Our flight that was before this one was delayed, and I appreciate that this airline sent a very nice flight attendant to pick us up at the Chicago airport and walked us to the gate. They waited for us, so we didn't miss the flight. That was amazing and outstanding customer service! We appreciate you so much!!

Cons: "my original connection time or lay by was reduced to 50min. Didn’t get an express passage through security check point and my gate on this fateful day was 58A the furthest away after security check - so a long run for me and just made it to the queue 10min to flight"

Pros: "I was surprise that even it was a short 2/3 hour ride there was still food being served. A very nice Japanese breakfast. - smaller plane, bus that picked us up and dropped us off in front of the airport. As we were doing a 12 hour layover, all our check in luggage was taken care of and sent to van"
Cons: "At our first checkin from Korea Ana, seems we have to look at a screen for our luggage just to double check that they made it past customs (never had to do that before) - check in was a bit longer compare to yvr their scanner was much smaller so definitely can’t have big carry on"
Pros: "The entertainment options were great, the food was great, the staff was friendly and helpful."
Cons: "It took a while for them to serve the first meal and I don't know that there was a need for a second meal. I would have preferred to sleep."
Cons: "Purchased tickets through Kayak on ANA with confirmation. Bumped to United after confirmation. Although I realize both companies are Star Alliance, the bait & switch is unacceptable & I would NOT have purchased these tickets for United. Flight had much more turbulence than my experience on ANA which is why I refuse to fly any other airlines. Will recommend against Kayak to everyone I know."
Pros: "Service by the crew and how boarding is organized by different queing lines for quick and more efficient boarding process."
Cons: "The personal entertaiment touch screen worked intermitently. When the touch screen did not work, i had to use the remote control to do what i want it to do. Boarding process experience can be improve with better sign for the queing lines and have boarding crew station at end of every quing lines to make sure all passengers are queing in the correct line."
Pros: "Loved that they offered us ANA postcards on the flight in to send home. I loved that they gave the kids inflatable ANA airplanes. Loved that they were accommodating with our Carry on luggage"

Cons: "The American Airlines flight was delayed by 1hr. When landing in SFO we waited on the strip for 20mins to get to our gate."
Cons: "We got off onto a shaky set of stairs that surely would have been a safety violation in the states."
Cons: "Try to avoid LATAM. Actually low cost competition is offering a better service. Latam grew too much and the service is bad. They are making too many mistakes such as not delivering basic information such as where to pick up luggage claim. Honest advice: look for alternatives and avoid big headaches"
Pros: "The crew was awful, they did not let me board my flight despite me getting there at a reasonable time."
Cons: "They could have let me board my flight. I missed my international flight because of this and had to pay a heavy fee."
Cons: "This connection was 1 hour and 20 minutes and I was asked to pickup my luggage and do check-in again, when I arrived to the desk they said that I needed to be there 2 hours ago and just after arguing my connection situation they let my pass"
Cons: "They made a mistake at the check in counter and gave my wife someone else’s boarding pass which was for a different flight. As we tried to board the flight, the woman at the gate told us it was the wrong flight and wouldn’t let her on. I showed her our reservation and she refused to help. She kept pushing back and told me the other flight arrives at the same time which wasn’t true. It was an hour later. She had no interest in helping us resolve this issue until I had To get assertive and threaten to file a complaint. I boarded the flight and the flight attendants questioned us why Y wasn’t on the flight. I told them she was stopped. After lots of back and forth the woman at the gate realized the mistake. Y boarded the flight. We didn’t receive an apology for the horrendous treatment of a customer. At this point we had nowhere to store carryon."

Pros: "I like the crew and their service, the food was amazing speacially the vanilla cheese cake desert was on point, loved it. I loved the “my flight “interaction on the screen and the different view of the plane, cockpit view, left, right etc.. amazing feature."
Cons: "The seat could have been much better as far as reclining and space. Overall I loved the flight."
Cons: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."
