There is no privacy!! We had to place a towel on the door railing for privacy and my son even turned off the light when he was taking a shower!! I recommend that a curtain is put in place to cover the glass door!! Specially when the door is in a diagonal position facing the bed. I was laying down in bed and could see my son's silhouette in the restroom!! This alone would keep me from staying at this hotel again.
Great location. Easy to get to places being near the train station
Good location. By Paris standards good price/quality ratio.Comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Nothing
Location Attitude of the staff
The room was clean. comfortable and nicely furnished.
Well located and very nice and spacious room Parking challenging and not possible to stop in front of the hotel
The bed Bathroom was a bit pokey
My wife and I were impressed with the hotel from the minute we walked into the lobby. The receptionist and bell hop could not have been more hospitable. The decor was elegant, and the spa and work out facilities were state of the art. In addition to this, the nearness to the Boulevard St. Germaine de Pres, boutiques, and cafes was excellent.
excellent location, good room
Location, Location, Location!!! Saint-Germain-des-Prés is a fabulous area and you can walk to many interesting sites and shops. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and welcome at the hotel and in the area. The room I was assigned had a view of a generator that was a bit noisy in the early morning hours. Beware of Room 106 travelers!! Other than that everything was great!!
Location, staff and cleanliness No
romantic room was very small for the amount paid.
Staff, decor, location size of bathroom - very small
Location is very good
I had serious problems in the hotel with payment by credit cards. For sure tecnical devices on the reception must to be checked. It was really very unpleased to be learned that you can't pay by your credit card then you know that there are enough money on this card...
The location is ideal for a trip to Paris. Plenty of restaurants, cafes. public transportation. The bed was very comfortable. Like most hotels in France (and Europe) this so-called "Superior" room was tiny.
the best part of the hotel is the location and its good breakfast When i arrived at night on a prepaid reservation the reception staff tried to send me to another hotel nearby claiming the room had suffered damage and was unavailable. After a full day of travelling and not having received an advance notice of the "event" I suspected this was a trick used by an overçbooked hotel. I demanded to see the damages and this the supposed manager was unable to show me, so after a little voice raisingf on my part all of the sudden the room became available. I left that the hotel reception made to lie to me their paying customer . Two more managers emerged and during my short saty the hotel personel made me feel as if they had made me and my wife a favor by letting us stay in the hotel for which I had PREPAID my stay. I can only imagine if my reservation was not prepaid I would have been in the street looking for a hotel room
Sympathetic environment. Very good location Too expensive for what it is. There was no hot water in our room (room 406) and the concierge did nothing about it. We had to leave the next morning. Not a good experience. The room was very small and the price was huge. 570 euros, plus breakfast 50 euros for two......May I ask why?
Service was excellent, and the Purple Bar was Fantastic.
Not bad, quite expensive, especially when you factor in that you have to pay €21 extra per day per computer (we're two people with two laptops) for internet, plus quite a bit more for taxes and breakfast and parking. Ultimately our €475 room came to about €750 per night with all the extras. Room service food is outrageously expensive - €36 for breakfast - plus tax, gratuity, room service fee, all comes to about €55 and that's if you don't tip the guys either. And, watch the bill, they have habit of charging for extra items that should be included in your breakfast set. The staff were mostly efficient but cold or indifferent and the maid's service was either dumb or lazy or both. They'd always miss things or forget to clean our room or leave the breakfast tray in the room while cleaning everything else. I guess that's room service's job, not theirs?
central location in room tv very bad overall: choice of channels, image, etc air con would only heat and not cool-only way to sleep was to open window
The level of service of the Hilton Chain and its luxury
Pleasant and helpfull staff ,good atmosphere in hotel The hotel has a lovely bar however at 14 euros for a beer you won't stay long
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Refreshing to get this kind of service...
The room and comfort of the bed and friendliness of the staff could not get selection of movie channels and had no confirmation from the engineer sent to the room as to when it would be operational again.
I was pleasantly surprised that such comfortable and business-friendly property at the heart of Paris existed. Aside from the rate, I think the hotel was excellent in all aspects for a person travelling on business who has a little spare time for some leisure. As I stated, I thought the rate was a bit on the high side given it's location.
Location great, friendly helpful staff, they had flowers, champagne and cake in room on arrival, beautiful touch.
Proximity to the Palais d'omnisports No
park and metro and rail accessibility
Location is perfect (2 minutes from Bercy metro station and only a few metro stops from all touristic places in Paris). Rooms are very modern, clean, and stylish and breakfast was excellent with variety of foods and fruits and fresh incredients. Nothing. Almost perfect and I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Paris.
Hotel staff is very kind to us and easy to communicate with. Free breakfast for kids who are under 12 years old. Carpet is not that clean and price for 2 adults with 2 chidren is a little bit expensive.
Seeing Everything about Paris I would not stay at this hotel again. Welcome staff Rude. Room not ready at a 11:30 pm check in., expected us to get extra bed ready for sleeping. This room was booked well in advance. It had a large dried milk stain on the carpet. Front Desk not very helpful. .
Breakfast was ok. Despite having a do not disturb sign up my entire stay, a housekeeper barged into my room WITHOUT KNOCKING (keep in mknd I could have been naked). She did not apologize. Simply smiled and turned around. I had to write a hand written note and tape it to the door so that they wouldn't barge in. In addition to that, my camera bag was stolen from my room. I'm assuming they thought my camera was inside of it and quickly took it. I told the receptionist and she goes "we'll look into it". Will never EVER stay here again or recommend it.
Easy to move around in Paris with both metro and RER stations in walking distance. The layout of the room was not very user friendly. After using the toilette one has to go in the bathroom to wash his/her hands. The doors at the bathroom are too close to the bad and open inside the room which makes it virtually impossible the concomitant circulation of two persons in a double room.
It was very near the conecrt arena POB. Lively street with good enough restaurants. Mertro very near. Seems secure at night.
The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good as well as the location of the hotel- a few metres from the underground. Their service towards the customers should definetely be improved! No willingness to help visitors as the staff seems to be incapable to communicate with foreigners! It seems that this hotel is suitable for local people or business travellers. It's unsuitable for families with children because they don't welcome the idea of having kids free although they advertise for it! (we were asked to pay!)
It is next door to Bercy Stadium and metro No closet to put largage and closes, no fitness center
I stayed for an event at Bercy, and the Novotel was in the perfect location! It is situated directly in front of the arena.
Rooms are tiny and overpriced. I have been to Paris many times and the rooms are smaller than any other hotel I've stayed at. Two people can barely move around at the same time.
The hotel was very well located, basic but clean and it had a nice breakfast. It had absolutely no charm but for a busy tourist eager to see as many sites as possible, it served its purpose very well. Just need to be aware that it is a place to lay your head, not an experience. The hotel lacked any charm at all...it was truly just a place to sleep. The walls seemed very thin and we could hear our neighbours. There was also construction right outside the window and we were not informed of this in advance or even at the time of arrival.
location room is too smaill
From your welcome, to daily needs, all the way to check out, the staff were outstanding. The concierge made great recommendations, the doormen polite and efficient, and the housekeeping staff attentive. The rooms were well appointed and the bed (and high count linens) were very comfortable. The location was a huge plus: one block from my business meetings and two blocks from the Louvre. The rooms were on the smaller side but certainly not squished like some French hotels.
Location is v. good
Staff were helpful and efficient. Hotel was ideally located for sightseeing. The end of the bed was a bit too close to the window and passage was difficult:
Friendly staff and excellent location Though the room was at the back, we could hear the air conditionning system just under our window and our neighbours a bit too much.
Rooms are clean and wonderfully decorated in muted colors and real paintings. The layout is very thoughtful so that rooms (smallish given this is Paris) do not feel cramped. Spending extra to book a delux room is probably worth the cost. We stayed at the courtyard and the street side rooms on different nights and both were very quiet. The location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing and shopping. We also found the front desk and concierge staff to be very professional and friendly. Breakfast selections are limited but more than adequate. You should be aware that this is a boutique hotel and does not have a big lobby space or a restaurant for dinner, but perhaps because of it, the stay feels like you are staying at a very wealthy friend's house. A very special boutique hotel in Paris. We will definitely stay here again in our next visit to Paris. There is nothing that we didn't like.
The staff were very helpful and friendly; breakfast was excellent. The location is just brilliant right in the centre of Paris and near to all the sites. The rooms are very small but they are comfortable.
Cannot beat the location. 1/2 block from the Louvre, metro, shops, restaurants. Excellent rate for location. Balcony in the room.
Nothing Everything. It is a royal rip off. They charge 5 Star prices for a 2 Star property, which is totally incomplete. No armchair in room, air conditioning which was off and the hotel is on a very noisy street, no tall glasses, just tiny wine glasses.A tiny old fashioned TV set
I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. Staff were always professional and helpful, their indications for fast orientation on the Metro were invaluable. Not really dislikes but suggestions:While facilities were fine in the small but spotless kitchen, a few basics, like a salt and pepper pot (preferably full) and even a little sugar or cream would not cost the hotel much and make arrivals easier for their guests; also in the bathroom a mug for toothbrushes would have been useful.
Exellent location and very convenient to shopping ,eating and going to any hot spots in Paris. The room is very clean and kitchen is convenient . The staff are kind and friendly and can speak English very well.
The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and elegant. A very comfortable bed. Great location.
LOCALIZATION - CENTRE OF PARIS, COUPLE METERS FROM LOUWR, APARTAMENT WITH FULLY EQUIPED KITCHEN, TWO ROOMS, SEPARATE WC AND BATHROOM OLD FASHIONED, "LOW" THREE STARS, NOBODY CLEAN ROOMS, TOWELS NOT CHANGED FOR FOUR DAYS, TOO EXPENSIVE
We liked the fact that the hotel was in the very center of the city and all the famous sightseeing objects were easy to reach. No, everything was good.
Great location. Apartment - Space for a group of 3-4 people. Free internet and TV lounge.
Great location. Staff was very helpful. Room was spacious.
Perfect location, very helpful and friendly receptionists, quite a large room, comfortable to stay with a small kid I would expect more frequent room cleaning and change of towels
Great location (at the door of the Louvre, comfortable apartment studio with plenty of space to stretch out, well appointed rooms (fixtures, freshness). gym needed more space and more free weights - really just cardio material. Also, our neighbors above got quite loud (not sure if floors were as sound proofed as could be).
The location was perfect for discovering Paris. The apartment was equipped well for the stay. Air conditioning was a welcome relief.
Location Pretty pricy to get two single beds pushed together and called a king size
The quietness and comfortable beds...the friendly and helpful staff!
Everything about this hotel was amazing. We loved the location, the luxury and the care and attention the staff gave us. The decoration and design was very welcoming. And the bikes the hotel provides for free are great to take along the river.
The location and the kindness of the staff. Room are very small. Hotel is very expensive.
Charming old hotel with very experienced staff. Only breakfast was very expensive.
the place, the decoration, the people , the services, the bar They shoud be more careful because they gave me a late check-out till 2 pm and when i arrive at 12h30 I found my luggage at the lobby. This is ultrageous. I understand that late check-out is a courtesy and i cant complain. But's better not to assure guests of one thing you later will not deliver ...
great service temperature control in gym was dysfunctional
Staff were very friendly and efficient--location excellent and "honesty" bar was a nice friendly touch.
The hotel is superbly located, very comfortable, with wery friendly and helpful staff
Convenience & closeness to hub of city sights & metro network. Price a little too steep
My sister and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during November. We found the hotel to be fantastic. The design and layout perfect. Location couldnt be better if you want to wish to shop around in the big department store Galerie. The best part of the hotel was the wonderful staff. I found all of them to be superb and their english fault less!. We even forgot a mobile in the room and when we phoned the hotel to check if it was there they offered to bring it to us! This was fanstastic as we were waiting at the bus stop for the airport bus. Thats service!!!
Everything was great. It's a beautiful hotel with a lovely decoration. Very clean, the staff is helpfull and sympathetic. Excellent location, just behind the rue St. Honore. We were really impressed and will recommend it to our friends.
Friendly staff, and very good size of room. Most facilities available. Breakfast only dining room.
We had a beautiful modern bath and a spacious room that comfortably accomodated my mother, daughter and myself. The front desk staff was helpful in providing directions and making reservations. We never had to wait in line at the desk. The location was superb. We had a wonderful experience here. The lounge area is a bit dark and cramped so this is a hotel that is best suited for exploring the city and returning to a comfortable room for relaxing and a great night's sleep.
The location is perfect as it is in the city center. Spa and indoor swimming pool as well as professional massage. Car parking services was great as it is almost impossible to park anywhere in Paris. The bed mattress was not comfortable as compared to other five stars hotels.
Hotel Burgundy is very well situated in the Opera district, and was a great "home base" for seeing the sights of Paris. The hotel is quite small, but clean and good value for money.
Hotel was very well located, minutes walk from sights and attractions. Our room was luxuriously presented, designer style in black, grey with cherry red accent colours. Bathroom included large bath and separate shower. The ambience in reception is very welcoming, candles lit and very fragrant with attentive staff. There is a spa at the Hotel which my husband enjoyed. Our room was located at the front of the building and we were disturbed by delivery vans, refuse vans in the early hours of every morning. We would stay at the Hotel again but request a quietly located room at the back of the building.
The staff was incredibly helpful. Not only were they multilingual but they went out of their way to accommodate for our needs pointing out good restaurants and good places to tour. Given the American standards for comfort about bathroom necessities, the shower was a bit awkward and we found it took much longer to shower when compared to the typical American standards. Ultimately, the issue did not proove to be a burnden to our trip.
Location & service are really good! They gave me a present at my birthday surprisingly.
Hotel staff are ok, but need more english speaking staff if possible Location, location
Bathroom small and uncomfortable and needs to be redesign
i liked its central location the staff where very knowledgeable and the beds and bed linen were out of this world it was my birthday during our stay and was given a bottle of champagne i disliked the prices
The location near to everywhere, the bed is extraordinary comfortable ! Only for the breakfast rooms need more improvement, more bigger for more guests.
The Location which central to tourist sites + the cleanliness of the room
confort of the room
Location, staff support, comfort, friendliness
Please write at least 15 words
superb hotel, superb staff, couldnt do enough for you. yes it is a lot of money, but for a treat and/or special occasion highly, highly reccomended
Great location, personal service Small room
location decor friendly It had plumbing issues. i.e.. oder . Cleaning staff was noisy in the mornings. Staff needs training. This is not a five star Hotel.
Atention of the staff is excellent. The hotel shows pictures on the Internet rooms that have been renovated and hence modern and luxurious; however, the room we stayed has not been renovated at all and furniture, carpet and design were old.
the location and the design of the hall the rooms are quite small and the rooms on the court which are very calm have the view on a part which has to be still restored
breakfast was great we missed our flight because the front desk/concierge team could not arrange the taxi to arrive on time (even though we were assured the night before that we would have plenty of time and that their taxi partners always came early or on time, never late).
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was pleasant with a fine view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The restaurant menu was very expensive but this is to be expected in the middle of Paris. We didn't eat in!
soft matresses missed more equipment in bathroom
The staff is amazing. Room always clean. Great location
The location is absolutely superb. Towards the end of our stay the service deteriorated, e.g. room was only serviced late in the afternoon on 2 days
The hotel is located in the most central part of Paris, walking distance to all major touris attractions. The staff is very polite and welcoming very helpful as well. The room and common area design to perfection. The food in the Resturant is to die for. Very nice hotel worth every penny. You can't get food after 12pm even though the menu says 24/7
the staff, the room, the ease of the staff and the location
The room was quite small but fine for me. I cant really imagine sharing it with anyone - I had filled the small closet and two shelves for clothing. The people at the hotel were nice. The toilet was a separate room and was very small. Too small for my liking.
