The cabin crew member working in the area where I sat, Marc, went above and beyond his duties to make the family sitting next to me feel comfortable. Two of the children had special needs, and Marc brought the family chocolate, joking with the kids, and was available when they needed help. Well done.
The entertainment would sometimes pause, and the screen would go black for a moment. This was very minor though.
I left my phone accidentally on the plane when we arrived in Düsseldorf. The crew were willing to go back and pick up my phone for me.
the last part from london to milan was not great they did not offer coffee or water and the crew was very unfriendy
The airline attendants were very nice and helpful. I had to stow my backpack in the overhead since I was sitting in a front seat with no underseat storage. The flight attendant was very helpful in finding a storage place for me near my seat since I was unable to find a place that wasn't towards the rear of the plane. I've always enjoyed flying with British Airways. Always first class service no matter where you sit.

At Amsterdam we were told that our checkin luggage wouldn't be at Sydney!! Some low fat meals were terrible!
The crew were just amazing, such lovely male stewards! They were helpful and friendly and generally wonderful.

Pet was left behind at vacation destination as pet's reservation (made and confirmed through KLM) was not found at check in. Waiting for Customer Care to help get pet home and take responsibility for situation and getting no response. Very dissapointed, considering law suit.
Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy! We ended up flying from Toronto to Paris then to Bordeaux. Lost my upgrade money for seats. Now have to deal with KLM for refund!
