Pros: Gorgeous bed

Cons: Breakfast wasn't great

Pros: This hotel goes above and beyond with service every step of the way. They even contacted us and easily arranged shipment when we left behind a few items. Additionally, the hotel is gorgeous, comfortable, and makes you feel like home. The shared spaces are truly inviting, and the breakfast is probably the best deal in the entire city, as it's only 15 euros for a genuinely full spread. Do yourself a favor and book at the Hidden Hotel next time you are in Paris, and you won't regret a thing.

Pros: Great location- in less than 10 minutes walk you are on the Champs Elysées. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They are all polite and smiley all the time. The breakfast was decilious. The coffees were really nice. Rooms are very nice- lovely style. The bed was very comfortable. It is quiet and you cannot hear anything. Be ready for a good night sleep.

Cons: The rooms are a bit small when you have big suitcases but this is the same everywhere in Paris.

Pros: The staff were all AMAZING! Incredible location! We were so sad to return home.

Cons: Didn’t like the ants in our room. Wish the shower had some sort of curtain for privacy.

Pros: The location was pretty convenient. The staff were all great.

Cons: Kinda too artsy for a more seasoned traveler. The breakfast was very expensive and seemed like it was all stale. The seating was very inconvenient for tall people (I'm over 6') because the chair legs are about 3" high. Check-in at 4 pm is very inconvenient after a long flight (which typically arrives in the morning.) The decor, though a nice idea with natural materials, etc, was not comfortable. My wife and I both woke up with back aches every morning. The room model we were in had the bed situated in the middle of the room which made the place seem really small and the bathroom was here and there about the bed. About half the stations on the tv were unable to find a signal and about half of the stations that came in were news. I've never been in a Eauropean hotel with such a limited tv service. At the end of a long day, relaxing & watching some foreign programming is very pleasant. But it wasn't easy to do here.

Pros: Breakfast was delightful! All of the staff couldn't do enough for us and were so accommodating. The room was perfect and we loved every minute. Thank you!

Cons: Toilet was a separate room from the shower and was a little small. The eggs for breakfast were watery and the bacon was soggy.

Pros: Fantastic location, private underground parking, nice lounge, nice room space. Water kettle in the room with tea and instant coffee. Comfortable beds.

Cons: Mold in the bathroom (shower, walls, floor), noise (furniture upstairs, bathroom next door, woke up from noise at midnight), not quite what I expected for 4 stars and this rate.

Pros: Very helpful staff, all accommodated my English-speaking. Location close to useful bus and metro lines. Groceries and restaurants nearby make extended stays easy. Clean rooms, very comfy beds with powerful AC. tea and coffee making facilities plus fridge/minibar. Trendy and futuristic bathroom facilities in room.

Cons: Tea and coffee were not replenished daily. Trendy shower design leaked often enough, probably making life unnecessarily harder for janitorial staff.

Pros: Rooms were cleaned and hotel was quiet. Decent walking distance to the Arc of Triumph about 15 mins. Good restaurants around.

Cons: Rooms were a bit too small for three people. I had a double size bed and a small cot for 3 people.

Pros: Rooms had air con, beds comfortable, bathroom and toilet clean and modern. We booked parking and garage was very secure.

Cons: Curtains didn’t fully close and, as we were on the front, the lights from the road shone into the room. Parking spaces are very small

Cons: The breakfast was crowded and the variety was less than average. Rooms are very small even with Paris standards. The first day of our stay there were constructions going on the street and it was a nightmare.

Pros: Perfect location in a beautiful street. Very stupid and comfortable with extremely friendly and helpful staff - Rafaela in particular.

Cons: When I arrived to the room it was not proper clean. There was dust on the floor and a used bottle in the desk. and the first roll of toilet paper was dirty.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The metro was only about a 4-5 minute walk and there were lots of restaurants in the area as well as a laundry facility and a post office.

Pros: This hotel is no where near the Arc de Triomphe in Parissien distance. The name is misleading. It's a 30 min walk so we recommend you take the Metro. The Metro requires a transfer.

Cons: The standard of this hotel is below par. Forget the pictures that you see on the Internet. Just know that whatever you see its 5x worse. Let me tell you a little bit about our story. When we walked into the room, our hear sank a little because we did not except such an ugly room. There were God who knows stains on the walls in strange places. The walls were cracked. The curtains were dusty. The floor was disgusting. The slippers that they give you to wear in their hotel is required. We checked for bed bugs before we got relaxed. Since they did not have bed bugs we decided we had no choice but to stay since our rooms were already prepayed through Kayak and we were so tired at arrival. There was so much corrosion in the walls that we realized the next day there was a water leak coming from the upstairs room into ours. SIDE NOTE: THE WATER THAT COMES FROM THE TUB IS YELLOW After we informed staff our dilemma that rude man moved us into a smaller room . And he said he moved us into a smaller room because it was not his fault. It was the leaking pipes fault but not his. We could not believe the horrible rudeness and arrogance coming from the man. Did they really hire him??

Pros: Rooms were quiet with good beds/linen and clean.

Cons: Reception staff were initially very unpleasant ... the hotel offers a wine/cheese sampling for guests ... but not if you've booked via booking.com - embarrassing when their signage doesn't state that! We sought breakfast in the many local cafes - very expensive room/breakfast pricing for what is at best a 3 star hotel.

Pros: Amazing hotel just outside the centre of Paris approximately 10 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe. The staff are great and speak great English, every time we walked through reception they asked how we were, how the room was and if they could help! The room was great and had a serperate living area from the bedroom area, toilet is separate to the bathroom which is handy, big bathroom with bath and separate shower. Modern decor with a view into the centre of Paris, quirky mini bar you could buy from downstairs.

Cons: Tv wouldn’t link with my phone but not the end of the world!
