PIA needs to have a lounge after security at Karachi airport and different boarding times so business class passengers are not waiting in the queue to board and get to seats. Crew was downright rude at times. I was travelling with a 2 year old who was not badly behaved and yet instead of helping or asking if I needed anything, the crew behaved as if they were doing me a great favour when asked for something.
For a domestic flight from Karachi to Lahore, they use a 9-seater row. Good from check in to arrival, baggage out within 5 minutes.
No online checkin. BEWARE: flight from a mid-sized domestic city (750k population) had its flight cancelled - I got no notice (Kayak sent me an alert), no offer to rebook, and they couldn’t even handle a refund. Crazy

After preparing for take off, they announce technical problem they promise to change the airplane. But they take us again to transient security to check again. They Sealy our trip 5 hours. No body take care of us. No food no body talk with us. We asked them when the flight start no body knows. My daughter got back pain. There is no emergency room. The staff of the trip not good.

Website is a debacle, asked to preorder meals for business but can't, can't check in on line, business menu was limited, what was on the menu wasn't offered. Seats are uncomfortable, short & narrow. In general for the amount of money paid for business, it's the worst yet

Entertainment via onboard tv is really good and keep you busy during even the longest flight
Crew was not as hospitalitable as they have been. Seems a lot of their crew was flying back and caused them to not be as prompt with regular passengers. They ran out of certain selections quickly.

Being seated 5 rows and a bulk head away from my wife. Configuration of Two class A380 business class is at the back of the plane with all that increased movement and you have to wait for economy to exit before you can get off. Your diluting the benefits guys for economy profits.
From dropping off luggag to unvoarding plan, this was a great experience. Only complaint is economy could use a tad more comfort for price paid

I had only 70 minutes transfer time and had to spend almost all of that time standing in line to go through security after just arriving from another flight!! I ran to the gate and was the last person through before it closed. I asked about my two bags and was told they were accounted for. Hardly believing it but glad to at least have made it I boarded. When I arrived in Zurich, sure enough my bags arrived too! Was very pleasantly surprised!
Though no fault of Turkish Airlines, having to go through security after just getting off one flight was stressful even if it might have been necessary. Almost missed my flight. The security area is not properly designed for accomodating many people at one time and the officials (actually two cleaning personnel) who did not speak anything but Turkish were manning the entrance. Even when I showed them my boarding pass they just rudely shooed me away!
Good service once on the plain,on the way back they were feeding us with pasta,no meat-horrible.. How ever poor communication before the flight with my service dog.
Of the last 4 times I've flown with Turkish Airlines, I've been asked to move from the seat I booked. If you book and choose a seat in advance of the flight, I should be entitled to keep it.

Excellent service from check in to disembarkation. I was surprised at the amount of leg room, as being a 6+ footer it has always previously been an issue, but not with Qatar.
Only downside was the lack of the free traveller pack, eye shade and ear plugs, sleep was denied as I could not block out the sound of the very talkative travellers behind me.
Extra leg room, very courteous crew, and pretty decent food. What’s not to like? I have had only very good experiences with Qatar so far.
I had never heard of Qatar Airways before I booked a 24hr flight to and from Sydney, Australia. I only did this on the suggestion from a friend that stated Qatar Airways was "alright". So for the price I thought what the heck! I was extremely pleased with the service from the cabin crew. They are always polite, professional, and well trained compared to my previous favorites Delta and Lufthansa. The seats were comfortable (as comfortable as Economy and 24hours of flying can be), the entertainment and aircraft were state of the art, and the food was outstanding for airline food. If I get the chance in the future I will definitely choose Qatar Airways for long trips.
Other rude or snotty passengers taking up the crews time and attention for no reason. But as I stated in the "positive" side of this review, the crew handled these impolite individuals with a smile and polite attitude. Kudos to Qatar Airways.

Dislike posting of gate assignments in Edinburgh and London so late. Means I have to hightail it across the terminals, every time. Dislike the gate change posting late. Had to hear about it from a passenger, no announcement was made. My chicken and potatoes lunch had potatoes as the side dish. Looked like the caterer had leftover potatoes to use! No real vegetables. 2 bites of spinach. Red wine was offered they had no white wine. No choice of sodas...
Everything was good
I had 4 international flights with British Airways on my return trip and the plane landings were all flawless, even in bad weather. They train their pilots well.
All 4 planes were a bit old and didn't even have USB device chargers, but were all extremely well-maintained. Toilets were always very clean.

Armrest on my husband’s seat was broken and fell off twice during the flight. He cut his arm on it the first time this happened. The flight was pretty bumpy, but the weather wasn’t great. The landing was a bit of a roller coaster, too!
Overall, this is a short trip. Everything is ok.

There was a medical emergency on board, so bathrooms did not get the necessary attention. Had to ask for toilet paper for two different bathrooms. Transferring to this flight as a NIGHTMARE. The boarding gate was a long way from the arrival gate. Went through an endless maze. Went through two security check points. At both check points I was sent for pat down. At the first there were five other women who were waiting for pat down. All white women. Discrimination???? At the second security, I had not even passed through the detector and the officer was waving me to get a pat down. At that point I started laughing. Next automated preclearance for immigration, then had to wait in line to talk to immigration officer. It is a miracle that I made it to the flight on time. Passport and boarding pass checked minimum of 6 times in this process. On arrival in Los Angeles, there was a bus ride to the terminal for luggage pick up. My husband was at the terminal I normally come to, I had no way to contact him (Indian sim), no change for pay phone. A fellow passenger was merciful and let me use her phone send husband messages and eventually we met up. I would not use Eithad for India to USA for this reason only. The security and immigration preclearance sucks.

Cathay is a good Asian airline, and if you compare it to any American-based airlines, Cathay is exceptional. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful. Seats and food on economy are pretty good, as far as economy goes. Entertainment system is updated and offers a good variety of options.
They are a bit strict on carry on luggage weight but not that big of a deal.
The flight attendants in the airplane, both going and coming back to my destination were very nice. I really appreciated their hard work and attentiveness.
At the HK airport the lady attending the check in, I believe her name is Tammy, I could not understand exactly what she was asking me to do because her voice was so low and her English was not clear. When I did not comply to what she was asking she very rudely did what she was asking me to do yet I could not hear or understand her. She even rolled her eyes. Very uncalled for and rude.

Nice attention to details like water periodically during flight and warm towels before our meal.
The food was only okay. I ordered a special meal and it was bland with mushy veggies and unhealthy looking salads. I’m picky so I may get be a bit more judgemental.
The food and entertainment was excellent. Thr crew are friendly and luxurious plane comforts make it worth the trip paid for.
Not enough fresh air, breathing quality was poor before take off. We had fumes from jet gases leaking in through the air conditioning, but once the plane departed the quality improved.

There was no information given that pia does not have online check in. The food was horrible on pia. The connecting flight had no vegetarian option for people with dietary restrictions.9

Handheld console was broken, electrical cables were out - looked very dangerous and unpleasant Toilets were dirty and cupboards were not filled like they should be. there is no need for staff to wake me up when I told them before going to sleep that I would skip breakfast. Very annoying Why is there a need to collect headphones 45mins before landing?! All other airlines continue with inflight entertainment until the plane has touched down. The Airbus 380 fleet starts to look dated and has a lot of technical issues (broken to screens, electric seats,...)

Attendants were negligent. Asked for water many times, but didn't get any response. They were busy chit chatting. Internet - only 20 mb , that too for 2 hours continuous. Food was not that good. And only 2 meals for 14 hr flight!!

It was only a short trip from Doha to Muscat to Dubai but it went very well. The flights were on time, the plane was comfortable and the staff were very helpful.
My only concern was that unless I caught the 4.00 pm flight I had to wait until the 7.30 pm (4 hour layover) or 9.30 pm (2 hour layover) flights from Doha both of which do not get to Dubai until 3.30 am. I could not catch the 4.00 pm as it was a work day. The flight timings are not good.
