Pros: Everything about this hotel was amazing. We loved the location, the luxury and the care and attention the staff gave us. The decoration and design was very welcoming. And the bikes the hotel provides for free are great to take along the river.

Cons: I didn't like really anything about this hotel. It's not pretty, it's not in a good location compared with other hotels around it, and it's far to expensive for what it is. I suggest you stay somewhere else. Anywhere else. This hotel is completely not worth it.

Pros: The staff is really nice, the facilities are modern and is very very close to all the good stuff and the Ecole Militaire Metro Station which let's you go basically anywhere. It a very good hotel and I would definitely recommend it at the right price(4 star hotel price)
Cons: The hotel is good but definitely not a 5 star. This is a good 4 star hotel in my opinion. The facilities are modern but not fancy and the rooms are super small, I know, this is europe but my room in a 4 star hotel in downtown Bruges was much bigger then this one and cheaper. And my opinion is not based in just that, I'm also considering that I have stayed at other 5 star hotels(in Europe and other places) and they are definitely better. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star hotel. A very good 4 star hotel, FOR SURE, but NOT a 5 star.

Pros: The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to the Lyon train station is a big plus, the hotel in general is very clean and the decoration is charming. The front desk staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable and the room size for 3 persons is good. The amenities in the room are great: Nespresso coffee maker, water, small fridge, and the toiletries are of good quality.
Cons: The only thing we did not like at all is that the restroom door is made out of glass and is pretty see through!! There is no privacy!! We had to place a towel on the door railing for privacy and my son even turned off the light when he was taking a shower!! I recommend that a curtain is put in place to cover the glass door!! Specially when the door is in a diagonal position facing the bed. I was laying down in bed and could see my son's silhouette in the restroom!! This alone would keep me from staying at this hotel again.

Pros: If you’re familiar with with Paris you’ll know that the “bigger” is not always the “better”. This small place packs a wallop with the location, value and the comfort. Accommodating staff and shuttle service back to the airport made my stay a dream. Once again, if you’re a hotel snobb you’re not going to like this place but if you’re looking for a great room and value you’re home.

Pros: Didn't expect to fall in love with this place but I did so much, I came back after staying elsewhere a few days. My first room had an unconventional but clever bathroom layout; the second a more traditional setup, but in both cases the rooms were thoughtfully planned and well-appointed. If you don't mind an unusual layout, ask for a view of the Eglise Saint Roch directly abutting the hotel, throw open your big casement windows and enjoy the Parisian dream. I'm a seasoned Paris visitor and I even I couldn't help loving it, cliche or no.

Pros: Seasonal decorations are amazing in the lobby. There is a grand Christmas tree that is very welcoming and adds a cozy atmosphere. Location is great as well. Being walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and 20 mins walk to the Eiffel was great. Also, there is the FDR metro line 1 steps from the hotel. This is an added bonus as the metro line is a great way to navigate the city. Champs Elysees was beautiful during Christmas time. The entire avenue was lit up with Christmas lights. The staff was attentive for the most part. They provided outlet converters, and a lint brush for my wool jacket. The breakfast though expensive was delicious. Marriott has an american feel to their menu which is a plus.
Cons: The check in was surprising lacking. We waited 4 hours at the hotel to check in after flying 20+ hours. It was a dismal experience that I would like to forget. Upon entering the room I was further disappointed with the design, size and view for the money i spent - $500+ per night. The decor didn't feel parisian at all (Although a subjective statement, I have other hotels in paris to compare the marriott too) It isn't that the bed wasn't comfortable, or that the bathroom wasn't great -it was. It had a large tub and bath salts, but i could have received those benefits with their basic room. The skyline view was a joke! It was a view of the vents and smoke billowing off the roofs of the next door neighbor hotels and there was nothing worth noting from our vantage point. My recommendation is that either you go all out and book the champs elysees view (street view) or book the cheapest room they have. I regret booking my room and wish I could have spent the money elsewhere.

Cons: This is a beautiful hotel centrally located on the Champs-Elysées. Front desk was awesome, Remy catered to our every need. Housekeeping was perfect. Front doormen always greeted us with friendly smiles and words, had great sightseeing suggestions and grabbed cabs for our large group of 12 people, with little to no wait. The breakfast buffet was always delicious, a great way to start our busy days. We had a perfect stay and a wonderful vacation.
