Pros: "Crew was good. The food was good quality."
Cons: "Boarding took along time and then the plane was delayed, not their fault but it made the trip less enjoyable. Manila is a poor hub."
Pros: "Food and entertainment has to be better."
Cons: "In Chicago, the flight was delayed for almost 4 hours which in turn made us miss our connecting flight to Jakarta. Then next flight available flight to Jakarta was 24 hours later."
Pros: "Service was excellent, landed on time, courteous staff and good food. Good selection of movies and programs."
Cons: "If the seat reclined a bit more, would be nice."
Pros: "Real stewardess', well dressed and polite. Show pride in their job. Great food and drink service. Clean new planes."
Cons: "The dinner was served too late, not right after take off. Also, the portions were way too small."
Pros: "The friendliness of the staff and that the plane arrived on time with no delays. Leg room was ok. My luggage did not get lost. Entertainment selection was good. Overall it was good experience. The landing was smoothly done."
Cons: "Food was ok. Seats were not comfortable. Started feeling sick to my stomach because of the lack of sleep."
Pros: "The ANA crew were very sweet and accommodating"
Cons: "Very unhappy over the first leg. Nothing indicated it was a United Airline flight to be boarded at United Airline terminal in LAX. Seat selected at time of booking was not honored since selection has to be done on United Air's web site. Did not get the meal I ordered for the same reason. Very short time to get from arrival gate to the connecting gate at Haneda."

I was very impressed with this airline. The flight was comfortable the plane was clean and the attendants were very nice. The zipper on my suitcase broke after I checked it. The airline wrapped it in plastic wrap, so it wouldn’t continue to fall apart. Every item I had in the suitcase was there when I got to Los Angeles. That is above and beyond!

Pros: "Singapore Airlines has everything worked out for you before you land. That's a great help. The stewardesses were just phenomenal and endlessly polite. I will definitely use them again."
Cons: "As much as I normally nitpick something, I literally have no criticism at all of Singapore Airlines. Everything they did was a step above everyone else."
Pros: "Smooth boarding"
Cons: "If they could serve a light snack would be good"
Pros: "Nothing special."
Cons: "Meal was disappointing. Beef was overcook and hard. Service quality is just okay."
Cons: "Left 45 minutes late though we boarded on time. Pretty bad for a 50 minute in the middle of the morning."
Pros: "Everything is perfect, the crew services are very warm and professional, I strongly believe that Singapore airlines is the best in world as I tried many airlines but I don’t see like their them, I will strongly recommend and I will be their customer for any flight to Far East inshaallah."
Cons: "I recommend if they can provide paid massage service ( not complementary)at the suits class for long trip because there’s enough space to do it , I’m very glad to congratulate them for the level of service they reached ."
Pros: "I didn't like the trip much. After the trip we found out that our body was bitten by fleas. Our body is now full of rashes, every part of my body is so itchy. We was seated in 61A and 61C, seems like in the previous flight a dog was sitting there or some kind of animal that left fleas in the sit."
Cons: "Please clean better the seats. This is unacceptable, not a good way to start a trip in Japan. We only hope to get better sitting in our last flight with SQ, from Japan to LA."
Pros: "Crew , announcements were restful , not loud and blasting like some airlines"
Cons: "Nothing Singapore Airline is Super Lufthansa food lousy , late leaving Kuala Lumpur, missed our connection assigned to a later flight, running to catch rescheduled time and changed gate."
Pros: "Everything. New plane amazing food on a two hour flight Great new entertainment system on the seat back."
Cons: "A little more leg room."
Cons: "Cramped seats, no leg room, horrible food, stupid COLD snack!"

Upgraded to a business class by an auction and it was the cheapest bid.

Pros: "having the access to a direct flight to the Philippines."
Cons: "enforcing rules and regulations too passengers. as a person of purchasing additional leg room, this should be enforced to pay for additional leg room vs just giving that additional space for free. This is the second time I experienced and this has not changed since last year."
Pros: "Crew was great. Food was excellent."
Cons: "Boarding process. Everyone rushed in when the gate was opened. No sequential boarding."
Cons: "Late with no explanation and no communication just late to load. Late to depart. Late late late"
Cons: "Install IFE, organize the boarding process. Blankets on given on request"
Pros: "The check in at Bangkok was GREAT!!!"
Cons: "We were served drinks ONLY ONCE during the flight One half cup of juice.... No chicken choice? Fish or pork only? UNSAT!"
Pros: "Despite a shortage of Flight Attendants on the Flight the ones that were working did an AWESOME Job serving the Passengers ."
Cons: "For the sake of the Flight Attendants more Of them to help."
Pros: "Good selection of movies."
Cons: "Late, late, PAL is always late. First we were late by two hours; then boarding was delayed by one hour after that; then we sat on the tarmac for two more hours. Literally my dad had almost finished watching his first plane movie before we were able to takeoff. Fortunately our flight wasn't cancelled, but we missed not one but TWO connecting flights because it was so late. Also, MNL is a terrible airport. What is the logic in needing to pass through THREE sets of metal detectors and x-ray machines before boarding?"
Pros: "Checking in took a very long time because we explored every option available to upgrade me to business class which turned out to be non-upgradable. By the time we finished, the staff was concerned that we might not make it to boarding time because my husband has limited mobility due to a back surgery a couple years ago. They suggested using a wheelchair to speed up the immigration and boarding process. We’re frequent travelers but why we never requested a wheelchair, I simply don’t know! But thanks to their wheelchair suggestion, we made the flight just in time."
Cons: "We bought my husband’s business class ticket back in May or so but because we weren’t sure where I was going to be, we couldn’t get me a ticket until a few weeks before our flight. Due to my unpredictable schedule, we opted for an economy ticket, thinking that it would be easy enough to upgrade me to business. We were wrong - my ticket turned out to be non-upgradable, which was ok for me. It was our first time to travel as husband and wife so it would’ve been nice to sit together, but I’m 5’0” and fit in the economy seat just fine anyway. What was NOT ok was when we were boarded and were waiting for the plane to take off, I brought a lunch box of cut fruits to my husband. A flight attendant was introducing herself when I came so I said hi, but she completely ignored me. She even offered to chill the fruit in their fridge, for which I said thanks, but she didn’t even look at me; neither did another attendant who cheerfully offered him magazines. There were only 2 passengers in the business class so my husband suggested I sat next to him, but I declined and went back to my seat, promising to come say hi every once in a while during the 9-hour flight. Fast forward to a couple hours later, I kept my word and came by. The flight attendant was quick in kicking me out saying I didn’t belong to business class so I had to go back to my seat. I did. My husband said to her that I was having period cramps (true) then followed me to my seat and sat with me for a bit until I asked him to go back to his seat so he could be more comfortable as he’s 6’2” and simply was too tall and the economy seats were too painful for his operated-on back. Was I perhaps too short for the flight attendants to notice?!? I had to ask for a toiletries kit 3 times before they finally gave me one just before we landed after all! Obviously, those in the business class are treated like gods; those in the economy are second class citizens."
Pros: "Most everything was very good expierence. Entertainment selection is excellent. Crew was friendly and full of energy. Plane was pristinely clean."
Cons: "I see a comment about letting people board when it wasn't their turn. This did happen a little and it is shameful more of the people that think they can get away with it. Eventually, the ground crew did start yelling and organizing people, which helped correct the situation. I do think that all people should be kicked back to the end of the line for not following the procedure. Food was only okay (Fish in shrimp sauce)."

I was next to a quite large person. Soni essentially had 2/3 of my seat for myself and couldn't sit properly. Even though there were some other seat available, the staff refuse that I occupy another seat.

Pros: "For a budget airline, the food is excellent as is the service. The seats are on the smallish side but not as bad as some more expensive options."
Pros: "Ground staff is friendly and helpful during baggage check-in. Change of gate is notified via SMS & mail."
Cons: "Air conditioning at departure hall was not working properly. It feels rather humid while waiting for boarding."
Cons: "Worst landing i’ve Ever experienced. But everything else was fine."
Pros: "The flight i booked has 2 segments, both by Air Asia. However, when i arrived in KL, i was forced to exit the terminal, having to go thru immigration/custom, end up paying 2 separate luggage fees, lots of hessle. Since i never received Air Asia booking#, i was not able to check in, etc."
Cons: "I will avoid booking this way and for sure avoid booking Air Asia"
Pros: "Quiet Zone was worth the ¥3500 upgrade!!"
Cons: "Mobile or self check in in KIX is sorely needed. No one wants to stand in line for 2 hours to check in, it’s 2019."
Pros: "Very attentive crew"
Cons: "Nothing is included, but you should also know that going in"
Pros: "The crew were pretty quick to help."
Cons: "The seat was moving of its own accord. I should have paid more for a flatbed. I don’t enjoy the music played at the start and upon takeoff. I wanted to sleep but it was interrupted all the time."
Pros: "Efficient boarding with room in overhead bin. Chips and salsa were great"
Cons: "No entertainment or entertainment options on an 8 hour flight. Food choices were too similar."
Cons: "Crew sometimes loud in gallery. . Prefer not too hear their conversations. Service Great. Luggage camber off amazingly fast!"

Airplane broke down on the runway and we sat on the runway for 4 hours.

I wasn’t able checkin on line so wasn’t given option buy food so I had to site watch everyone eat when I was hungry. That’s F-up

Flight has change gate in the last moment and announce last call . Our experience is we are booked flight from Dps to ho - Vietnam .my flight actual time was 2:05 pm but flight departure 1 pm . Service was not good

Ground crew clueless, delayed flight gate change without communication. Horrible experience. Will not fly Vietjet again.

The actual flight was ok, everything else terrible worst airline in South East Asia, delayed twice and eventually took off late again, waiting in room at gate before flight no staff there no information about second delay, jammed on bus with doors closed waiting to be taken to the plane, just a disgusting airline, do not ever rely on this Vietjet will always cancel or delay your flight, and it’s not cheap when you see luggage price and other add ons, if possible try to book a better airline Bamboo air etc

No in flight entertainment, no food, not even drinking water, uncleaned flights, smelly bathrooms, and above all no baggage allowance, they charged us 53700 yen for the baggages.

No, comment Me and my family at the boarding gate more than 30 min early but the flight delayed and they still leave without us.

Cons: "We left 1. 5 hours late! The only food on the plane was prepackaged chemical foods and the only vegan option was a porridge they pour water over ($2)."
Pros: "N/A"
Cons: "Get more Customer Services training for the better and for the next level of international services provider...."
Cons: "Avoid at all costs. Delayed both ways. On the way out of Danang they would not even tell us what time the flight would be departing despite numerous passengers asking. On the flight, a crew member stepped on my foot with her heel. My foot was NOT in the aisle, she has stepped in to get past a colleague. She didn’t even stop to apologize. Her colleague apologized and said I’ll get you a glass of water. She returned after a good 30 minutes with a paper cup of water. There was no enquiring how I was or if I needed anything. Will NEVER fly them again!"
