RM 2,906 Find cheap flights to New York LaGuardia Airport

As my first experience in business class it was a great trip considering how long the flight is and how hard it usually is to sleep in economy

Boarding was fast and efficient. Not a cramped plane and good comfort. Food was great and attendants were very nice.

Chair was broken. Crew was awesome. Food was eh. Dinner food not so good the sandwich was good ( for airplane food) headphones hurt my ears. It’s hard because no one has plug in earphones

Crew was professional. Never enough leg room for 12 hour overnight flight.

Fast boarding. Cabin temperature was a bit warm, but I guess this is the standard in ANA. The Room seats are spacious, but not long enough for me.

The cabin temperature is warmer than I expected and there’s no other way for me to control the temperature. It’s centrally controlled so it’s consistent for everybody. There’s no air flow that I could direct to me if I’m hot. I also noticed people wearing sleeveless shirt. I’m not the only one who noticed that the temp is warm. In a crowded plane, temp should be a little colder, not warm. People can use sweater or use blankets. When it’s warm, there’s no other way to cool down. All 3 ANA planes that I’ve had this trip were all the same. It’s warm. It gets a little claustrophobic if there’s no air flowing or the temp is warm

ANA was wonderful just needed to upgrade the food and the entertainment.

Crew were efficient and friendly. But my seat was very uncomfortable . Was seated at last row window seat 27. Too cramp

Older 777 - showing lots of wear - Premium econo seats that are difficult to recline and worn springs to they don't return to takeoff position without standing and pulling them forward

Everything got delayed we were supposed to land at 1pm and landes at 8-9 pm … was horrible

Your food is AWEFUL! For Premium Economy this was the WORST FOOD EVER - salad and tomatoes were all spoiled, "chicken" was awful and burnt. This is the WORST FOOD of ANY AIRLINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! horrible

Terrible Initial delay for almost an hour before boarding and departing in Seattle. Then a “customary” wait on the tarmac in Newark after landing for half an hour. I call it customary because it happens almost every time I land in Newark. I do t know if it’s Newark or United airline but it’s a travesty . I use Newark because it’s closer than jfk to where I live but am strongly considering switching because of extremely poor in time performance and Condé and delay after landing

The boarding process was delayed and the miscommunication of what seats are broken

It got us to our destinations pretty well but the flight from Dulles to Newark was the size of a school bus or less and the flight to Israel was better but premium seats are way tooo expensive and necessary. The seat cushions in economy plus are virtually nonexistent. The service was minimal. There was a noticeable absence of beverage service, including nonalcoholic beverages. The flight to Israel was my mos on time flight to Israel ever. The pilot talked too much, though, especially yelling instructions at everyone.

Great, my mom's flight was cancelled last min and the next day was my wedding day. The customer service and the desk at the airport did everything possible to get my mom on the soonest flight and she could make it to my wedding. Thank you

It was soooo hot I was sweating even at altitude. I know you want people to sleep, but keeping it that hot is stupid!

flight delayed, was put on another flight after standby queue, luggage was misplaced and arrived to me 3 days later

How would you rate my experience when I was stuck in YOW without being offered a cup of water by the airline?

Was 4 1/2 hours delayed. No food options, poor entertainment and cramped seats made worse by people in front reclining while we could not as in back row.
