|Top route||Nice Côte d'Azur to London Heathrow|
|Top airport||London Heathrow|
Kayak cancelled my return flight without notifying me. Fortunately, British Airways got me on the same flight with modified connections.
They lost my bag
Disembarking much better and safer when controlled by flight attendant
Kayak could have helped me book new flights after they were cancelled. I called and emailed and ended up having to book new flights. Horrible service from Kayak.
Aha! This was the segment for which I had little legroom. Cramped.
Not much legroom on the flight from LHR to PMI. I’m195 cm.
Check in catastrophic. Over an hour….in Business Class line. Access to one Lounge had a long, moving queue. Access to the other had a shorter queue, but once inside, an even longer queue to get anything to eat or drink. Arrived at Heathrow T5 on-time, but Passport Control is a disgrace; a national embarrassment. Officious stewards, enormous queues, random barriers, non-working e-Gates and so on
4 of us split across the row with people in between us. Narrow body trans-continental flights just aren't economy class friendly. It was hot, cramped and long.
We went Economy, all 4 of us and the flight was pleasant and the crew was attentive. Its an older airplane, but well updated and the crew was super attentive.
2 hours delay without explaining as why
Great flight attendants and overall airport experience,
The crew members were super sweet! The entertainment selection was good as well. Food was good, and I’m gluten free 😁
This flight was fine.
The flight was ok, but the number of people not wearing masks was alarming. Crew members would walk by unmasked people and say nothing. Protocol is supposed to be strict right now and it was very disappointing to experience a flight this way. It calls into question everything else that the crew manages…I felt unsafe.
Its really good trip
Please see previous note.
My flight out from SFO was cancelled. No one contacted me with the result I had to spend 3h extra waiting for the next flight. On the return I had booked for a 10:45 am departure. My itinerary said BOTH 10:45 and 07:20. I finally got an agent who said the flight was for 07:20. The movies did not work in my seat. I changed to another seat where the sound only came out from the right speaker. Pretty poor when you spend the money to fly business.
Service missing, good horrible and small portions.
Service missing, for horrible and small portions
Food options are not good: can add fresh salad and fruit Dishes have milk and meet together for flight from Israel. Pretzel snack packs are not tasty Drink selection was good
My initial flight was cancelled without any warning. I found it out on the BA website and not on Kayak's. The whole trip was moved 2 days that created some inconveniences.
The flight was not full, there were some empty seats.
My luggage did not arrive. The person at Zagreb did not get my name, phone nor my email entered correctly. My cell phone service did not work well and so it made it really hard to communicate with British Airways. I thought that I had put this information in my profile when I signed up for the rewards program and would have thought that BA could have used it. But nope. My husband had to call them from the states and correct all the miss entered information and then about three days into the trip I received my bag.
The food was terrible. My luggage did not make it from NY to Heathrow as best I can tell. American says that British Air had it and lost it. It took them four days to get it to me. Also the food on American from SFO to JFK was superior to that of JFK to Heathrow. I also did not get my Global Entry TSA Pre status on the British Air issued tickets and had to do the whole thing in security which was a drag. It was not a good experience. The fully reclining bed with the privacy configuration was definitely the best of any of the airlines so an excellent for the plane seat / bed configuration.
There was no flight. Flights got cancelled. Kayak or British never informed us. I had to call so many times and wait hours to get to talk to someone. Made my vacation pretty bad. I still havent heard from anybody. No apologies, nothing. Just horrible!
Long lines, chaos and incompetence during check in
