Pros: The crew was impeccable , but unfortunately no character , no personality or friendliness . Very stoic and good as far as service. But not friendly at all . And I was in BC, brought them chocolates and e everything

Cons: The seat was not comfortable in the flight from Toronto to Abu Dhabi. I was served wrong food. The food was tasteless. The crew was giving on half glass of water when asked for. It felt as if they were scared to give water to drink

Cons: Lost my checkedin baggage. Missed my connection flight from Muscat due to delay in arrival from Istanbul

Cons: The flight attendants did not keep the children and their seats they let them run around as we taxied the airport until one fell and had their head. Then they would not insist on them to stay in in their seats even on take off.

Cons: dozens of infants all screaming and scattered across the whole plane food was strangely not good at all although we had a vegetarian meal pre booked

Pros: The boarding process was easy and straightforward, the seats were comfortable and had individual entertainment screens, the crew was very polite and helpful. For meals, everyone was given a printed menu at the start of the flight so that meal options could be easily made.

Cons: My only complaint is that I would have liked to see more frequent offers for water refills during the flight, since water cups are so small and staying well hydrated on flights is difficult but essential.

Pros: I liked that on the longest leg of my trip - I had an entire row to myself to stretch out. Im old, things like that are important...along with compression socks...haha!

Cons: I think the food - I dont know exactly what, because we're on a plane - but I think it could be a bit more appealing? More greens, colors? Not sure, but it was okay.

Cons: Wine list was poor. Enough of a premium is built into the business class fare to get some decent wines onto the list. Coffee is not so good either.

Pros: Crew was friendly and online entertainment system had a lot to offer. Online check-in does save time, it's a shorter queue & you just have to drop off your luggage.

Cons: Eithad charges for seat selection now! Not seats with extra legroom or any other perks. But any seat in Economy if you select it 24 hours before departure, anywhere from $25 to $45. Seat selection is free if flight departure is less than 24 hours away but available seats are all random.

Pros: Mango juice was good. Food was good. Crew was friendly and fast.

Cons: More leg room please. Better entertainment. More reclining of seats required. Softer seats.
