Pros: "We asked for the seafood meal option. Great food and we were served before regular meal service. The ANA staff was unfailingly polite and helpful. The economy class seats were surprisingly comfortable and the entertainment options were well-rounded. We hope to fly on ANA again!"

Pros: "Staff on board was excellent. We were 3 hours delayed and they knew we had a connecting flight, so they moved us to the front of the plane so we could et off quicker."
Cons: "We were 3 hours delayed - the board kept saying we were just 40 min delayed. Poor communication about the delay, when we would be leaving, etc. No rush in loading plane. LOTS of connections missed due to this. They told us our next flight would wait for us, and it DID NOT. They had already booked us on a later flight, even though we had 20 min to get to it."

The combined weight exceeded 7 kg and hence I had pay for excess baggage even though my checked in Baggage were close correct 23 kg limit. This was an issue with most"

Cons: "Flight is not clean,I was given non veg food instead of veg saying there is shortage of vegetarian food packs, what if I’m a pure vegetarian? Should I stay hungry? Also they took a very long time to serve the food, be it breakfast, snack or dinner.Each time I ask for something the answer has been always da same ‘’ we are sorry we don’t have that’’ Due to worst possible seat so far I have asked for an extra pillow and as expected they don’t have."

Very unreasonable making the start of vacation stressful moving stuff from our carry on to other luggage over 1 kg. It was obnoxious. They had another scale at the gate which was over the top obnoxious. I felt like we were a burden to the airline rather than a guest."

Flight was canceled do to mechanical failure I lost my connection flight at to pay $2500.00 more to get 4 more tickets to fly to Ketchikan Alaska This was the worst experience I had flying.
