Flight from SFO did not include entertainment as it was not working the entire duration of the flight. Was informed that there would be a $350 voucher for the inconvenience. Uncertain how the voucher will be provided.
The food options and quality could use some more excitement and variety.

Really enjoyed the flight. Our flight attendant on the way back SIN-LAX was exceptional I didnāt get her name but she was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I had a bit of a panic attack and she checked on me a few times to make sure I was ok. Really appreciated her attention and service. Thank u
Overall, very good. The food was better than expected with the exception of the pork and potatoes dinner at the end of the flight. My family all selected that dish and did not set it. I tried a bite also and it was honestly terrible. Also, it would be helpful to know when the snacks in the back of the plane are available.
The crew have great customer service but their economy seating isnāt the most comfortable for a 220lbs+ guy and the food wasnāt bad, but wasnāt exceptional, either.
Food option Hindu veg to Hindu non veg request was unheard
This flight was 16 hours and they made it very tolerable. Seats were comfortable and the staff very accommodating. I had plenty of inflight entertainment. Food was very good.
They made 22 hours aboard aircraft very enjoyable. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and level of service. Singapore airline will be my preferred choice going forward.
Jia yung was the flight attendant that made this a miserable flight.
The flight isnāt great, as the plane has faulty with light and noise. It blinks and make noise for 8hrs non stop! Causing health and sensory issues! Causing Hazard matter to all 3 babies that on bassinet seats. This matters affected 12 passengers and the most horrible flight I ever experience. Have been flying with MAS for more 30yrs and this is the worst! Very disappointed
AC not working, just slowly blowing room temperature air. Long taxi time does not help as well. Sweating all over the whole trip.
Did not take as cancelled 3 time so took another airline
It was a 2-hour flight so they didn't have much time for serving food. There was some turbulence so they could not serve hot coffee or tea for the safety reason. Good service, good tasting food, nice plane, a little bit of delay.
The IFE is quite unconvenient if using our own device. Not all passenger brought their own earphone/headphone.
Ok, but legspace on MH0127 from Kul to Per was too small. It was not possible to tilt my seat which I don't understand because the seat in front of my could do it. So I didn't rest on the flight. Also, the crew was probably understaffed because it took very long time to take trash after the meal. Everything very different from the flight with Malaysian Airlines from London to KL.
Service / food has to be much better. Staff were not very attentive to requests. Requested for a second serve of coke and got a weird look back from the host! Was also told they donāt have extra water bottles when I requested for one before sleep! Dinner time food was very minimum and average.
An overnight Doha to KL. Great sleep, good service and tasty food in business class

I was given a middle row seat and the plane was a small 737-800. Much too cramped for a full flight of over 5.5hours.
Delay in off-boarding due to customs at SFO... pilot announcement should have come earlier so passengers don't clog aisles.
Better good than most, if not all European airlines. If youāre stuck in an economy seat anyways, China Eastern is a good choice because of shorter flight time, being able to overfly Russia
The temperature of the plane cabin is too hot. Sweat and uncomfortable. Also my food tray was broken down drinks fall off
Reasonable. What they offer during the flight is not great, but the crew is polite and try to compensate it.
Price is the main attraction. Staff is OK but difficult to communicate with them due to general lack of English. Food is truly abysmal, the main courses (4) were barely edible. The choices for breakfast served at 5:30 am prior to landing at Gatwick airport were Spaghetti Bolognese or seafood fried rice. Choices offered for all 4 mains were either something rice or noodles. Shanghai airport layover is much too long in a very poorly serviced airport. We were unable to use WiFi; private lounges required cash only payment with no ATM or cash exchange open.
I was surprised and appreciate that they actually served a hot meal on such a short, early morning flight. The check in and boarding was hassle free and most of all my Alliance Status / Code Share was recognized and the revelant courtesy was extended; other than some needed attention to detail concerning the cleanliness of the cabin, and some unnecessary aggressive wording their safety briefing, it was an overall pleasant flight, and I would certainly fly with them again.

I think itās time that somebody set a standard for the temperature in the cabins. I would rather it be colder than anybody that wants to have a blanket have a blanket to keep it so warm at times is unbearable and quite uncomfortable. Thatās the only thing I would add.
For the price we paid, I couldnāt complain. Was good value for money. Service was excellent but food was mediocre. Crew were excellent and spoke English. You will never go hungry. The food was ample but was mediocre. Entertainment limited and wifi doesnāt all allow you to access some social media. The best part was comfortable seats and bed (business class) with a screen to close out the rest of the cabin.
All fine - you get what you pay for ! and it is a bargain
AirAsia kept us waiting for hours due to a technical issue with the plane, then eventually cancelled the flight. Unfortunately there is no-one to call or speak with at AirAsia, no customer service department at all, so I flew with another airline instead. Now I am going through the fun process of trying to get a refund from AirAsia. I strongly recommend that no-one flies with them, it's just not worth it.
The best part was Tony Fernandes actually reinstated the Buttercake menu. It has gone missing after Covid & i made a complaint in one of my Tweets back in October 2022. Both flight D170 & D171 landed very smoothly- kudos to both pilots!
The worst experience in any flight I have ever had, delayed for more than 10 hours, lost my other flight so I lost one day during my trip. Didnāt gave me facilities with my luggage either. Never again
I was next to a quite large person. Soni essentially had 2/3 of my seat for myself and couldn't sit properly. Even though there were some other seat available, the staff refuse that I occupy another seat.
Pros: The staff was very friendly. Cons: Long delay. The food is terrible.
Iām a frequent Traveler on all types of airlines, including budget. This was the worst flight experience Iāve ever had. Something was wrong with AirAsiaās systems and we were the whole flight was rescheduled to the following day, the third flight it happened to. Apart from an email which gave the new date the web and app said the original flight date which meant that there were hundreds of people queueing at the airport to try and find out what was going on. People waited six hours to talk to customer service who gave advice that didnāt match the web or app. Nightmare. just advertising for spending the extra hundred dollars Iāve ever seen.
