Turkish airline does not care if the business class senior person has to go from one terminal to another. no guidance, no trolley, I would not travel on this airline again and also tell my friends.
Bag service at Iad airport was not nice at all. They served economy class first unvip first. This happened many times with different airports
Entertainment was good. Flight was delayed, nearly missed my connecting flight. The gate was changed on several occasions. My luggage did not arrive on time and had to leave without it.
Amazing service on board in business class. The lounges are also great. The inflight entertainment could do with a larger selection and the food choices more but overall, very pleased.

Food quality and the overall service of the staff and significantly decreased. The flight was delayed at the Istanbul airport and the passengers were kept onboard for more than 3 hours. The staff didn’t kept the passengers informed and everyone was upset.
The crew was excellent, but the flight was a little delayed and the temperature on the plane was too warm.
Sadly, the plane was extremely old and uncomfortable. The entertainment system broke down completely. We couldn't even charge our phones. The seats were also very uncomfortable, with a very slim seat cushion. It must be the result of having 9 seats where there used to be 8.
Sat in the air plane on the tarmac for over an hour with little info why we were sitting. Missed my connection to Houston and had to spend the night in Istanbul. The hotel was over an hour away, terrible and smoky rooms that smelled!!!
There were delays in take off. It could be due to airport management, not due to Turkish Airlines management though.
I have my baggage left either in Jeddah or Addis and undelivered to Abuja
Good. Crew do seem to be less friendly- management are clearly limiting them or not empowering them as they used to.
Traveling with Ethiopian is always a good experience. I also enjoy the stay at skylight hotel in Addis
The flight is packed and it feels like the space per individual has gotten smaller. Excruciating for a 14hr flight.
Lost suite case and pillow that’s used by senior and they didn’t leave it at the airport

Customer service and the food was great. If the announcements in English could be said slower for the customer to understand what is being said. Due to ascent, it is difficult to understand. repaeting would help.
I was a good, but long trip. The airline did a good job. I would use them again.
