Cons: Baggage handling was poor

Pros: I loved the entire experience. This flight was my second trip with Cathay Pacific and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Seats were clean and comfortable. They had decent leg room and great range of motion. The entertainment center was simple but sleek. I loved the extensive movie library. Service was great.

Cons: Boarding was delayed but the crew did keep us updated and was systematic in boarding

Pros: Cathay Pacific continues to delivery a stellar experience in first class even on shorter legs such as the soon to be discontinued New York to Vancouver flight (888/865). They even brought back Krug, which they opened on the ground no less in New York, and offer access to AA Flagship Dining at JFK which itself offers flagship dining.

Pros: One Air Hostess was extraordinary hospitable, shortest time on flight connection.

Cons: Limited Movies, no amenities

Cons: The temperature inside the cabin was too hot! It was warm and hot enough that chocolate I bought at duty free before the flight was melted!!

Cons: I paid for a window seat through your website. When I arrived at the gate I saw that I had a middle seat. China airlines stated that they do not honor outside booking seat request. It was very uncomfortable for 16 hours.

Pros: The seats declined more than most airlines

Cons: A 4 hour delay for an 11 hour plus flight? They could have let us off the plane and if not at least been more pleasant. Flight attendants were rude. Worst airline AND flight I have experienced in my entire life.

Cons: China Eastern seems to be cutting corners in Business Class - cheap headphones, significantly reduced food quality, non-functional WiFi and cabin attendants with very limited English fluency.

Cons: Didn’t love having not having a jet bridge for boarding. Climbing up stairs to board is not ideal.

Pros: Great flight. I’m typically a Delta flier but China Eastern definitely impressed. I will fly with them again soon.

Cons: I hadn't ordered a vegetarian meal and therefore couldn't eat anything on the flight - everything was red meat based, the seats are tiny which is rough on a long haul, the airline asks people to take off headphones 30min-1hr before arrival, crew was incredibly rude, aircraft was old

Cons: Food was terrible. Paid for first class, expected something better than coach. Our food choice was a ham sandwich, there were better choices but the crew took them for themselves so nothing left for the 1st class passengers. Similar situation on our eastbound flight the week earlier. I doubt if Delta knows or cares that this occurs. After paying more than twice the coach fare, we expect something better than a ham sandwich on a coast to coast flight.

Cons: we boarded on time and were on tarmac for over an hour and a half with no explanation, no beverages.

Cons: Flight delayed 2 hours. Wifi/entertainment wouldn't connect.

Cons: Did not get up to date info on the final destination of bags. Food inedible, climbed from tarmac up the stairs into the plane, seats super uncomfortable, not enough customer service from flight attendants

Pros: Can i request for a food that us not pork? I don't eat pork nor shrimp, i will be traveling on the 5th of January again and i don't want that we will be starving again for the second time since last time we never eat for they don't have anything substitute for pork. Hope they will serve some chicken or beef for not everyone will eat pork and to starve while on the plane is not acceptable for we paid for it. Thanks

Pros: The crew was good, not much as it was a red eye, but they were friendly and helpful

Pros: Top notch service and experience. Up there with EVA Air as the best I’ve ever seen.

Cons: Baggage delivery took very long in Hong Kong. Bags were coming off 35 minutes after the first bag came off.

Cons: more diversity of beverage offered Also please propose coffee or tea before/after dinner and breakfast, nobody proposed me and I thought it would come later but nothing came. I should have asked before the end of the service but I was surprised it wasn't coming automatically.

Cons: Seats were very uncomfortable. Food taste is ok. One of our checked bags was not loaded.

Pros: Very attentive, friendly and multi-lingual crew. Everything was on time. Food was very good. Excellent.
