To get to jet blue at JFK from any connecting flight you have to go through security again.
Amazing service on board in business class. The lounges are also great. The inflight entertainment could do with a larger selection and the food choices more but overall, very pleased.
The entertainment center of my seat wasn’t working. I asked the crew many times to restart it and they that will be done by the next crew that take control of the flight in São Paulo. Bad attitude during the whole flight
While we were picking up passengers in São Paulo, on our way from Buenos Aires to Istanbul, it was impossible to use the bathrooms for 90 minutes. The crew was largely inattentive with one or two exceptions. They should distribute more water for a flight that long. When I signal that I wanted to have a second glass of wine, my prayers were left unanswered…

Friendly crew. Computer systems had trouble keeping my Star Alliance status linked to my reservation. Inflight Wi-Fi was slow and expensive. No standard power outlet, but medium-power USB-C port slowly charged my laptop. No option to buy whisky in economy.
Poor management of customer service. No respect at all for the customers. Change the flights without notification.
I will fly this going forward especially for ORD to EBB and the reverse.
It is nice and great but the houstees crew are all the way back arguing with customers and behavior issues same of the crew i saw that also all the trips were very much butter!

My experience was great. The flight attendants were very helpful and nice, and the food was very good.
Like: It arrived, Dislike: Boarding was a separate corridor with no counter announcements at the passenger waiting area. Very dirty airplane and toilets, food options were terrible - everything even the vegetarian option was a curry spice. Many other passengers using the toilets would not lock the door and kept door partially open during use - flight attendants would not enforce or direct them to lock it and light turns on, no entertainment options at all, other passengers would be singing and not peaceful. Atrocious flight experience.
Business and economy lines were common for most of the journey including check in and security control in Addis Abbeba. Food choice was fine, however there was a hair in my rice
My entertainment screen wasn't working and they couldn't fix it.
Seat in front of my wife was broken so it reclined further than normal and without having to push the recline button so my wife had absolutely no room the entire 17 hour flight. My seat was broken and wouldn't recline at all. Also.. my tray table was sticky and dirty right away before I even used it. Also...the floor in the back of the plane from our row of seats on back was totally soaked and both times we landed water came rushing out of the food/servant area like a flood onto the same already wet carpet. It got everything wet that was placed around our feet...including our shoes and socks.
