12 Boulevard de Denain, 75010 Paris, Île-de-France
0.2 km from
Its location across from Gare De Nord train & metro station as well as the convenient bus stops within proximity despite of the slightly rough yet safe neihborhood it is in. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious with a balcony overlooking the main street and the train station. Having many restuarants just outside the hotel was definetely a plus. We were extremely comfortable. N/A
Staff was extremely helpful. Restaurant is great Bath tub drain doesn't work to take it out we need to use our nails. Courtain rack fell down. And carpel look like is there from the beginning of this place.
I can honestly say that the staff at this hotel were the best I have ever met. Every one of them was friendly and helpful and after two nights it felt like we were leaving friends behind. Thank you to you all The hotel itself was very nice, clean and tidy. The breakfast room and outdoor area are lovely and the breakfast itself was a great mix of anything and everything you could wish for all cooked very well Being very picky.... the rooms are quite small and the bed was very firm.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The spa room was unfinished and the ceiling had fallen through. Wires were hanging from the ceiling onto the wet spa room floor, Very dangerous. Rubble was left on the floor from the ceiling collapse which was very unhygienic and dangerous. We were bitten by bed bugs also. Disgusting.
> Very convenient location to the Train Station and bus tours. > 30 min walking distance to the Pyramid/museum > Internet included > Reception is patient and very helpful > good restaurants within 5 min walking distance from hotel > Hotel is clean > I thought breakfast buffet -15 euro was expensive .. may be normal in Paris .. I brought my own cereal bars and took coffee outside
No parking. Overall cleanliness was horrible, certainly not four star worthy. Customer service was lacking, personnel seemed annoyed to help.
This was an incredibly well designed hotel, with all the charms of a french b&b but with the efficiency and attention of a boutique hotel.
Location, staff, cleaness, good soap and shampoo and fridge in the room. Air conditioning didn't cool down enough, hotel common areas need renovation. No privacy between room and bathroom.
This is a charming little hotel, with lots of character. Each room is different and our room was very tastefully presented. The lovely madamoiselle spoke perfect English and was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Great staff always offering help with a smile. Cosy and warm and very quiet hotel. Far from metro stations. Small but neat rooms.
Size of room was excellent compared to others in other hotels which were more expensive. Very clean and nicely furnished. Reception very helpful with request for extra pillows and also incidental information about the locality. The lift is very small!
*Clean the room *fix the sink so the water can drain *repair the curtains hanging like rags on the wall *Make sure the carpet is vacuumed *a decent breakfast instead of only croissants and jam I've never had such a dirty room and the whole hotel was hit or miss.
Hotel was clean. Staff was accommodating. The location was perfect for traveling in/out of Paris by train and the metro was also very close for traveling around Paris as well. Some sites are walkable. We found some great restaurants by walking around the area within 15-20 min. The hotel was under renovation which was not disclosed. The staff were loud when working/cleaning. The rooms were small, but this is to be expected in Paris and was really not an issue. Towels are small.
Value for the location - more than acceptable room and bathroom for the price, staff efficient and professional, everything worked. The hotel was under renovation which was not disclosed. The staff were loud when working/cleaning. The rooms were small, but this is to be expected in Paris and was really not an issue. Towels are small.
We had room 702, which was on the top floor of the hotel and had a small shared balcony. The room was tiny which is typical for Paris, but clean, with a fresh new bathroom and a very comfortable bed. There was a mini fridge and good air conditioning. Our room rate included a continental breakfast, which was served in the basement. Conveniently located a short walk to Gare du Nord and Gare du l'Est Maybe not the best neighbourhood, but there are restaurants and we never felt that it was unsafe when we were out for dinner in he evening. There are homeless people near the railway stations
Good location of hotel. Room was nice, but very small. Room wasn't clean, dust every where and a terrible smell. Propably not used for a long time
Clean, renovated. Nice stafff. Comfortable room. Near public transport and very close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Unlike some opinions, didn't find the neighborhood any unsafe. For a hotel in Paris, a very good value for money. We could hear guests in the hall and on the next floor.
Warm, clean room, price Constant whistle from the central heating
