Need to improve thier communjcation skill.
The staff was not helpful and unfriendly. Food was horrible and no options. We payed for extra leg space and it turned out it was not the case and we had no option in flight to buy space , furthermore would had cost 2 time more then any other airline. Entertainment was mediocre. Very high fees to change a flight. We will not fly with this company again, and do not recommend unless stress is what you looking for.

It was on time and we landed safe
The crew was rude there was no media to watch for the last 3-4hrs and we could led use out iPhones to watch downloaded media.
Everything, the service, the food, the disposable toothbrushes & toothpaste in the bathrooms, I’ll always fly China Air going to Asia from now on, they are awesome!
Nothing!. My brother and I got to the Airport 45 mins before the Check In Counter Closed but we didn't make it Thedue to the fact that we had a flat tire unexpectedly so my flight was cancelled and rescheduled to January 10, 2018 and paid extra $480.00 including penalty. If the Check in Counter did not close early, I could still be able to check in on time while there was still 45 mins remaining.

cheap ticket buf it comes with a cost-- a seat on the end rear section of the plane!
the cheap ticket that you reserved on line puts you at the tail portion of the plane where you will have to endure a 14 hours of turbulence. food is not impressive! the plane left lax so late that we have to run to our connecting gate in taipei!
Super nice service from the crew on the flight. And the young woman at the check-in counter in San Francisco was terrifically friendly and helpful.
Flight was just slightly delayed leaving in both San Francisco and Taipei. But the headwinds (certainly no fault of China Airlines!) made us 45 minutes late in Taipei, making us a little anxious about making connections, especially when we saw the long line to x-ray baggage going from one terminal to the next.
crew very helpful from check in to deplane..i would suggest when arranging seat for couples or mother abd child make sure its to gether at first check in not later at another airport which was fine they did in manila..but from chicago they cant do it have to wait in japan and almost not done

First, I did an online check-in and was able to secure a seat for the first leg of the flight, but was able to get any information on my second leg. So when I arrived at the Thai Airways counter to load in my bags I asked the Thai Airways representative about the missing information. His response was that he could not get into the ANA system and that I have to go to the ANA counter to ask for that information. Given that my layover in Narita was only about 45mins landing to going to the gate, I was not comfortable with not knowing if I would be on that flight or not. The Thai Airways representation at the boarding counter did help me a bit and got in touch with a guide in Narita to help me get my luggages and get to gate properly. I wanted to note that we did not arrive in Narita on time due to the high air traffic so the plane had to circle around for 15 mins. When we finally landed I had about 15 mins to get through the custom and ran to my gate. When I received my ticket I was shocked that I got a middle seat on a 13 hours flight! If I have known this earlier I would have paid for a better seat, but since I was not able to check-in online and didn't receive any info about this flight prior to boarding I was not allowed to change on this full flight. In addition, the plane ride was awful. The food was disgusting and the seat was very uncomfortable. The seat did not even recline back! I don't expect much from a short distance flight but for a 13 hour long flight, I at least expect the seat to be slightly better than sitting on a rock against a brick wall. All in all, this was a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE I went through. The stress and the discomfort on the plane was an experience that no one should ever feel while traveling. It was an awful nightmare on an ANA flight. I would like a refund on this flight with no exceptions. Sincerely, Jessica Saesue

ANA did a great job of keeping customers informed about every detail regarding the delays we experienced with the flight. ANA did a great job of finding me a new flight when delays caused by the ground crew caused me to miss a connecting flight.
Late boarding caused us to miss connecting flights.

Booked 6 months in advance, at counter for return was advised that they had over booked and wanted to change my flights. All my reservations pre made with transportation and hotels, they want to change on day of departure???? NO! NO notifications, terrible counter service. No entertainment offered!!!

Clean plane, super friendly crew, fast check-in and boarding. Extra points for supplying great vegan meals.
My only note if to add a protein to the vegan meals. Tofu or beans of some sort would've been a great addition.
EVA was a great flight. Stewardess were kind and gentle. I would highly recommend this airline.

My bag is still gone because they wouldn't return it to us after the flight and there are items that I need.
All the staff were courteous and polite. Bathroom is clean and landing was perfect: it was so quite , I didn’t even know we touch downed.
Didn’t like PA system: poor quality and pronunciation of English.
