The crew was good.
My bags didn't arrive with the flight. Connectivity/ transfer issue to pheonix.
Lounge over booked to crowded. Poor boarding procedures Poor baggage handling (No Priority!) No child control in business class cabins Entertainment old and diminishing options, very bad
The food is always bad, and they didn’t allow use of electronics (phones, and they didn’t like me using my iPod I suppose because it looks like a phone?) on a 6 hr international flight when there was NO individual entertainment and no screens. What’s worse is I went into the bathroom right after a flight attendant and there was urine all over the seat! She either did it and left it, or she saw it and hovered over it, leaving it for the next person. Not classy.
Flight was on time. Good food.
Flight timing in the middle of the night was horrible. While the seat would have been fine for a day-time flight, it was most uncomfortable to try and sleep in for an overnight flight. What made it worse that the man sitting next to me spilled over into my area.

Lack of communication when flight was delayed. No communication at all.

Gate agent said the plane is full and dint look to change my seat but turns out a lot of seats on the plane Flight attendant said no to me to change seat but yes to another Russian speaking pessager! Overall, a bad experience with 49 minutes delayed flight!
Worst experience ever. 11 hour delay at JFK. No information given by staff at JFK. Missed connection in Shaghai. Took business class but was not admitted to Air France lounge.
Liked the information provided and smooth boarding
Drink service was spotty, very limited and not pleasant. The meals were skimpy on portions, and variety. Only two meals and no snacks were provided. Was difficult getting more beverages. Only beer and wine. Small seats but then every airline has small seats these days. Seats also do not recline as hey once did
The price was a bargain
Food was hit or miss. Travel time with layovers was very long
We spent 2 hours at the check in because China eastern changed our connecting time and we were going to miss our flight. The food was terrible, they lost my husbands luggage. We are on our honeymoon and he has no clothes. And they put us up in a very dirty hotel.
