Staff was very courteous. Plane was clean and quite spacious even in the last rows. Veg food could have been better.
Good service and food. However, we paid over $400 for aisle seats for my disabled husband and me, and we were given window and middle seats. This was dangerous for our health condition on such a long flight. We needed to stand up and walk around frequently, but we were stuck in our seats. Please give us a refund of our seat payment since you chose not to honor our request.
Selected ovo lacto meal because I’m ok with milk products but not any meat. It was terrible. We had the same selection back in October when we had traveled and it was pretty good at that time. It was gross this time.
I was mid plane and they were already out of the main beef entree....ugh!
Cabin crew is very helpful and nice, it is another level of service compared to Air Canada

Cathay much better than other options Imigration was a total mess on arrival in KL but not Cathay s fault
The crew was great. Very friendly and responsive. The plane was old, small and tight. We ran out of overhead space and I had to check. Middle seat was particularly tight.
All good flight was 35 minutes early when arriving in Edinburgh

I had always heard bad reviews about United Airlines so I have always avoided them when traveling. Little did I know that when I booked my flight with Swiss Air they would swap it to a United Airlines flight. The change was made only days before my departure leaving me no option to cancel or get a refund. I hoped for the best but experienced the worst. I paid for 2 seats for my daughter (13)and i to travel together. Both times leaving from home airport and returning from vacation, they sat us apart from each other: different seats and rows far away where we couldn'teven see or waive at each other. There was no option to change because by the time you're allowed to check-in the only seats available next to each other cost nearly $200 each. I stomached the extra cost from the first flight hoping the return flight would be better. No chance! The return flight was worse. I was sandwiched for an 9 hour flight between 2 stangers while my 13 year old sat 5 rows down . Just horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN will i fly Swiss Air or United Airlines ! So disappointing.

Overall experience is good but if the food menu can change to authentic Malaysia food will be good. I.e. Nasi Lemak, Char Kueh Tiew and etc
Surprised that the safety briefing was only conducted in Malay language and no English despite there are foreigners on board. MH should take safety more seriously.
Food was good but only 1 meal and 1 pie, instead of 2 meals. Both legs were late.
We are row 11, when the crew came to us, only one meal choice was available.
OK seats comfortable, easy boarding/embarking, excellent connection to domestic Malaysia flight with baggage checked through without customs. Catering especially drinks borderline ok luckily less important aspect

AC not working, just slowly blowing room temperature air. Long taxi time does not help as well. Sweating all over the whole trip.

The take off was delayed as we were told that the baggages had to be rearranged to balance the weight. I only took a carry-on and a personal item, but the overhead bin was extremely small, even a normal size carryon can’t fit it, so they had to check it in for free. The seat was really tight and no entertainment at all.
Normally it is not a good experience except for this time. The plane wasn't packed, the boarding was fast and even the check-in was pretty good.
Easier to get to the Wi-Fi they should give more snacks and ask if you want more drinks and I think nuts would be better than cookies
No food other than a tiny snack. The flight is too long for not having a more substantial food option, other than buying the overprices and mostly non-plant-based options from the menu.
ANA was amazing. The service, food, and newer plane made it a comfortable flight. I misplaced something on a dinner tray that was already collected and the crew went through each one so we actually found it! :) kudos!
Ontime boarding. Almost 1 hour take off delay. We could have boarded slightly later since the pilots were in traffic
I didn't understand what "limited wifi" mean. Everything is money money money. I didn't have any other choice other than Air Canada since I couldn't find any other direct flight.
The boarding was a chore, I think the Lagos staff need to be trained on how to handle passengers. They were slow, it seemed as though it was deliberate so people would miss the flight.
Original flight from Toronto canceled after 3 hrs of waiting.No information about where to go and what to do.Next day flight with delays.No food or drink on the plane.Just served water and packet of Pretzels.Not a good experience.
